    I had ongoing service and maintenance there. I had an older car with a lot of miles so I had some work done but I don't recall the price. I would use them again but I changed brands. I don't have a Honda anymore. It was time for a change I thought. I used them from when I moved in town. before I changed makes of car, regularly for 4 years for a lot of different things. I had a good experience over those 4 years.

    Had problems after purchase and was very difficult to have them fix the problems. The repairs were nothing but rigged and had to take to a different shop. Recently found out the front shocks are the wrong size which has caused the bolt to shear. They may sell low cost vehicles but you might as well go elsewhere. In the end your going to be paying far more in repairs.

    I did not have much free time and walked in to the service center without an appointment. The manager was friendly and managed to find a free mechanic employee to look at my car. I was told the entire inspection process would take 30 minutes but it took an hour. Later, I was explained in detail the various issues found on inspection. I felt the inspection was thorough and the explanation was detailed.

    OIL EXCHANGE INC QUICK LUBE
    I probably won't return to Oil Exchange Quick Lube.  I found the employees were unprofessional in the following manner:  they did not seem to care about what they were doing, or about what they said to each other in front of customers.  They did not appear to work with much pride or interest in what they were doing.  There was an elderly customer that heard cuss words and expressed to me that she was offended by the language.

    I was able to schedule work online with a simple selection of date and time. Safelite emailed and called the day before and on the day of the job to keep me informed on arrival for job. They provided excellent communication and professionalism. The technician was well trained and had excellent communication skills. The job went exactly how he described it and in the time allotment that was communicated. I highly recommend Safelite Autoglass.

    the night before, my car died in at the grocery store. a friend came to my aid and suggested o'briens. we got the car started again and drove my car to their garage at 8pm. when we got there, the owner was there and said he would look at it in the morning. he did as promised, we discussed the parts and price and he did the repairs very satisfactory.

    I've been doing business with Jim's for over 10 years.  Very professional and accommodating!  They will often offer to provide local transportation if a repair will require the vehicle be at the shop all day.  They are very knowledgeable about their work and extremely honest.  They are the only shop I've ever encountered who were fully honest about the doubt of a particularly tricky repair.  Even though hours of labor were invested, they did not charge because they could not fully vouch for the repair.  Very solid integrity!  Friendly and professional!  Highly recommended!

    Do not waste your money here! Had these guys replace a part in my vehicle, it was a used part they installed so they said if I had any problems they would replace it for free. My car was worse than when I first took it in there, took it back to them, had them replace the part again and it still didnt fix the problem. After all this crap they tried to charge me again for another  part after they said it would be free. I took the vehicle to a local dealer and had them replace the part for me with a brand new one, my car now works great!  It was cheaper to take the car to a dealer and install a brand new part compared to having these guys install a used  part. This was not the first time I had problems with this place so I will never ever go back!!  Their hourly rate may be cheaper that alot of other places but in the long run it will cost you more!!

    Vehicle was brought in for belt squeak with instructions to evaluate and provide service estimate.  Current phone number was left at this time with shop staff.  Staff was also informed that vehicle had recently received a new belt.  No calls or estimates were received and new belt was installed.  When staff was asked why there was no estimate provided and a new part was again replaced, they said they couldn't duplicate the problem and got no answer at an old phone number they found in their system (even though the current number was left the same morning).  When a price adjustment for this lapse was requested, it was refused and blame was deflected to the customer(me), at unacceptable solution.  (Note: cost was strictly for labor as old belt was replaced by original supplier under warranty.  Also, further analysis by another shop determined that the problem was not due to the belt.)  We've used this shop for over 30 years and given them $1000s business and countless referrals, but this lack of professionalism is not that of a shop that will received future business.  This was not the first time that work was performed without providing an estimate, but is the last.

    I have always used them. I like them because they are nice. They are friendly. Sometimes they take like forever to give my car back and I am not sure if it is because they are slow or busy. They have always given me a good price. I would definitely use them again in the future.
