    Dee's let us see the exhaust system and explained what they could do very clearly. They replaced a couple of pipes and welded it in and the cost was half what the dealer said it was going to be. And did it within an hour. Very happy with their service.

    For an auto technician, my husband goes to Brenengen Auto in West Salem, Wisconsin. Brenengen is the name of the owner as  well. We are going there this Monday. We bought our car there and they are very reasonable in what they do. They are very good  price wise and that is one of the things we like about them and why we recommend them to people. The waiting rooms are very  nice. They have a lot of chairs in their waiting room. They usually have coffee out there and they have cookies for people.  They have a bathroom very convenient and they have a TV that you can turn on. It is just a nice place to go. It is very clean  and they treat you nice. Overall I would grade them an 'A' definitely. They are better on the price than most places and it  might be because we bought our car there. The responsiveness is definitely an 'A'. We have used it ever since we bought our  car there so we have used them for about 10 years or more.

    I am going in a couple days from now to have him and his welder take a look at the rust to determine how much labor this repair will take. He was very up front about how these type of repairs can get expensive in a hurry, depending on the structural integrity of the metal around the hole. I am looking forward to returning to his shop, he wants everyone to be on the same page.

    Courtesy Car Care took care of me at a fair, reasonable price. They didn't over charge me to fix my vehicle and even fed me cookies while I waited.

    They told me right when to come in and when to pick it up, very punctual.

    They gave me good advice on what to do and what not to do.

    Horrible.
    There was a 6 day wait to have the car seen; appt was scheduled 2/5/14 for 2/11/14;
    I talked to someone via phone before the inspection to clarify my concerns and felt that they weren't listening. I asked for a call with results, I did get a call but all they told me was it had been done.
    The report was general wear and tear on a vehicle (10 yo) that age and: non-concerning oil spot & fitting leak
    The only immediate issue was it needed a transmission flush. Brakes were at 50%
    Several times I clarified I wanted to know what I would expect to do in the first year; and any immediate issues. I chose to purchase the vehicle from the seller based on this report. Immediately (second day of use) my check engine light came on. I used the brand certified dealership to diagnose; my "new" used car that was just inspected needs a $1200 repair. The catalytic converter. I have experienced this part failure in a different vehicle and understand the issues that come with it. Loss of power, loss of mpg (for a car getting 25-35 my vehicle is getting 15-16; it's a very sluggish engine) I was expecting to pay around $100 for the vehicle inspection. Which I told to both the seller and the shop. A $75 savings is great but it cost me hundreds. I would not have purchased this vehicle knowing it had an IMMEDIATE repair needed. My email correspondence with the business was unsatisfactory. They believe they did a good job. They also threatened me with "I ask that you are careful with any written reviews, that they are the truth. We do vigorously pursue any libel defamatory remark" I have saved my emails and have documentation from the dealership on what is wrong with the vehicle.

    After making multiple (failed) trips to the dealership that sold me this vehicle, I had the guys at Dee's Auto Care take a look at what was going on.  In a matter of a couple hours I heard back from them on what they found and what they would recommend to fix the problem.  They went above and beyond at communicating with me and on recommendations.  It was fixed very quickly.  When we picked the vehicle up, we had great service also.  No surprises and everything was spelled out very well on the receipt.  Including the warranty on certain parts of the work.  You won't be disappointed in Dee's Auto Care!

    I have gone to Matts for two years, usually for general services.  Last summer, I experienced a problem while driving and drove it over to Matts. They told me, I would have a answer by the end of the day and gave me a lift home.  At 7 PM I picked up my car and they went over the problem and costs.  They temporary fixed the problem, explained  it was safe to drive and ordered the part.   When the part came it was fixed and  was under the cost that they quoted me.  I have finally found  a shop I trust, get good service from and like.

    I was pleasantly surprised at how good these guys treated me.
    My 95 Ford Windstar CLUNKER was due for an oil change, and I was having trouble with it dying instead of idling. The "Check Engine" light had been on since I received the van as a Christmas gift, and I knew the brakes were leaking.
    I scheduled the oil change because I had a coupon offer for it, and I asked them to thoroughly inspect everything for me, estimate what I might need to have done, and try to pinpoint the dying at intersections problem.
    I believe I spoke with a guy named Craig when I came to pick up. He was astonishingly honest with me. He showed me the list of about 2 dozen check engine codes regarding the transmission, and another half dozen regarding the anti-lock brakes. He explained the major issues to me in laymen's terms. He politely told me that the work this vehicle needed would cost more than the van was worth, as I already suspected, and suggested I continue to save $ for something better & drive carefully in this rust bucket for the time being. But, he gave me a fair estimate of what they could do if I wanted, and referred me to a customer-recommended transmission shop because they do not do any transmission work at their location. 
    He then explained that they would normally charge a minimum labor charge of an hour for the diagnostics & estimates in addition to the price of the oil change deal, but since it only took one guy 20 minutes to inspect while the other guy was changing the oil, he only charged half an hour. Seemed fair to me. 
    Given that this review is more than a year after the service my details may not be precise, but I distinctly remember being happy with the service. More than just satisfied, I was impressed.

    This dealership saved me when the sun roof on my Honda Pilot would not close. I was headed out of town and they were able to fit me in last-minute. The mechanics were able to get my sun roof closed and send me on my way. It ended up raining that weekend, so I was very thankful they were able to help!
