  • Plumber wrecked one cartridge because he did not check and clean pipe first. Said I needed a "thimble" to regulate water flow from hot to cold. Kept telling me to call manufacturer..didn't say why. Replaced spout....ok. Checked for hot and cold water. Both there, but didn't check transition from hot to cold. Transition used to take a fair amount of movement of the handle. Now it was instantaneous from cold to dangerously hot. Didn't like my complaint that he didn't do a proper job of checking his work. Started to claim I was making all sorts of complaints about noise, etc. which I never made. Those complaints were from a different dissatisfied customer. "Screamed" at me, said he would never work for me again and rudely hung up. Still have problem with hot - cold transition. He seemed interested in taking on as many jobs as possible but spending as little time in doing them as possible.

  • Very good service provided, with excellent communication. Easy to work with and personable. Contractor hired to handle plumbing stayed for the long haul to complete his part of the project. He is quoting two more small projects and one day we'll has him to quote a third larger project. We would certainly trust him with our home.

  • We had a drain froze on our washer and we were told repair would be 1-3 pm and Mike arrived at 12:30 pm and finished the thaw out by 12:50pm. Cleaned up and charged a service call only. Spectacular punctuality and ask for Mike to great service.

  • I appreciated the input and professionalism of both the sales person & the installers. We liked that this was a more "manual" system, more like an old timer for your christmas lights. No funny programming to fail and less internal parts & electronics to go bad, which is what happened to our old unit. Plus, this is a more efficient unit, and MUCH cheaper than Culligan, with no "subscription" services required.

  • There charge for the disposal &  installation felt like we were overcharged. I asked the serviceman brand name it is & breakdown of what unit cost based on service time, He got real indignant ( that I would dare ask him anything) The work was already done, I am the question asker, not my husband. Serviceman left and never gave me the name. I will write to the company & tell them they are never allowed in  my home again. He never gave me a breakdown of pricing. ( overall rude experience).

  • He was very polite.  Worked quickly but did the job well.   Noticed one toilet didn't respond to the first fix so he did an additional fix that worked.  He could have just left it after the first try but he knew that wasn't good enough!

  • It was clean. They sent a bill two weeks later for an additional $75. No explanation of what it was for. I called Angie's List to tell them about the extra charge. They said they would take care of it and I have received no further bills.

  • Called the Russ a couple times with questions Monday morning.  He was very professional and answered my many questions.  After calling around a bit for different pricing, I decided to go with Riverbend Plumbing.  Russ was able to schedule the installation a couple hours after I called.  He showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner.  He thoroughly explained what he did and what to expect.  Would definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

  • Called within minutes of my contacting Angie's List. To set up time for next day. Called an hour before scheduled time to see if they could come early. We agreed and 5 minutes later he was here. He looked at the problem to find the leak and determined we needed to replace the faucet. Of course we were not prepared for that. I went to Home Depot to get what was needed and when I returned he was ready for the install. Within a short time it was done. I asked about a future visit for my kitchen sink and he was able to take care of it right away. I will call them again.

  • Jerry explained why the original
    venting was incorrect.  He explained why he had to re-vent two water heaters.  He was courteous, helpful and professional.   Above all Rozga's prices were very reasonable.
