    I hate moving! I hope to never have to do it again. But, if for some chance I do, I will call JC Triplett first thing. They were professional, friendly, conscientious and best of all - didn't break anything! The worked fast and didn't stand around wasting any time. To me it's been a rarity to find a company with good old-fashioned values and service. They came when they said, they charged me the quoted price and they could not have been any nicer. Best moving experience ever. I will recommend to all my friends and family!

    It went very well. Minor issues. Moved during a major storm. Truck leaked and a few of my couch cushions got wet. They dried by the next day without a stain. They offered to have them dry cleaned if there were any issues which there weren't. Very efficient and worked fast. Things arrived without damage as far as I can tell.

    Two Men And A Truck-Milwaukee
    Fred and Desiree arrived on time and were extremely nice. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were so careful with everything including a glass curio cabinet that was very fragile. They were also cautious with the hardwood floors of both houses and not one time even bumped the walls going up and down the stairs multiple times. I can not say enough about how impressed we were with there work.

    Right Now Movers
    Terrible. They broke our stuff. Offered a reduced rate and offered to fix everything, spent weeks and even months of looking for the owner..,, Full voice mails, unresponsive to emails. When he did respond he says he changed his mind and won't fix it. Hundreds of dollars in damage, so we filed a complaint with the BBB. The owner Grady Anderson has refused to cooperate with BBB to resolve the matter. Also operates as Rite Now Movers. Both appear to have now lost their rating w/ BBB.

    In The Nick of Time Moving
    2 movers were assigned to the job. Both showed up early which was great. However, only one seemed to keep busy moving things all the time while one guy was prone to standing in the truck waiting around quite a bit. I had to mention to him that there was more boxes etc to move or essentially babysit him for awhile. I should note that I was also busy during this time trying to finalize things at both locations so I couldn't watch everything they were doing. By the time they left however, I noticed that they only used maybe 10 of the 30 furniture pads I had provided. This later proved problematic as I noticed small cosmetic damage on many items of furniture. Because all the furniture was in storage prior and I hired them through a third party I was unable to get reimbursed. I needed pictures of the furniture pre-damage which I didn't have (since everything had been in storage for 2 years but moved there by very reputable professionals) The damage was not significant enough to fight with the contract company over and I could repair it on my own but please beware if using this company. Takeaway points : You may need to babysit one or more of the crew to make sure they stay on task Make sure the crew uses the tools provided or that they brought such as furniture pads to excess or you will regret it Take photos of all your furniture if you can prior to them moving anything for claims

    Five-Star Moving Crew
    Anthony and his team were great to work with - every aspect went very smoothly.   Because we were splitting the load with two pickup and drop-off points, being the 2nd pick-up required substantial reorganization of the truck.  Everything was loaded well and soundly secured - we had absolutely no problem with damage upon arrival, despite some pretty rough roads due to construction on a 1,300 mile haul.  Not only would I recommend them, but I am rebooking them for the 2nd phase of our move.

    Efficient Moving & Cleaning
    They did not bring enough help to remove the heavy things from the basement. Had to go back and get another person, even though our initial phone conversation I told them what items would need to be removed. They took about 3 weeks to get to us after I phoned. They were unprofessional in the way that the man in charge spoke to his crew.

    All My Sons Moving & Storage
    At times the movers were moving a little bit too quickly and damaged some of our items.  Also, we were told that the movers would
    handle all dis-assembly during the move and that I should not do any of this.  Consequently, I didn't take apart my treadmill in the basement prior to the move. Knowing that it wouldn't fit up the stairs fully assembled I told the movers they would need to take it apart, which they told me they couldn't do.  They tried to take it upstairs for almost an hour and then ended up taking it apart anyways.  It has been two weeks since my move and I still have not been refunded this time, after being told that I would.  I have placed four separate calls in, each time telling me that I will receive a call back about it - I have yet to receive a call back. Also, I was pre-billed for an hour of work that didn't need to be used and I still have yet to receive that refund 17 days later.  Additionally, we have to file a claim for several damaged pieces of furniture in our master bedroom set as well as door
    frames in our new home.  We are also missing items from the move that we have to file a claim for.  Overall, the beginning part of the process went well - but now I wish that I had gone with another company because of how
    much work this is putting on me after the fact. Very disappointed.
