    Floor Coverings International
What a professional group to work with. Did a wonderful job installing new Vinyl wood Floors in record time one day. Installed floors in living room, dining room and hall. Starting with Matt giving me as much time as I needed to pick out the flooring for rooms mentioned above. I also picked out carpeting to go in my bedroom for later. Quality all around with Matt, installers and Michelle who cleaned up after including vacuuming pretty much my whole house. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company for all types of flooring. Linda of Mequon

    Floor Coverings International
A good group to contract to have this work done. Our first time with hardwood install/refinish and didn't know what to expect. If we realized that the sanders would beat up the trim a bit would have asked to have quoted to replace upfront. Matt and Michelle did take care of the worst area left by their crew. There were a couple of small items that needed touched up afterwards but no big deal. We asked to have the tile installation delayed and Matt did so. Tiling went OK and looks good. Matt's quote was for ceramic tile and we picked/purchasing slate. Matt reasonably increased quote. Overall we are happy with the project. Their advice and choices for stain and grout color were spot on.

    TMJ Hardwood Flooring
TMJ Hardwood Flooring removed old flooring in kitchen, family room and den.  They installed new oak flooring, sanded and finished with poly.  They are willing to go the extra mile. They pay close attention to the details and are willing to make changes to make sure you are pleased with the end result.  I highly reccomend them.

    TMJ Hardwood Flooring
TMJ exceeded our expectations. They were very professional and courteous and arrived on time each day. Since they were installing the floors in our master bedroom, we were sleeping in the basement, which was not very pleasant. They really made an effort to complete the job as soon as possible so we could move back in to our bedroom and out of the basement! Everything we asked of them they did happily and with a smile on their face. Most importantly, the hardwood floors turned out gorgeous! Very highly recommend--if you are looking for someone to install your hardwood floors, look no further!

    Quinn Distributors Inc
Joel is very knowledgeable about carpet and other flooring products and patiently spent a good deal of time with me explaining my options and what would work best. The carpet is very high quality and soft and looks great. Excellent customer service, Joel went out of his way to ensure I was very satisfied with the end product.

    AB & K Affordable Bath & Kitchen
The workmen were courteous and efficient and our end product is acceptable.
Our representative/design consultant, however, was impatient and curt. She didn't give any legitimate design advice, ever. She had no ideas of her own. It was liking working alone. She rushed us through the process, constantly pressuring us to hurry and decide. When we expressed concerns about our choice of granite, she glossed that over, saying that we needed to make the decision and be done. (this was while we were at the granite distributor)  I never felt that she was on our team, but rather on her team, aka the team that gets the money. While our kitchen is serviceable and we have had no problems with the work itself, I would not hire this company to do the work again. They are impersonal, greedy and lack imagination and flare.

    Max Care Hardwood Flooring
We are extremely happy with the refinishing and the plank replacement. Max Care scheduled the work while we were on vacation. This required our remodeling contractor and Max Care to communicate. Once the transition area at the patio door was completed Max Care would be doing their refinishing etc. Our remodel contractor was then told not to do any indoor work so the refinishing could cure.

Everything went well until the Max Care workers failed to install and refinish the patio door transition area. Our remodel contractors called me while we were still on vacation to tell us that this area was not done. I do know that in speaking to Max Care after signing the contract that this area was not included. However I did give Max Care our contractor phone contact and they also had my cell number.

Bottom line is we had to have Max Care come back and install transition / duct piece and refinish. There is a somewhat noticeable lighter shade in this area. The technician that came out did a great job but I was disappointed in the lack of communication between Max Care management and Max Care's crew. It was pretty obvious that refinishing the area in question would be difficult to match. I was a phone call away and the remodel contractor was never contacted.

Bath and Kitchen Specialists? approach to the remodeling
project was nothing short of amazing.
Their attention to detail became apparent on Kim?s first visit.  An eight page list of preferences was
completed.  Kim?s next visit included a
computer mock-up of what the remodeled bathroom would look like and a complete
list of the estimated cost.  A one day
?decorate? with Kim was then scheduled.
Although totally exhausted after a full day of selections, I knew my job
was done and it was in their hands.   I
was given an estimate of when the project would begin as the jobs are scheduled
in order of receipt. BKS?s technicians, Dan and Mark, are true craftsmen and
great to work with.  The beauty of having
two people doing the work is you don?t have a string of contractors in and out
on their own schedule.   The time
estimate for completion of the project was eleven days and came in right on
time.  All along the way, I was kept
    totally informed.  The project
organization was incredible.  There is no
doubt in my mind that BKS is the best around!

    Wisconsin Kitchen Mart Inc.
I had absolutely dreaded the entire process, but the guys from Wisconsin Kitchen Mart made the renovation as painless as possible. I met with our designer, Larry Norman, several times at the building on W. Wisconsin, where he showed me options for cabinets and their hardware, as well as appliance options; he then drew up the plans, paying particular attention to what I hoped to accomplish with the renovation. Once we'd finalized the plans and appliance options, we went together to the Granite Gallery just down the street from WKM, and selected the granite. He gave me a starting date (which was actually several months later), and they stuck to that date. Each step of the way, I was given a book with the plans and the expected sequence and timing of events. Each step of the way, Larry (or the foreman of the particular team - (construction, electrical, plumbing, flooring) - let me know who would be showing up, and when. There were very few days where nothing was done - and this was only the case if a stage was finished prior to the next supplies not being available as yet. There were absolutely NO days when I was told that someone would be coming, and no one showed up. The crew had a lockbox, and could come and go as they needed to, such that I did not need to be home unless I was supposed to be meeting with Larry, a foreman, or an inspector. I trusted them implicitly. I had been very concerned about the dust potential, and had covered and moved furniture and fragile items - and was so pleasantly surprised that the dust was almost a non-issue. The guys sealed off rooms with plastic and quot;drapesand quot;, which worked very well, though still allowed me pathways to go where I needed to. Even the drywall hanging - which I was warned would be the messiest portion of the job - was not that bad. With a couple of exceptions (my sink is shallower than I would like, but that was unavoidable, due to the need to place the sink in the middle of the replaced window; I also wish I had thought to ask about the possibility of a double oven, which probably would not have been an option, if I wanted to keep the microwave as a built-in appliance, as well), I am absolutely delighted with the results. The only glitches involved a delay in installing the retractable vent for the gas cooktop - but this was due to Bosch no longer including the vent system with the cooktop; there also was a snafu in terms of the window replacement, due to a problem with personnel at the window supplier - this was not the fault of WKM. (They also actually refunded the cost of the window itself, due to the prolonged delay). We were told that the process would take 3 months, and the majority of the work was actually done in two months - only the retractable vent and the window were the outliers. We were able to use essentially all of the kitchen after the two month mark.
