Stamped Concrete reviews in Muskego

Dave Turner and his crew are masters of their trade. Grade A work from a team of true professionals. From the first shovel of excavation to the last drop of sealer at the end, these guys are meticulous about their work. And it shows! I am currently looking for more stamped concrete projects to do around the yard! If you are looking for the best stamped concrete contractor in the area, give Dave a call. You won't be disappointed!

We are extremely happy with the work that they provided. Our patio isnt like anyone elses patio. It is unique, clean, and looks great with our house. The work that they provided was pure quality. Bill and his son were very respectful and polite, and we had no issues at all. I would recommend them to lay anyones patio.

I contacted the office and Jeff returned my call the same day to set up an appointment.  He was prompt for the appointment and really explained the job well.  He came back again to meet with my wife and I to pick a color and pattern for the stamped concrete walk.  At this time, we decided to do stamped concrete inset into a concrete border for  our walkway, which he showed us in pictures.  This slightly changed the pricing, but it was agreed upon and we signed a contract.  About 2 weeks later (and a week or 2 early!) Jeff called and made sure we were ready for our installation.  The crew came out as scheduled, including both owners Jeff and Brian, and set all the forms in one day.  They returned early the following day, and the job was completed as promised.
Everything was top notch.  They even set our mailbox post at no charge with some of the extra concrete they had.

The company has three crews, a demolition crew, a rough and crew, and a finish crew. They came on the day they were scheduled and the other two crews on the following two days and after three days the project was complete. They were not able to spray the sealant in all the areas of our garage on the final day and when I called about it they came right out the next day and finished it, they were very responsive. The only minor criticism I have is that they could've done a little bit better job cleaning up and left some trash in a window well that they had installed and had change their oil in front of our house which left an oil market on the road. However I consider these rather minor and overall I think they did an excellent job.

He did the work but the color is coming off leaving spots of white concrete showing through all over the walk.  Our old concrete colored walkway he did not replace is still fine.  I called him and told him about the problem.  He came out to look at the concrete and said he would fix it.  He never came back.  Numerous calls have been place to ask when he would fix this problem.  He doe not return our calls.

I'm very satisfied with how the work turned out.  It was the most customer-friendly outfit out of over a dozen bids on the project I had received.  From first encountering Jenn at the NARI home improvement show all the way through my final phone conversation with Jim once the final details of the project design were completed, I never had a conversation with any member of their team that wasn't productive.  Sarah was very easy to deal with on the phone even after I was way tardy on returning her calls in attempts to set the process in motion.  She quickly retrieved information that I had lost and was able schedule an estimate on a day and a time that actually would work for me which was a relief in itself as I work almost 60 hours a week.

Mike arrived to make the estimate exactly when Sarah said he would be there and was able to provide an extremely precise workup of where every dollar spent on the project would be allocated to and what for.  After dealing with several previous estimates that ranged from mostly vague to rather erroneous projections, that was a welcome sight.  I had relayed to Mike that I really envisioned something with colors and a stamped pattern of some sort after having seen several showing up more and more often in the neighborhoods I usually visit in the course of my workday and he gave me some extremely good advice.  "If you see something that really appeals to you, take a picture of it and show it to me if you decide to go with us."  That's exactly what I did, and I was able to narrow down what I was looking for at our next face-to-face meeting at the Polished Concrete showroom.  I really wanted more than one color, and between Mike's laptop computer pictures of past projects and the actual concrete color sample plates, it didn't take too long to arrive at a good combination for what would work with the existing color of my house.

I had a pretty good idea I'd like Jim, the project designer and founder of the establishment, before I'd even talked with him.  It was clear to me after dealing with several of his staff that he already knew how to hire the right people who knew how to do their jobs right, and it was obvious upon our first conversation that he had a lot of experience and had dealt with plenty of different situations.  He managed to come up with a design that worked very well despite what I presumed were some some challenging slopes and contours in my back yard.  One of my top desires from the beginning was that the work from front to back would have a sort of "flow" to it and not look like three separate disjointed and individual projects.  Jim's creative design managed to blend the work performed on three of four sides of the house into a nice sort of continuous theme.  The new colored and stamped work ties in and enhances the existing color of my house very well and opens up some landscaping options that I previously couldn't really even consider.  Last year I thought I'd be lucky just to feel content once the project was finished, but once I saw the finished product, it looked so much how I'd envisioned it I'm pleased to say that I'm closer to feeling almost a sense of fulfillment.  It was certainly good value for the money for sure.  No regrets.

It went very well. The starting date got pushed back a couple times due to the weather but that can't be helped. All in all we are very pleased with the quality of their work.
On a side note, what is with the F grade on the review below mine? They had no work done? I think that review should be removed.
