ATOLLY LANDSCAPE INC.What a great experience! Before meeting Jeff I wasn't sure I was actually going to get my yard done. I was having a hard time finding someone who could do both landscape and hardscape within our budget. From the first phone call I knew this was the company. The woman who answered the phone was very sweet and professional. I got a call back from Jeff pretty quickly and scheduled a time for him to come see the project. Our backyard was a sore sight with half dead grass, holes, a grade into the house and a few cement pads. We wanted a generous patio with a built in grill. an irrigation system, a grass area, a lot of herbs and fruit trees, an area for the raised bed garden and all of it organic. Jeff made a bunch of notes, a lot of great suggestions, took some measurements and said he would get back to us in a few days with an estimate. A few days later we got an estimate a bit over our budget, but that was my bad I never told him how much we could spend. He was able to make a few adjustments to bring down the price. Once we accepted his bid he put together a fantastic rendering of the project and a timeline of about 5 weeks. His crew arrived on schedule everyday. They were a group of great guys! Always professional, willing to answer our questions, and very friendly with our German Shepherd. Jeff was always in communication either by phone or email. I had to go out of town during the project, but Jeff called me from the nursery so I could still help pick out the herbs, bushes and trees. The total project lasted 6 weeks from demo to punch list and finished on budget. It was well worth the extra week. We are enjoying our dreamscape so much. We are out there all of the time using the grill and enjoying the out door living of So Cal. We are also already enjoying fresh organic fruits and veggies from our beautiful yard. Even though the job is long done, Jeff is still available for questions. I recently emailed him to see if I needed to do anything special to protect the plants from a rare coastal frost a few weeks ago. He called me back within an hour of getting my email. Then followed up a few minutes later with an article. A few days later he emailed again to see how everything fared with the cold weather. We will certainly be calling Jeff again when the time comes for our front yard.- Michelle F.

AVan De Yacht Irrigation systemsI live in Door County and there are no local company's that handle this type of work, this company takes care of a few of my neighbors also and they all love them. They come out in the spring and set the intake valve in the lake prime the system and adjust all the sprinkler heads and replace or clean where needed. Adjusted the clock to insure correct timing of system working and handled all in a professional manner .The two man crew did a great job and were enjoyable to have out to do the work, just plain old good folks.to deal with. The owner Andy treats me right at a fair price and I am happy to have him for servicing my system, at my age I hate dragging around hoses in order to keep my grass and wife's flowers looking good for our short season of nice weather. The company comes out in the fall and blows out the system and puts everything away for me.- john d.

AAubrey's Landscapewell they been doing my lawn for yrs now they made fire place for me this year wow awsome they also do my snow removel during winter as well as mulch my lawn every spring wow do they make a diffance i used to have much more tress in my yard but markus just gives me me these awsome prices of having them removed and my yard looks better every year i would recommend to the fullest makes your money worth towards your home makes it worth it- noemi v.

DLiving Lawns Irrigation & Landscaping IncHoliday Lighting:After repeated phone calls, Living Lawns owner and son finally arrived to hang lights we purchased from Living Lawns last year. At the end of the day, the garland lights over our front entry were 75% not working. The owner, Bob Zientek said he would call the supplier and be back to us in a few days. That was November 2011--he never returned, never called and did not answer our repeated phone calls to both his office and his cell phone. These lights never worked through the holiday season. We then repeatedly called to get Living Lawns to remove the Christmas lights. Finally, in mid-May when he came to do our irrigation, he took down the lights and then charged us full price for both the installation of the lights and the removal. When we complained he took $50 off the bill but added a storage charge which balanced it to zero. Lawn Irrigation:We began calling in early Spring to schedule our irrigation startup. We called more than ten times--we called the office and the owner's cell phone. We left voicemails. We nearly begged. Our calls were not returned. As the weather continued to warm, we had no idea what to do to get Living Lawns to respond. We asked our landscape contractor to also call Living Lawns owner Bob Zientek--he did and he told us that Bob Zientek had promised to come the first of May. No one showed. The landscape contractor called Living Lawns again because our 2 acres of landscape was in danger of damage and our calls were still being ignored. Finally, and still with no response to us, the owner of Living Lawns and his son came to startup our system in mid-May. The basement was inadvertently locked on the day they arrived and the irrigation controls were inside--they therefore had to return another day for the service. We were charged $120 for this delay. AI was unable to mow my lawn for a time this summer. I called Greener Grass Systems and set up a weekly/mow schedule. The mowers did a good job mowing and also did the trimming and cleaning up. Everything looked great - a professional job. I have many flower beds that they had to trim around and never had any damage to any flowers. One week, a neighbor mowed my lawn for me, so I called Greener Grass and asked that they not come that week. Easy and no hassle and professional work - I am well satisfied.

FWe purchased a cabin and asked Froemel to come out to help us get our well and pump working (it had been winterized by prior owner and we were not able to get it going). The son showed up to do the work while we were away from the cabin. He said we needed a new pump and hooked up a new pump. Then we never heard from him again. A few weeks later when we went back to the cabin the new pump was there, but it wasn't hooked up to the cabin and so still no water. We then contacted their company and were told we needed a plumber to come in to do the hook up. So we contacted a local plumber (who was very professional and prompt), but even with the plumbing hooked up we still didn't have water. So we called Froemel again and this time it took a few times to get a call back (the son had "forgotten" about us). Finally the father called us back and came out to the cabin while I was there. When he arrived he did not even introduce himself or even speak to me even though I greeted him on the driveway. He walked right over to the pump and started working. After a few minutes his response was "you need a new well, but we don't do your kind of wells. You will need to find someone else. " Then he drove away. A few days later (July 2016) we received a bill for $909.82. We contacted Fromel by phone and in writing to discuss the fact that they want $900 for a new pump to tell us it isn't a pump problem and find someone else to do the work. They have never returned our calls or letter to date (Nov 2016). We did pay the bill, but words can not express how disappointed we are in the work. Not only are they not good on their word, unprofessional when on the job site, but also not willing to discuss matters with us to try to settle this.
