AA Custom To LLCOk, as far as I know. I guess we won't know for sure until we have a couple of seasons under our belt and see if the work done has improved our ventilation problem. AElite Exteriors LLCAfter deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they're out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. ARidge Top Exteriors IncWe had to replace the roof on our property after it was struck by lightning. We want to Thank Dave Homme for his professionalism and knowledge. Our roof job was an emergency replacement, it was only protected by a tarp and Dave Homme got us on schedule without much delay. AKirch Improvements LLCKirch installed a deck for an above ground pool including stairs, rails, and gate. They were extremely easy to work with, responsive, and provided ideas for the project. The quote was competitive and I never had to worry about anything. I felt very confident with the work and staff. Even my kids said that they were nice!! The deck looks amazing and is built with high quality materials that will last a life time. Communication was constant. AVinyl by Voiles. That is who you should hire for your interior renovation, exterior siding or window needs. We wanted a concrete slab that had served as our patio for 20 years removed and replaced with a twice the size deck, with railing on one side, and a new patio door leading into the kitchen. Within less than a month (they fit us in to some larger projects) the diagonal slated wooden deck, (which will get stained next year) with a railing and perfect egress in and out of the kitchen, was installed. The removal of the concrete was tricky because of steel rods through the original construction. They pressed on! They also drove miles to get to us, explained everything they were doing, and tidied along the way (and did a complete clean up at the end). The patio door is still to come, but I can’t help but think that the same attention to detail will be used with its installation. One hears that home improvement professionals can be unreliable, that construction companies can be incredibly disruptive, that renovation projects can take MONTHS, and that all of it can seem prohibitively expensive. Turned out that none of that was true, that there are small businesses in the world that are there for you every step of the way, that was Vinyl by Voiles. We are still pinching ourselves over our luck in choosing them over a much larger company, having our deck in record time; in time to enjoy THIS summer, and in becoming fast buddies in a world with little time and high expectations. Thanks especially to Fil and Health (who we kept referring to as Phil and Keith, “oh, everybody does that,” they said. Still, we apologized on their last day.) Thanks, John Voile, for coming to our house, fitting us into a BUSY schedule, communicating by text, and having a great crew. Oh, yeah, and the new deck? It’s amazing. Can’t wait to see what the new (been ordered, soon to be installed) windows will look like.

ABCI gave me the most thorough, detailed quote of all the roofers I contacted. They were not the least expensive. We had problems with my neighbors which they handled beautifully. There was just a slight communication problem with the fact that I was leaving town, and I don't think the salesman had communicated this to the home office. I was concerned the bill would come when I was gone, even though he assured me I could pay when I came home. In any case it all worked out, and they only asked for $100 before they started working, which I thought was incredible. The roof looks fantastic! Also they made up for the delay due to snow by working through the weekend.
