ACollege Hunks Hauling Junk and MovingDonte and Joeangel called to inform me they were on there way and it would be 20 minutes. They arrive right on time. They were friendly, professional and did and awesome job moving one room of furniture into another. They were fast workers and I was pleasantly surprised that they finished within an hour. There was a 2 hour minimum and they finished under an hour. I would definitely use College Hunks for any moving jobs in the future.- Wendy D.

AGreatland TransportationKurt and his crew were friendly, punctual and did an awesome job moving all the things I needed moved with no damage for a move three hours away. Gave me a fair quote and stuck to the quote. Did everything above and beyond to make a stressful move so smooth. Moved at the start of all this craziness of covid and Kurt reassured me and put my mind at ease that everything would still go as planned. AMike's Recycling + Moving ServicesThe actual move went very well. Mike and Dane arrived precisely when the company told me they would and got right to work loading my things. They had positive, can-do attitudes during the process and took great care with all of my furniture. They loaded the truck in a logical manner to protect my things and covered them all with blankets properly to prevent damage. The only thing which needed improvement during the process was communication prior to the services regarding the price quote and scheduling of service. It seems that Rose answers all of the emails and phone calls during the day, but she does not have authority to truly schedule jobs or quote job prices. So, she must wait until the evening for Mike to return from work and get this information figured out. This slows the response time for quoting and scheduling jobs, causes phone calls to be made at 9pm, and allows for miscommunication regarding job preferences from the consumer. I have had better service in the past from companies who have a knowledgeable person in the office during the day to get these things accomplished and I would suggest this improvement for Mike's Recylcing.- Katie K.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
