    Everything was handled so well with the first 2 windshields that it was an easy decision when we unfortunately had to replace the windshield on our sons car. Getting a quote was easy, the installers were very professional and on time. We ran one of the replacements through insurance and they handled that for us as well.

    Thinking back, I can't recall a time where the service was bad... granted there have been times where a problem was not solved on the first try, but if the added issue was a bad part, they have been honest, and fast to fix the problem at no cost to us. Basically, olde fashioned service, fair prices.. a service every community should have.

    They always call and give a quote  before proceeding with work. They always charge you what they quote you. If they find something else, they will call you first.  Nice garage, good quality work. I have taken my cars here for years. They do a great job at a fair price.

    Super. We have used them for 25 years, and have always been very pleased. They are honest, they do good work, they are reasonably priced, and are very responsive. We trust them completely. We have them do all our work. They are 10 miles from where we live, but it is well worth going out of our way to have them do work.
    The work they did this time was typical of what they do - just plain excellent. Whether it is repair or maintenance, they do a great job.
    I can heartily recommend them to anyone who needs auto service.

    I have been coming to Bill for my auto repair work for the past decade. Honest estimates and top quality work. Bill specializes in Corvette repairs but does great work on any vehicle. We needed a headlight assembly replacement on our Lexus RX330, Lexus wanted $2,200 to fix, Bill worked with us in finding a solution for $950, this was three years ago, and everything is working fine. Common sense approach to auto repair!

    I'll just start off by saying that I have found my new local mechanic.  I originally took our Ford Edge to them to have the battery replaced. (original battery with 137,000 miles on it)  The terminals and clamps on the battery were quite corroded, to the point where I was not able to get the clamps off of the battery.  Rather than try to "shade tree mechanic" them off, I opted to take it to a professional.  Since I had it there, I also told them that it was running a bit rough and they said that they could look at that as well.
    During the day I received a call letting me know what needed to be done with a quote for the work.  The battery was nothing out of the ordinary however the plugs were WAY out of spec.  Again, original parts here as well, so I approved the work.  When I stopped in to pick up the car and pay for the service, the mechanic offered up a coupon that I didn't have and saved me $50 off of my bill.  Nice!  
    Fast forward a day and the car was still running rough on my way home from work.  This time the trusty Check Engine Light (CEL) came to life.  Thinking that this would give the shop a better idea where to pinpoint the issue, I took it back in first thing in the morning.  Later that day I got a call from the shop letting me know that during the process of troubleshooting, the CEL error code was no longer available (it was for misfires).  They replaced a part and said that there would be no charge when I picked it up (and there wasn't).  The mech that was there when I picked it up was super cool and he asked that if it (CEL) turns on again to bring the car in asap, being sure to not shut it off when I got there.  He also educated me a bit,upon my request, on the inner workings of the CEL.  
    Two days later I was able to get the light to come back on.  Turns out it was due to a bad plug that was put in originally.  No charge for the work and the car is running like new!  Not charging me additional for "diagnostics" or whatever other charge they could have really built my trust with them and left me feeling that they care about their customers more than the bottom line.

    Overall, very good car buying experience. They worked with me on my trade in and were able to match the offer I had received from another dealership. Went in on a Monday to tell them I was interested in the car. They had it brought up and we closed the deal on Thursday. Everything was very straight forward, didn't have to spend hours on the negotiations. Very pleasd with my new purchase.

    Had appointment for new tires at another dealership, but my wheel lock had been misplaced during a previous service appointment. I have a Cadillac and with the Met no longer open, I took it here. I called, didn't need an appointment and cost was less than I was quoted over the phone. Happy with the service.

    Quick and easy oil change.  Unlike most places I've been to, they didn't attempt to sell me on all the extras.  The tech actually told me not to get some expensive flush, as it could cause more harm than good, considering the age of my vehicle and past maintenance (or lack thereof).  He also showed me where each of my air filters were so that I could change them myself eventually.

    My 2011 Buick LaSabre died in the middle of the road driving home one evening in March.  I called Lake Geneva GM (my dealership) to try to find out what was going on and what I could do to get the car running again.  Even though the dealership was technically closed, they gave me the name and number of Larry's Towing & Recovery to pick up the car and bring it to the dealership.  Larry's Towing found me (even though the location I had given them was wrong), let me sit inside the cab to keep warm while he carefully brought my car onto the flatbed, and drove me and my car safely to the dealership.  Because the malfunction of the car was covered by warranty, so was the towing charge.  Nevertheless, the driver was sympathetic to my circumstance and attentive to my comfort during the ordeal.
