FTerrible. First scheduled cleaning was cancelled the morning of, the second within a hour of arrival, third arrived on time. Cleaning was scheduled for up to 3 hours, about right for what was to be done, two and a half to three hour job. 35 minutes and she was done. Did not bring a vacuum cleaner or even a dust rag. Floors not mopped, garbage not taken out. When I described the job I wrote I wanted the furniture vacuumed. The cost was reasonable if they had done what they were suppose to. A complete ripoff for what they did do.

BThe staff was prompt and thorough. The only reason I gave a "B" for "Quality" was that the cleaning rags they used left many lint balls behind in all rooms. Otherwise, the staff did a great job! I was overcharged in error and the company gave me a credit promptly.

ALove Ashlee and her team. Always responsive to my texts/ messages. They LOVE our dogs! Great group that are trustworthy and fun. They do an amazing job! And timely. We have a very busy household and Thursdays are our favorite day of the week-we know it will be clean!
