    40 years ago, I was going to his father and he inherited the practice so I just stayed with him. They were great. The waiting room is very comfortable. There is always something to read. I have to wait just a couple of minutes before I get in. There is nothing that he could do differently. If he is going to do a procedure, he will explain exactly what’s going to happen. We have dental insurance. He always bills to the insurance before he billed us. They billed me correctly.

    Dr. Judd and staff have created a friendly environment and are responsive to high-anxiety patients.  Dr. Judd is an excellent technician whose work is aesthetically pleasing.  I have been a client of Dr. Judd's for 20 years and have been very pleased.  I would encourage anyone to choose Dr. Judd as their dentist.

    Staff is very nice.  Waiting room very well maintained, it is a shared waiting room with 4 other dentists.  The upkeep on building is excellent.  I wait about five to ten minutes.  Doctor over explains and the staff will come back in and explain in laymans terms.

    I've been using his services for more than 40 years, and it's been a great experience.  Dr. Knutson approaches things with a long-term perspective, he has a personable demeanor, and he really has a genuine interest in my dental health.  In fact, he's done such good work for me that I've recommended him to several family members.  Furthermore, he employs an exceptional staff, I'm never waiting long when I go in for an appointment, and it's easy to deal with them regarding billing issues.

    Walking in, all of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. The waiting room is a very nice space with a variety of teas and water on offer at a bar area, as well as several TV's, large windows, and plenty of comfortable seating. 
      The examination rooms are very nice as well with large windows, a TV over your head during treatments, and comfortable seating. Once again, the dentist and dental assistant were very polite and engaged in light conversation throughout treatment. They seemed genuinely interested in our care and lives, and were super sweet. 
    The treatment went well - though I did have to go back as one of my cavities was over-filled, but otherwise it was a painless experience. Will be using them as my main dental office from now on.

    I've been using them for a couple of years now. They're really friendly. They have a good reminder system for setting your appointments. They're really flexible and easy to work with. The dentist is really good. The scheduling was quick. They do it the day of the service and schedule it out for the next six months. Whenever I have appointments I just do it right there and they send me out texts or email reminders when my appointment is coming close.

    I have been going to Dental Health for over 25 years. Unfortunately their quality of care just keeps getting worse. It took an unacceptable amount of time to get in for regular cleanings. Expect 5+ months. I was diagnosed with late stage breast cancer in Sept. 2011. I only had 6-8 weeks before chemo to get my teeth cleaned. There were no openings and I was old they don't keep waiting lists. (No dental cleanings allowed during chemo). They said to just call and check every day if there were any cancels. The reception staff comes across as uncaring and with little knowledge. I had some gingivitis before cancer treatment. Now I have gum disease and they tell me, thousands of dollars for "scaling" and "planing".  Seems as though a less costlier procedure could have been done prior to and preventing this drastic measure.  Another instance a staff person said they didn't know how to schedule a certain procedure and would have someone else call me to do so the next day. Two weeks later, no call. I had to continually call and try to find someone who knew how to schedule certain procedures. I was given a verbal quote for dental implant. Actual cost+three times what I was originally told.  Would not have even started the process if they had been up front with me about cost. I will be changing dentists after 25 years. I have lost trust in them. They have lost their integrity.

    Good dentist, good staff. I've spent a lot of time in dental chairs--70+ years of bad teeth--and been under the care of a lot of dental practitioners. Dr. Rudy Knutsen and his staff are among the very best!

    They are excellent. I had really good service there. They have a very professional staff. The office is attractive. I have had very good dental work done there. Even the longevity of the staff is fabulous, so I don't see new faces each time I go in which is nice.
