They charged me $100.00 and said they did a test and it works just fine. This is not true the car overflows when the pump shuts off after a fill-up. Stay away from these people they are a true stealership! I showed up for my initial appointment and they told us they were too busy that day. The story changed from it will take 20 minutes to you will have to wait over 2 hours.

We go there because of the price. Their communication is very good. We actually tried to make an appointment online and didn't get a confirmation of the appointment, so they called us to make sure that we wanted the appointment or not. They connected with us whenever their website wasn't working appropriately, and we appreciated that.

Called to make an appointment. Said they were booked pretty solid but told me to bring it in that day to see why the check engine light was on and we would go from there with scheduling an appointment. Took my car in, someone came out and read the codes and told me it was just a bad gas cap, and told me I could pick up a cheap replacement at autozone or similar store. Didn't charge me and really appreciated that they took time to look at it even though they were busy with other scheduled appointments. Haven't used again because they're a bit out of my way, but they're moving closer to me and I'll definitely use them then since there aren't too many good options on the north side.

They did a diagnostics. Someone had told me it was something else and I took it to Toyota. They checked everything out and determined it was just the battery. I did have them do something else for me, replace a strip on my window which still doesn't work. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did. The workers were very nice. Explained things to me and what they had done to the car and stuff.

They have done many of things for me. Including getting rid of this car. They are really good guys. If you want your car well taken care of, and remember. Customer service, and craftsmanship. Price is competitive. Its not as cheap as the one you drive in, and drive out.

Diagnosed the leak, told me they would call with an estimate, which they did. They gave me a time when the work would be done. And, called to say it was done within that time frame. Extremely professional and communication was superb.

The shop was around the corner from my house and I thought I'd give them a try. Dropped the truck off one morning for an oil change and asked them to check the U-joints as well.  Got a call later that morning saying my U-joints were in really bad shape - which didn't surprise me.  Had it all done early that afternoon and I picked it up later that evening.  Actually showed me the U-Joint they replaced and it was in very bad shape.  Very happy with their work/efficiency and the costs seemed reasonable.

You know, this would have been a perfectly good transaction, if they stuck with the oil change. But they gave me a "courtesy check" of the rest of the car, and then gave me a list of things I should get done, and said the car really wouldn't be safe without the repairs. They were pretty convincing, but the car is a junker, and the cost of all the repairs would have been as much or more than the car was worth. It was when they told me I desperately needed new tires -- going so far as to pulling out a coin to show me how bad the treads were, and saying how dangerous they were, that I realized I was being hustled. The only money I had ever invested in that heap was for the tires, about a year and a half and eight thousand miles earlier.  The treads were perfectly good. Later, a friend saw the list of other "important" repairs, and pointed out several more that might need doing in the near future -- but not urgent. Now, I'm not sayin' -- but I wonder if I wasn't an older woman if the experience would have been just a little different?

    Sparkle Auto Body
I damaged the finish on my brand new (less than 300 miles) car by brushing against my garage door opening as I was backing out.  It left a very large semi-circular "scar" about 2 inches wide and 2+ feet long above the right rear tire.  It's a black car and the paint transferred was white, so the contrast couldn't have been more dramatic.  It looked terrible.  It was obviously more than I could repair and would require more than detailing to correct.
It appeared to me that some body work would be needed.  I knew an individual whose car had undergone extensive repairs after a very serious collision and had obtained very good results.  Sparkle had done the work on that car, so I sought them out for my  current situation.  I drove in to get an estimate and to set up an appointment for the work to be done.  I was happily surprised to hear that Sparkle did not believe that body work would be needed and that the damage could be mitigated by buffing the despoiled area.  Everyone was polite, courteous, and exhibited a professional attitude.
They gave me an estimate of the amount of their time it would take for the repairs and indicated that they could complete the work right then, within the hour!  No future appointment necessary.  I accepted the estimate and took my seat in the waiting room.  They completed the job in less time than estimated and revised the repair bill accordingly. Afterwards, I inspected my car and I could not  see even a trace of the damage that had been so remarkable just minutes before. (I literally drove out within 45 minutes of my initial contact.)
I would like to pause here to indicate to all readers of this review that in my opinion, the damage to my car was not "a little scratch" or a "minor abrasion".  No, this was a very large, horrendous scar on a brand-new vehicle.  Sparkle's work restored my vehicle's store room luster and the very subjective "new car"  experience for me.
I understand that the current Sparkle ownership has been in this or related business for quite some time.  It is my hope that Sparkle will remain a fixture in auto body repair  for the foreseeable future.

    WRENCH AUTO SERVICE
My car broke down in my parking lot (again) and I feared it was a broken brake line (due to the color and viscosity of the leaking fluid ... I later found out ford coolant is just weird like that). I had the car towed there on a Sunday (they were closed) and left a message. The next day they had already gotten it in by 9 (they open at 8) to check things out. It was all fixed up and ready by 4:30. They were very professional and forthcoming about all needed repairs and what it was going to cost.
