    They are family owned. I like dealing with family owned places. It is a real nice dishwasher. It was a good experience. I worked with the owner of the store over the phone. She was very helpful to me because I was very limited. I could not go into the store. I told her I found one online. She knew the product very well. She had one of those. She went over everything with me in detail. It was good working with her. I referred her to friends that don't live in Hartford. They didn't like big box stores. They drove all the way out here and bought a dishwasher and range from her. They were just as impressed as I was with her knowledge of the product.

    WALMART SUPERCENTER
    The vacuum was not holding a charge. They sent me a new battery free of charge and it still wouldn't hold a charge. They sent battery charging unit and it still didn't hold the charge. I took the whole thing back. They had no problem taking the vacuum back, but they wouldn't refund the $9 for the warranty. I bought it from them. I got into a whole thing with them about it. Don't screw around with me. Long story short; they gave me my money back. They have really stupid return policies. I don't have a choice but to shop here. Walmart is the only store in Hartford. I have written to other stores trying to get them to come here. Walmart sucks.

    Movers were polite, patient and respectful.  I think it went very well. The handling of the piano took minutes.  the most time was spent trying to figure out where the new apt was!  Again my error. They deserved every cent of their $40 tip.

    I was just fine. They had a good selection and a nice clearance section. They also had a distressed furniture section. We went in there for guest bed, but came back with more. It was well laid out. There may have been a couple of marks on the table that we got in the distressed area, but nothing major. We were happy with them. They delivered everything about a week later and everything was right on time as promised.

    Our dog had chewed off the back portion of a rocker on my grandma's old rocking chair. Charles suggested that it be repaired by adjusting the undamaged rocker to equal the "chewed" one, since there was not alot of difference in length. This worked out great and saved us the cost of having a new rocker made. The rocking chair looked great after Charles completed the repair and refinishing!

    The service appointment went very smoothly and the repairman even cleaned up after himself.  We decided not to repair our microwave due to the cost of parts but I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.  Just a note - the repairman takes cash or check not credit card for a method of payment.

    It went better than well, because the delivery person listened carefully and read between the lines...he suggested a short way of circumventing a problem I had in that the washer and dryer doors were going to be on the wrong sides from each other on account of previous wiring, plumbing and venting in the wall. He said there was nothing to it, and went to the truck to get a few items to do it. It cost very little to have them do it, as compared with hundreds I had been quoted to move all the wires and open up the wall and repatch and repaint it.....wow!!! That was a narrow escape! Thanks, guys!.

    Bill Walsh was very on the ball. I had contacted him weeks before to get pricing. When I called back to schedule the job, he remembered me, had all the notes on the house locations, etc. We were able to schedule the move within 3 days of calling. They ran late on another job and asked if they could reschedule for the following day. When I pressed (mildly) to have it done on the scheduled day, he re-arranged his crew's schedule and arrived only about 1 hour later than originally planned. The move was quick and painless. Loaded the piano, drove 25 miles, and unloaded in less than one hour. The crew was very careful of our new carpet in both locations.
