Had big dreams of being a DIY-er and remodeling my master bathroom. After 7 months I only had the demo and the new framing done (having a newborn didn't help). I called Exact Exteriors and John was receptive to my situation. Shortly after the call they began the work and the bathroom was quickly finished. We have a beautiful (HUGE) walk in shower, with marble floors and quartz topped bench and niche. Matching marble also surrounds a free-standing tub. Separate vanities and carpentry looks great, especially crown molding around linen cabinet. Exact exteriors rescued a DIY-er and did an amazing job. Employees are friendly, clean, professional and more importantly good at what they do. We love showing off our new bathroom to company!

The kitchen was a complete remodel that included taking out the old cabinets, floor, plumbing, drywall, and electrical, I would not go with anyone else!! John makes sure everything is done to your satisfaction and stays within your budget. John and Paul were always available to answer questions and concerns and guide us when decisions needed to be made. It did not matter whether it was a weekend or not, John would always get back to us. Brian their carpenter did an absolutely awesome job when installing the cabinets, he pays attention to detail. He even was able to make adjustments to the cabinet buffet when it was taller than I had anticipated. You would never know that it had been altered. John the painter did a meticulous job as well. I love the way our kitchen turned out. The roofers did a great jobl. As I have said before we have used Exact Exterior and Interior Remodeling to remodel the kitchens in our new and old home, the roof on our new home, replace the siding on our old home. And we will use them again when we add on another garage to our new home. You cannot ask for a better crew to work with.

Jeff did an awesome job on the install .. I'm OCD and everything has to be perfect and perfect it is .. the tile looks great the work area was all cleaned up and the price quoted was the price paid . The job went great. We removed a fiberglass shower stall and took some space from an adjoining closet so we could expand the footprint to include two shower heads, two wall niches and a built in shower seat. Scott was great to work with. He was very responsive and had great ideas on form and function. He kept in constant contact with me and his team. His plumber Jay and tile guy Nick did a fabulous job. They always showed up on time and cleaned up every day. Was about half the cost of other bathroom remodelers. He actually came in under the initial quote when all was done. I have used other tile guys and plumbers in the past and they didn't do nearly as good of a job. Shower works great, looks great and gets rave reviews from everyone we show it to. I would highly recommend Scott and his team.

This project went great as we have come to expect from Scott and his team (third time we have used them!)  The installation was completed as scheduled with expert craftsmanship.  The kitchen looks totally transformed.  We would highly recommend for any job that is large or small.  They are polite, punctual and very respectful.

    Cream City Tub & Tile
In summary, they're very nice people and do great work, but their verbal quotes don't align when it comes to settling the final bill.

Here's the entire story... I purchased a Big Deal promotion of $99 that was good for $300 towards a tiling job. They said to tile my kitchen backsplash was $16/sq. ft. so that should come out about even minus some big tile separators they had to purchase above and beyond normal tiling supplies which should be included in the install price.

I then purchased another Big Deal promotion for $299 to reglaze a standard bathtub (originally $499). Additionally, I paid a deposit of $378 since the reglaze job was going to cost $800 since it was a shower stall. It turns out that only a chemical cleaning using lacquer thinner, a razor and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser was needed (not reglazing) and that was for $65/hr. I was home, and it did not take them 5.8 hours to chemically clean the shower.

In the end, they said they underbid the backsplash tile job, and the "cost of supplies" ate up the remaining deposit amount. I understand the large tile separators would be an additional cost, but mortar, grout, lacquer thinner and a magic eraser should be included in the quoted price. If they were to be additional expenses, the professional thing to do is to seek prior approval from the customer before proceeding.

I must reiterate that they do quality work and are responsive, but stay on top of the quotes and alleged expenses.

    Kitchen Krafters LLC
First off, our remodel design was challenging, in regards to fitting everything we wanted into a set space.  The design process was very interactive, and the solution Roger came up with was perfect.  As always in a remodel, small issues arise, and every one was dealt with in a timely manner, and very professionally.  The contractors hired were polite, safe and hard working.  Roger was there throughout the entire process.  The time table we had was short, and Roger made sure he met the schedule.  The costs were well communicated, and did not overrun projections.  Overall,  i would highly recommend Kitchen Krafters for any remodel.

    Floor Coverings International
The whole process went extremely well.  It started with having the hardwood floors refinished and installing floor tile in the foyer, back entrance from the garage, bathrooms and the laundry room.  The foyer tile was inlaid the hardwood floor to look like an area rug.  It turned out awesome!!   The bathrooms are also just beautiful!  Love the new look!!
We had picked out carpet for the living room and, after ordering, changed our mind on the color.  We decided to make use of the original color in the master bedroom and get a lighter color for the living room.  Within a couple months the carpet pile starting matting and would not bounce back with vacuuming.  We brought this to the attention of Floor Coverings International and they made good on replacing the carpet.   So we decided to also have the other bedrooms done. We are currently extremely satisfied!!
The contractors who did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.  All work was very professional.  Would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone for their flooring needs.

Brian did a great job, the backsplash is beautiful. Everything else looks good also. He was very professional, always came when he said he would. Did a lot of little extra things. He  always cleaned up very well, you couldn't tell he had been there.

We are ecstatic about our new basement! We have received so many compliments about it and are thrilled with the quality we received for the price we paid. We interviewed other contractors prior to choosing Scott and we think we would not have gotten so many extras if we had gone with one of them. Scott was easy to work with and worked around our schedule even when we didn't want work going on because of the holidays or other happenings going on at home. He quickly responded when we had questions about certain aspects of the project, even on weekends. His subcontractors were also easy to work with. In addition, he offered interesting suggestions but was never pushy. We could tell that his ultimate goal was for us to be happy with it, not just to get the job done. We would not hesitate to work with him again and have recommended him to others.
