BAJ's Pest Prevention & Animal ControlHe was professional and punctual. He went all through the attic, checked out the scat, compared it to images on his phone. Determined by scat and placement that I have a problem with bats, not mice. He does not deal with bat removal. I would use him for the services that he does provide. A very professional and helpful individual.

AABBA Complete Pest Control LLCWe’ve been using them for 3 years. We had them come out every 2-3 months. Typically they email or call ahead of time to let us know for regular services. They let us know if they need access inside the house. They walk around the property and look for any signs. They explained what we need for specific times of the year and ask us if we noticed anything that needs taken care of. They are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.- Randy W.

ABatzner Pest ControlCalled Batzner 2.5 weeks ago about solving my mouse problem. They sent a tech, Kevin, out the next day. After the phone call, I received an e-mail with names and photos of the person I spoke with and Kevin. Great idea so I would recognize him when he came. Kevin was prompt and thorough. I was only concerned about the mice, but the service I signed up for included pest control. Kevin found a big nest of ground hornets which he took care of. He plugged holes where the mice may have been getting in and left bait traps in the basement and promised a follow up visit in 3 weeks. The next day, we found 4 dead mice outside. No more mice until 2 nights ago. I called Batzner yesterday (a few days before the 3 wks), Kevin came back today, checked the traps, found a few more entry possibilities which he filled. Of course, he couldn't guarantee this will be the end of it, but he promised he would keep coming back until the mice were gone. Super service!

AAdvanced Wildlife Control IncWasps had entered through a hole under the eaves and made a nest inside an interior wall in our house. The nest caused the wall to soften and discolor. The exterminator made a small hole in the wall, killed the wasps and removed a very large nest. He left wasp killing powder inside the wall and taped the hole closed. He returned two days later to make sure the wasps were gone and sealed the entry hole from the outside. (Closing the hole in the wall was my responsibility. This was understood from the start.)- TIM F.

DNo Escape Pest ControlHe said he was going to come and spray a total of 3 times. He did an okay job in terms of application, but he never came back for the other 2 visits. He was nice on the phone, but hasn't shown up. He is not professional. Also the treatment was not effective.- CHRIS C.

It is important that the tech know the ins and outs of the individual property, in order to be able to know the best way to apply the products and the individual homeowner's idiosyncrasies.
