  • I have used M & S home solutions for quite awhile now.! I have used a number of other companies in the past who failed to meet my needs in many ways. Then I found M & S and my world changed! With previous companies, I thought I was just too picky, but after hiring M & S cleaning they exceed my expectations! WOW! Always ON TIME! Always do a great job! They clean my personal home and I am a realtor and use them frequently for my clients homes when needed. My clients have been VERY happy! Many times they are flexible enough to squeeze in a last minute "emergency" Prelist or post sale cleaning for my clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! *** The photo attached = I was teasing them that I wanted towel animals made like when I am on vacation so this showed up at Thanksgiving! CUTE!

  • I hired Mop and Bucket Cleaning to clean my house and it was done horribly. After they left it didn't even look like they were here! There were spots left on the floors and couches, counters were not wiped down, rugs were not moved during vacuuming, my stove still had grease spots on it, my bathroom shower was untouched, and it did not appear that she mopped. The owner is very unprofessional and is very inconsistent with the cleaning procedures. Once i told the owner that i would no longer be hiring her company for my cleaning services she was very rude and tried to bribe me with reasons to keep her like lowering the bet. I absolutely could not continue to pay for the terrible service i received from mop and bucket. I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone that is looking for a professional cleaning service.

  • The did a good job of cleaning, but were totally irresponsible about showing up. They didn't come when scheduled because they claimed that one of them had the wrong garage key. I was told they would come the next day. I tried to call to confirm but the mail box was full (this happened before). Then received email say they would be there Thursday or Friday of that week. this time I left a message saying fine...They didn't show up either day that week. Unacceptable.

  • I have worked with them now for over a year and their service is outstanding- consistent and dependable .   Owner is "hands on" with periodically doing the work herself so she has a good handle on needs , timing and quality of those assigned the project.  Have been in business 6 years with 2 different services.  By far, this is the best !  The staff no only takes pride in what they do but also make recommendations for improvement and/or needs to create a better end result.  While the actual maintenance person has rotated several times in the past year, each one is consistent with the business's objectives.  They are also very trustworthy, which is important as they are performing their tasks when no one is there.

I would highly recommend this service provider to both commercial and residential customers.

  • "Bottom line" at the top:
I like the people, but felt over charged for the amount of work completed.
    Background info:
Mine is a one story, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath (there are 3 bedrooms but I have a project going on in the 3rd room so I advised her to skip that room.) The home has been cleaned on a biweekly basis by a local professional who is in the process of relocating, so we are in the exploratory stage - trying to find someone to replace her. This was my first "trial run", and while I have no problems whatsoever with the woman who provided the work, in my opinion their fees are way too high for the amount and quality of work completed.
I pay my current house cleaner $25 an hour, with regular cash tips, gifts and other bonuses. Point is: I am not a cheap person, but this company charged me double what I have EVER paid for house cleaning, and did not do as thorough a job as I normally get. So would I use them again? I might if needed, but my search for a regular cleaner continues. If I did use them again, it would be because of the friendliness of the people involved, and I would just grin and bear the price and thoroughness.
Quick to call back, quick to schedule and available when I needed.
Friendly and professional from the first call on.
My cleaning was subcontracted out to Amy's Cleaning, and she was a lovely person who I would welcome back into my home.
My dogs liked her and she liked them.
$$: If you break it down to an hourly fee structure, I paid almost double what I normally pay for the same house. My current house cleaner worked hard for her $25 an hour, but she didn't go so fast that she left rooms half done.
Products used. This company uses a product called Proforce, and I was told by a couple of different people within the company that they use it on "practically everything as it is a good disinfectant". First of all, it is not necessary or even recommended that our homes be disinfected from top to bottom. This is a personal choice obviously, and I did ask her to use my own products which she did without argument. I just wish these ladies (for their own sake) would at least follow the warning label on the product:  Because it can cause "respiratory issues...irreversible eye damage and skin burns", the label clearly states to "wear protective eyewear...protective clothing and protective (rubber or chemical resistant) gloves."
I was also a little surprised that there didn't seem to be a lot of knowledge about marble and travertine surfaces. Just a note to anyone reading: Don't use anything with acid (i.e. Scrubbing Bubbles) or citrus on your natural stone surfaces.

  • We were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Oso Clean.  We started off with wanting to hire out interior painting for our addition as well as trim work and window cleaning.  As their time with us begas, we decided we wanted to add in some other work as well.  They were very flexible with our requests and upfront about what they could reasonably accommodate as additional requests while at the same time getting all the initial work requested completed as well.  They were very respectful of our home and space throughout their entire time with us.  As a bonus, they were able to pull this all off before we hosted Thanksgiving as we had hoped!!  We are very happy with the quality of the work and how much further along we are in our renovation process.  We would certainly seek their services in the future!

  • My house sparkles!
I was not here when the crews came or left -- so I do not have a good idea on how long it took, I only know what a fabulous job they did both inside and outside our home.  I really needed the deep cleaning and there was much to clean and they did a very thorough job including the outside of every cabinet, baseboards, dusting of all blinds -- it was very thorough deep clean ... and the basics/usual were done quite well (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc)
I would highly recommend Oso Clean. When I called, the owner came out in person to do the estimate and did a very thorough job walking through my house, counting windows, etc and explained exactly what would be done.  She then turned around an estimate in a timely manner and was very easy to do business with via email (my preference - easiest way for me to respond most times). At first I wasn't sure on the price point, but I can tell you it was worth every penny when I came home and saw the quality work.
    A+ for Oso Clean...

  • Maren and her crew started with an initial deep-clean of my home. Now they clean every two-weeks. I have used several services in the past and Oso clean definitely leaves my home the cleanest. The floors are sqeaky-clean. The prices are very reasonable too.

  • After 6 phone calls to try to schedule a cleaning service, I tried to voice my displeasure in the number of calls it took to just schedule a cleaning.  When I did this the man interrupted me, and I then cut him off so I could at least voice my displeasure.  He then HUNG UP ON ME.  They must have way too many customers to be treat potential customers this way.
This is the 1st F I have ever given Angie's list, but am totally appalled at the rudeness and lack of professionalism.  I should have paid attention to the other lady who gave an F.  Stay away.

  • Excellent service all around! I requested that they wash wood floors by hand (versus mop), also requested vacuuming furniture weekly - some unique requests.  They provide their own eco-friendly products and really go above and beyond.  They have even voluntarily brought their carpet vacuum in the past to remove spots from our bedroom rug.  Full scale service ranges from bathrooms, all floors, dusting to specialty requests such as windows etc.
