    We were scheduled between 12-3, however received a call from the owner(?) telling me that the guys would be late. I asked how late and the response I got was short and rude and all he said was "just late". I asked if it would be after 3:00 and he said "oh yea. They took another job and it's turning out to be more than they thought". We had to call AGAIN to find out where they were. The guy on the phone was rude again. His attitude was just "oh well". So basically the movers took another job during our window! And no one apologized for anything either! They didn't show up until 7:00PM that night. We were moving until 10PM. All of it is unacceptable. That's not how you speak and treat customers. Maybe they could have knocked off some the price! Seeing as 7 hours of my day was wasted waiting on them due to the ineffective decisions made on that day by them. We will not use them again nor recommend them.

    My husband and I checked out social life dance studio in Hartland and we both really liked it. Both the teacher (Gina)and students were friendly and approachable. We felted welcomed right away. The pricing is very reasonable. It includes private and group lessons (Tuesdays: beginner/ intermediate and Thursdays: advance) and Friday nights dance parties. She has 2 to 4 dance parties a month. They also have social nights out on the town. This is when they go out in public to dance. For example, Lakeside restaurant in Oconomowoc. Any cover charges, drinks, and food, are your responsibility on these nights. Great date night.

    There were some issues with some connectivity. It's a lot of issues with electricity in this area. The electrical power burns out frequently, its interruption in the power. It has to do with the old lines that are above the street, my lines to my house are buried. So, I don't have any issue with my lines, but down the road wherever, anytime we have a high wind or there's a storm or something. Somewhere down the road, the stuff interrupts. So, what happens is that even though I have interruptible power sources and I have surge protectors all over the place I have issues. They had to come out to replace the router. I have UVerse it's my internet service, my telephone service, it's everything. Everything, we're talking major, not a good thing. It isn't anything that they can do necessarily about the electrical power. They're stuck with the electrical power as there is. The UVerse lines are buried. They're all fiber up to the boxes I guess. Up to the house, I guess it's copper. So, they verified that there wasn't any issues in my house. So, there was no issues with the copper lines in my house. So, it was probably something related with the repeated interrupted with the electrical power that just blew out my router. There was no charge I have coverage. I have coverage. First of all, the outside exterior is covered by the company. I also pay for coverage for the interior. I am not going to have to pay someone for having my wires done inside of the house, that's just too much of a deal. So, it's not that big a price, it's a very minimal service fee a month. It's definitely worth it because if you have to have something done with your wires inside your house that could turn into major money, but I didn't have to have anything done. Overall It's somewhere between, I would say an A and a B. The only reason I'm saying it's between there is because there were a fair number of issues trying to get it scheduled. Their work was excellent. He did a very good explanation. He showed all of the information they keep on their servers at their headquarters, which is what was valuable to know. So, they could show me exactly every time that the power had been interrupted. What happens when it was interrupted is I would lose all of my service. Everything would have to be rebooted and in some cases, I had to reset all my passwords which would be a big pain. On the price, A, it was free. How could you be any better than that? The response as far as trying to get them here, it was a little bit of an issue.

    Scott, Tom's son and welding instructor at the local colleges, was just a peach to deal with! I met him on a Saturday morning at his shop and he did a fantastic job!!! Not only that, his price for his work was MORE THAN FAIR. If you need a welding job done...and you live in SE WI...Tom's Welding is the place to go...

    Marvelous Mailboxes & More!
    The store sells far more than mailboxes. I was looking for 4" numbers/letters, but could not find a source. The sales staff suggested an address plaque with larger-than-usual characters imprinted on the plaque. The price was reasonable, and the order arrived in about 4 weeks. The product was easy to install and has met the needs. They also carry lighting and other merchandise.

    Excellent experience. I had been shopping for a shade to coordinate with a marble lamp. The staff member was friendly and helpful and spent about 20 minutes assisting me with my selection. I am pleased with my purchase. The switches for two lamps I had brought were also repaired for about $0.75 each.

    Jeff, the owner, spent a few hours with me over the course of two weekends insuring I got the bikes that would work best for me. He delivered one to me, a distance of over 40 miles, at no additional charge. I will buy my next bike from NorthShore. They specialize in recumbents and trikes. They do carry some "regular" bikes also.

    Poor customer service. Cancelled 4 times on the day of repair causing havoc with our work schecules. Never, repeat, never return phone calls from supervisors or VP in charge of customer service to discuss multiple complaints.
