Have heard good things about the top ADT Premier Provider, so gave them a call one evening around 8pm. Spoke with a professional rep for about 15 minutes and they had me setup with an installation ticket for the following morning. By 10am the next day the job was done. AMidwest Security & Fire Inc.They did a great job. The owner, Jim, communicated well and was able to issue a quote based on photos of the old system and panel that I sent him. We got on the calendar quickly. Tim did the work in about 4-5 hours. He was very polite, explained what he was doing and wore a mask the whole time he was in our house. The system installation went without a hitch and they were even able replace a sensor in the garage that I had not seen before. We are pleased with the work they did and relieved to have a working fire alarm system again. We recommend Midwest Fire & Security to others.- Susan H.
