    Sears Appliance Repair
    I had an appointment between 1 and 5. At 4:30, I received a text that said the technician had arrived ... but he hadn���t. I called at 4:30 and they said a technician would call me shortly. No call ... I called back at 5:05. The person said the technician was running late and would be at my house by 6. I said I had to leave at 6. She didn���t understand ... I asked to speak to her manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I found I had been transferred to dispatch. First, they said he had been to my house and left a door hanger ... I said I was home all day ... I looked, no door hanger. Then they said he tried to call me. I said I could screen shot my phone to show them no one had called. Then they told me he was in his way and would be calling me. He never came, never called, nothing. During that last call they said I���d have to call back and reschedule if there was still a problem. This call lasted 38 minutes. A half day of vacation wasted, time spent listening to lies, and my dryer is still broke. I will not be calling back. Horrible.

    I give Andy A grades all across the board. If I could grade higher, I would. He arrived shortly after I called and found the trouble in both appliances quickly. Andy protected my floors at all times from both tools and appliance pieces, vacuumed as he worked and left the place cleaner than it was when he came in. Repairs were done well. Andy is very personable and I felt comfortable having him in the house although nobody else was home at the time. I would definitely hire him again.

    1st try; did not show up; apparently in the wrong state. 2nd try; told me that appointment was 12-5 showed up 9:22 missed 3rd try; told me that appointment was 3:30 -5:30 showed up and left 3:29 missed 4th try; showed up stayed 10 min ordered parts and rescheduled for when the parts would be available. 3 days of work missed because of Sears not figuring out how to give proper customer service after the sale. Its no wonder why Sears is going out of business. My dishwasher is still not fixed.

    Talked in detail on the phone about the issues.  Gave me the expected costs of the two fixes he suspected.  Ended up being the dryer element which he had to order.  Had the part the next evening and was able to come back two days later and finish the work.  Very knowledgeable and professional.

    they were quick to confirm the appointments. Andy was very personable and knowledgeable. He needed to order a part for the washer, which came in quickly. Between the time that I approved the part and the time he returned to fix it, the drier broke. Because of Andy's professionalism, there was no hesitation when I asked him to look into it. I admired his honesty when he suggested that, instead of spending the money to repair it, I should replace it.

    He was unable to find the root cause during the visit, we were unable to duplicate the problem while he was here. I ran it again that evening and the noise occurred. I took a picture of what cycle the machine was in and recorded the audio. I emailed it to the technician and he responded very quickly in the morning with the root cause and recommended steps.

    Tech came on time, repaired the refrigerator and was on his way in less than 20 minutes. He was clean and professional. Technician even took off his shoes as our driveway was rather slushy and my floors are white. He explained to me the problem, had the part on his truck and even gave me some helpful hints to keep the refrigerator running more efficiently. I usually dread when we have to have a service person com out for any reason but not this time I will call them again!
