  I already rehired them for next year. The work they did was beautiful. 1st, I started with a small upstairs bathroom remodeling; but, those plans changed due to a family member medical condition. I was a remodelers nightmare: I called and said I needed the downstairs bathroom remodeled (stat): no problem was the response. I called and said I needed a huge 4 season room: no problem. I would like a slight remodel of the kitchen: no problem. Asked if I could add a laundry room: no problem. He fitted this in right away because of the medical problem. Brian, the carpenter, was precise and meticulous. The workers were a joy to work with, with one exception: they would not stop working to have a cup of coffee with me (nothing personal, they wanted to get the work done). The tiled floor Jim put in looks perfect. The subcontractors were professional. It took longer than I expected, which I was told by all my coworkers, family and friends is normal. I was just so grateful that he fitted me in because of the medical situation, even though their schedule was full. John (owner) wants the job done perfectly. He had the 1st floor professionally cleaned and hired a landscaper for reseeding when the lawn was torn up even though this was not part of the deal. Great job!

  I could not be happier with the way the project was completed.  I can't say enough about John Brannon and his entire crew that worked on this remodel job.  If I didn't hear from John it was Paul (Jobsite Mgr.) who would call and communicate what was next in line to be worked on.  I want to personally thank the following team members:  Jeff the plumber for taking away my husbands power tools being used close to the pipes.  As well as fixing the hole he put in one along with all the other plumbing stuff that needed to be completed.  To Jim for installing my beautiful new tile floors in all three bathrooms, hallway and laundry room.  For fixing my kitchen floor when part of a wall was removed exposing a hole, along with the area next to my stove.  Even though no one could see it but me he did what I asked.  Bob the drywaller for an excellent job redoing the entire kitchen and redoing any area I wasn't happy with.  John the painter for doing a great job on every room we had painted which consisted of 8 total all being on the main floor along with a staircase up to the second floor area.  Scott the electrician for all the work he did to make my kitchen perfect with the new lighting.  Last but not least Brian who installed all of my cabinets in all 3 bathrooms as well as my entire kitchen.  I was having my new appliances installed when the gentleman who was installing the microwave said who ever did this install did an outstanding job and I could agree more.  After each part of the process was compete I was asked to go thru and make sure I was satisfied with everything thus getting the nickname Inspector General which was fine with me.  I would also like to express the way each of them kept the area they were responsible for working on, clean and clear of debris.  With having dogs in the home during this time it was a concern of them possibly getting into something they shouldn't but it was never an issue.  I would recommend John and his team to friends and family as well as be a return customer.

  In my opinion, I now have 3 of the most beautiful bathrooms in the County thanks to John Brannon and his ?Band of Brothers? from Exact Remodeling!  I put off the remodeling process for over 10 years due to horror stories I have heard from friends, family and while doing my own research.  Exact Remodeling took my dreams of the perfect bathrooms for our home and made each one a reality!  Many of the other reviews for Exact Remodeling on Angie?s List mentioned the crew become good friends and are like part of the family.  This is the truth!  Not only is the quality of workmanship outstanding, each trade (electrician, tile, plumbing, woodworking, etc) were perfectionists! 

  The crew educated me on each step of the remodeling process; from picking out tile, cabinets, sinks, faucets and hardware. 

  These people are the most honest, trustworthy and experienced tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. 

  Even when we ran into a road block on moving the toilet in the upstairs master bath to accommodate an enormous walk-in shower, I kept saying ?It can?t be done!?  Of course, they proved me wrong!

  I sure wish I had known about Exact Remodeling years ago! I would not have waited so long to have my beautiful and perfect bathrooms.  Needless to say, I have many projects to complete on our home in the future.  Exact Remodeling is the only company that will be hired to do these projects. 

  Don?t hesitate to hire Exact Remodeling and begin to enjoy your remodel whatever it may be.  John Brannon is 100% customer focused and watches over the project extremely closely from beginning to end.

  TOM'S HANDY SERVICES

  Tom was a pleasure to work with. He worked very efficiently, productively, and really knew what he was doing relative to the custom tiled shower stall. We are very pleased with the final result. Tom worked with us on the schedule when the tiling work was initially delayed and then again during the middle of the job when we were waiting for some additional custom tile to be delivered to the tile shop.
  
  The actual cost of the job came in about a third less than his original estimate as his hourly rate is extremely reasonable.
  
  We would recommend Tom to others who are looking for quality work at a good price.

  Drexel Building Supply

  I order ceramic tile from them for 2 bathrooms. I was told that all the tile was in stock and that I should receive it within 3 weeks or less. The tile for the master bath came in but no one called to say it was in. It wasn't until I called them that I found out it was there. I was told that the tile for the other bathroom was on back order for 2 months. Since I wasn't in a hurry for it, I said that was fine. 2 months turned into "we have no idea when or even if we can get it". Again, very poor communication with Drexel. I had to keep calling. They would say "we will call you back" but didn't. We had put down a deposit for all of the tile in the beginning. They finally said we don't think we can get this tile (after months) but then there was a problem getting a partial refund. Not that they didn't want to give it to us but again, just very poor communication and it took me going to the store yet again to get it worked out. I would not recommend them nor would I use them again. I was very unhappy with the service or lack there of.

  Josh and Willie did an excellent job! It was not an easy task of tearing out 30-year-old floors, cabinets and counters. Even though I am in Wisconsin and the work was being done in Florida, Josh e-mailed me pictures almost daily of the progress throughout the entire project. These two men are very detailed oriented and their suggestions on design and materials made the process much easier! Because of a strict budget, Josh was very knowledgeable about which cost effective materials to choose without compromising on quality. Fantastic job guys! I cannot wait until we tackle both bathrooms as well!

  Erin's Tile Works

  Erin's Tile Works came out and gave us an estimate. They were very friendly and helped us with a few design points by giving us some design suggestions for our backsplash that we had not thought of, that in the end, turned out beautifully. We felt the estimate was good and we liked them so we hired them. When the tile came in they called us right away and gave us a start date and time line for the project. The job started on time and went very smoothly. They were very professional and helpful. I was amazed at how clean they were. Each day they really cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the job and the company and would definitely recommend them.
