  I was very happy with Advance Cleaning���s work. I had water coming into my basement after a lot of heavy rainfall, so I knew I needed to deal with my gutters. Yanks was very responsive, scheduling was quick and easy, and he and his associate were on the job very fast! They worked nonstop on a very hot day and made sure all the downspouts were flowing freely before they finished. Everything works and looks really great after their work.

  Amazing!  Went above and beyond our expectations.  Our 17-year old house looks like new.  They were so careful and conscientious.  It was a cold, rainy day, and it had to be miserable working outside, but that didn���t deter them from doing an excellent job.  They scrubbed the gutters, window sills, siding ��� I couldn���t believe how hard they worked, and the details they paid attention to.  My husband and I hire work out often ��� they are at the top of my list for doing a professional, prompt, above-expectations job!  We will use them again, and, actually, have already contracted with them to do another job at another house.  I can���t praise this business enough!!

  Enmanuel was working on a project in the area when I called him for downspout repairs.  He said he could fit it in his schedule and arrived in about an hour.  He had 7 other projects that afternoon, so he was sweet to fit mine in since he was in the area.  He and his helper worked very efficiently and did a good job.  They were very friendly and made sure I understood what they were doing.  One thing was I needed longer screws to attach the downspouts.  When he was giving me the tour of what they had done, he something they missed and immediately asked his fellow worker to bring the ladder back and they fixed it.
  This was a small repair job which many companies don't want to be bothered to do.  Gutter Flow 7 was happy to do it and couldn't have been more helpful or nicer to work with.  I highly recommend them for whatever gutter job someone might have.

  Did a great job cleaning gutters, especially on second story that I've been too chicken to deal with for years. Good communicator, professional, polite, prompt and efficient. Even cleaned up debris from roof and gutter. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.

  Great to work with. The estimate was done quickly and I received responses to my follow-ups quickly and with pictures. During the estimate, he identified an issue with our current gutters and pointed out that it was causing our soffits to get wet and indicated how he would prevent it from continuing. We were scheduled and complete within 12 days. The price was great and the crew did a great job of installing and cleaning up. I'd definitely use them again.

  They seemed to do a very adequate job. The gutters are very high because of the structure being a 2-story height. There were little seedlings growing in the gutters so it was well overdue to have the gutters cleaned. Nice job!! Thanks!

  I came back home to find the above jobs completed. The gutters were cleaned but the debris was scattered among my landscape bushes. I would have preferred the removal. All outside windows were cleaned & I found residue of the product they used to clean the windows on my desk and on my front door. Not wiped off totally.

  Dave Yates was amazing. I called on Wednesday in a panic because we had plugged up gutters which caused water in the basement. He asked for my phone number and called me the next morning and said he could be at my house shortly. He arrived, completed the job and left. Dave was very pleasant as well as efficient.
