    Infinity Exteriors LLC
Th experience with Infinity roofing was exceptional. I had them install additional roof vents on my house. While they were doing this they discovered that I had hail damage. Darren Farmer and Ben Gutkowski both went above and beyond to make sure they were at my house during the insurance inspection. The experience I had with infinity was excellent from start to finish.

Tim had a timely response to my calls and gave me a thorough quote to address my requests and repair issues on house roof. Work was completed quickly and he and crew worked late to finish the job. Weather forecast for following day was not good. Well satisfied with completed job. Cleanup was thorough. Would hire Tim again.

They were prompt in returning our calls and coming to give us an estimate.  They were quite a bit cheaper than other bids.  They said they were very busy but would try to get out soon.  They were out within a week and did quality work on the roof and then were out the following week to complete the inside work where the roof had leaked.  Very fine job on both.  Workers were courteous and very efficient.  I would recommend them to everyone!

    Borgwardt Construction LLC

Borgwardt construction did excellent work, they were also reasonably priced and easy to work with. We started out with just doing an addition, they were flexible when we added work from what was originally agreed to.  We started off with just an addition done but because we found a contractor that we felt comfortable with we continued to add work to our original project.  Jan always made us a priority throughout the time we worked with him.  I would hire them again without hesitation.

We met with several contractors prior to selecting Infinity Exteriors. I was sold on the value they were providing, the fact thet their best installer (Ian) would be on site every day, their scheduling and the project management was second to none and the pricing was middle of the four contractors we spoke with. Based on reviews and recommendations I thought they would perform well. We signed the contract 04-28-2015 and made our down payment, now committed. On 05-29-2015 I get an email notifying me that the project manager came out to verify my window measurements (a month after down payment) notifying me they miscounted my window openings. Of course it was not that they counted too many and I would get a rebate but they were short on their count and requested another $1600 for the additional window. Was it a way to show me a quote for less than their competitors, maybe. So now my radar is now up, they have used their mulligan.
Mid July, I contact Infinity (yes 10 weeks after down payment) curious to know if my sales person has taken my down payment to live his days in Mexico as I have heard nothing. To Sam's (sales person) credit I finally get a call form scheduling explaining that they had an issue at the window manufacturer, they are backlogged. That means one of two things. Either they are now rushing to get all window orders out or their quality control is so stringent that nothing get loaded on a truck with out the proper quality checks (generally it is not the latter). The wheels are now turning, wait... Two weeks later (12 weeks after contract) the crew arrives and starts stripping siding, awesome, I may get to use my new windows this summer! Remember I am now paying attention, the start installing an underlayment wrap for the new siding on my house. It looks like they are using scraps taped together, I mention this and ask if this is also a weather barrier, the answer from Infinity is yes but they keep installing in the same haphazard fashion. During this conversation I mention that my chimney is left unprotected (no wrap, no siding) for nearly two weeks during several summer storms, a few days later it is corrected.
Nearing the end of the project (the last day or two) I notify Infinity's Lead project supervisor (Ian) that an exhaust vent has been covered with siding, his reaction was of disbelief, he asked whether I installed it after they began the project. That same day I had a discussion with Ian about a part of the project they kind of ignored. I had to explain to them how to do it. Ian gets the project manager (Mike) on site to verify what I said should be done, could be done. During my discussion with Ian he said "don't take this the wrong way but, your house is not built very well", the studs are not 16" on center and this was a difficult project and some other stuff but I tuned him out.
The project sort of ended at the end of August (Yes 16 weeks after down payment).we get a final invoice but the project is not done. We are still waiting for a chimney cap.
We are also waiting for some hardware for one of the windows. The siding and trim look great, the windows are suitable but today (10-19-2015) we have one window that is splitting and we are still waiting for that hardware for the one window.
As a side note: During the initial sale of the project my front screen door was sticking, Sam said they would take care of it. I know it was verbal get the point.

    All Pro Exteriorz LLC
Crew arrived on time and were ready to work.  They worked very hard till the task was complete.  The owner Vince, was even nice enough to get on top of my roof to inspect everything since he heard who completed my roof had a recall.  There was no charge for this service.
I felt Vince was professional and his crew and would highly recommend using them again.

    Exterior Pros
Contractor did a great job of communication and speed of the job.  They followed my request to not use a dumpster and immediately remove the old roof.   They quickly were able to identify some extra issues with the underlayment, inform me, and take care of asap.
Best part was that they cleaned up afterwards impeccably...the best I've ever seen a roofer do.
    Would use again.

When he visited the home, he was very professional and appeared to know his stuff.  He investigated the aspects of the roof that were causing concern, and seemed to feel he could do the repairs.  He said he would write up a quote, and I would receive it in a few days.  I never heard another word from him!  I called once and left a message, still nothing!!!  Still waiting......

They came out to fix our gutters. After a year all of the repairs failed. Called them and they sent a guy out to look at it, just to send me another estimate to fix their repairs. Our gutters are not near trees or anything else that would be depositing extra weight into them. In the end it was just a medium/heavy RAIN that undid their "repair". I wasn't treated like a customer, just an easy pay-day!

    LeafFilter Gutter Protection

    Problems with the initial estimator and the installation made this an unsatisfactory experience. Singly, they were minor: the estimator's phone had no power so we had to furnish a phone and calculator. The person he was calling to confirm the install date was not picking up - that took 30 minutes to get through. The installation date was changed twice, we finally agreed for them to come on a Friday afternoon. We explained we would not be home, installer's only question was and quot;how you going to pay?and quot;

Returned home the next day to find debris from the gutters all around the house along with bits of plastic, screws, and broken plants. A note left in our door by the installer stated that they didn't leave until 9:30 p.m. and to call them if we found any of their tools. Our neighbor described the crew as and quot;sketchyand quot; - they borrowed his ladder instead of using one of the two they had on the roof of their truck.

Contacted leaf filter company, they sent a tech out who removed the glue from the roof, picked up debris by the front door and installed some missing screws.

If the leaf filter performs as promised it will be worth not having to clean out the helicopters (maple tree seeds) and leaves. Research shows that the 'gutter helmet' type does not prevent small leaves and debris from entering and clogging, but the leaf filter does. Still, I would rather have had the A team installing than Larry, Curly and Moe.
