    Value Home Painting
Ron did an amazing job! We had contacted some of the painters listed on this site only to find no return calls, I will stop out for an estimate (and never show) ect ect. Ron was punctual, kept us well informed of the job progress not to mention used common sense when the color didn't we chose didn't turn out the way we thought it would. We will be hiring Ron again for some other jobs we have! If you need a painter where quality is top notch, Ron is the right choice!

    Infinity Exteriors LLC
We met with several contractors prior to selecting Infinity Exteriors. I was sold on the value they were providing, the fact thet their best installer (Ian) would be on site every day, their scheduling and the project management was second to none and the pricing was middle of the four contractors we spoke with. Based on reviews and recommendations I thought they would perform well. We signed the contract 04-28-2015 and made our down payment, now committed. On 05-29-2015 I get an email notifying me that the project manager came out to verify my window measurements (a month after down payment) notifying me they miscounted my window openings. Of course it was not that they counted too many and I would get a rebate but they were short on their count and requested another $1600 for the additional window. Was it a way to show me a quote for less than their competitors, maybe. So now my radar is now up, they have used their mulligan.
Mid July, I contact Infinity (yes 10 weeks after down payment) curious to know if my sales person has taken my down payment to live his days in Mexico as I have heard nothing. To Sam's (sales person) credit I finally get a call form scheduling explaining that they had an issue at the window manufacturer, they are backlogged. That means one of two things. Either they are now rushing to get all window orders out or their quality control is so stringent that nothing get loaded on a truck with out the proper quality checks (generally it is not the latter). The wheels are now turning, wait... Two weeks later (12 weeks after contract) the crew arrives and starts stripping siding, awesome, I may get to use my new windows this summer! Remember I am now paying attention, the start installing an underlayment wrap for the new siding on my house. It looks like they are using scraps taped together, I mention this and ask if this is also a weather barrier, the answer from Infinity is yes but they keep installing in the same haphazard fashion. During this conversation I mention that my chimney is left unprotected (no wrap, no siding) for nearly two weeks during several summer storms, a few days later it is corrected.
Nearing the end of the project (the last day or two) I notify Infinity's Lead project supervisor (Ian) that an exhaust vent has been covered with siding, his reaction was of disbelief, he asked whether I installed it after they began the project. That same day I had a discussion with Ian about a part of the project they kind of ignored. I had to explain to them how to do it. Ian gets the project manager (Mike) on site to verify what I said should be done, could be done. During my discussion with Ian he said "don't take this the wrong way but, your house is not built very well", the studs are not 16" on center and this was a difficult project and some other stuff but I tuned him out.
The project sort of ended at the end of August (Yes 16 weeks after down payment).we get a final invoice but the project is not done. We are still waiting for a chimney cap.
We are also waiting for some hardware for one of the windows. The siding and trim look great, the windows are suitable but today (10-19-2015) we have one window that is splitting and we are still waiting for that hardware for the one window.
As a side note: During the initial sale of the project my front screen door was sticking, Sam said they would take care of it. I know it was verbal but...you get the point.

We were not pleased with the outcome. The work was blotchy and you can see it in the surface. The stain wasn't applied evenly taking into account even the fact that some woods would take up stain differently. We had a new deck that hasn't been put up and there were spots on the deck, they had left some stain on our picnic tables. Communication was not good. At one point, we didn't realize that they had apparently blown a fuse and so we didn't know that. They came knocking at the door on a Sunday, ready to continue and we had no idea that they were going to be coming. I would have prepared or done something. I understand that there's some degree of messiness in here but there was quite a bit on the downspouts, the doors and windows. There's a lot of spots all over the place. They also knocked a shingle off when they were up there. The put the shutters back on but they put them on wrong.
Jesse, the foreman, had called in March to see if he could put up a sign up in our lawn. I told him we wouldn't want that, we were very unhappy with the outcome of things. He said that he would come out and check it but he didn't do that yet. There's been no contact since then. Prior to that, as I worked with them, they were responsive and good. So initially, my experience with them was good before the work was done. They were thorough and answered some of the questions we had and that's why we chose them. Those were the good parts in the beginning. I feel bad about not contacting them but from their point of view, it would be a good thing for them to follow up at the end of the project and see how things are going and even do a walk through.

    WALTER'S PAINTING
Due to weather the job was delayed, which we could easily understand and accept. Once they started weather permitting they were punctuational and on the job and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable painters along with the owner. Two coats both brush applied, very well done . I would recommend this contractor to anyone who wants to hire a painter, in fact we have done so to our neighbor.

The house was pressure washed several days before the team arrived. The job actually ended up being done several weeks before we thought it would be done. Jose and the team arrived when they said they would every day scheduled, including Saturday due to rain on one day during the week. They were respectful and very polite. The work they did was excellent and they cleaned up all of the paint chips after they were done. They put down all necessary drop cloths and covered all the outdoor lighting fixtures and decorations excellently. I don't know how they managed it, but they did not get even a drop of paint on anything other than the surfaces that were to be painted. They even went so far as to paint some of the trim on the outer doors that were not even on the contract. It was such a nice surprise to know that was one less thing my husband and I would not have to do. I cannot say enough about how well the job was done. The house looks great and I would not hesitate to hire them again, in fact we already spoke with Jesse about having the team come back to do some interior work on our cathedral ceilings and walls in the foyer and several rooms. We felt the price was very good for a 2 story cape cod home as well, so we were extremely pleased with the whole experience.

First job for the entire exterior of a two story home, I called up Kenny, he was onsite within an hour to give me an estimate.  We agreed on a date the work would be completed by and he did the rest.  House looks great, scraped and hand painted, good job on cleaning up chips.
Second job needed a garage painted within ~3 days in early April (wet & cold), he came through and did a great cleanup job.

We liked them at the time. They did a nice job. They had a good selection of paints. They matched colors pretty good. They were customer friendly. They provided swatches so you could see what it looked like after it dried. When they came out they got the job done quite quickly. It wasn't just a small business, it was like a company. We would certainly consider them in the future.

    Baker's Painting
The work was scheduled to take about 3 weeks but because of weather took about 4. Because of the dryness of the wood it took quite a bit more paint than expected but he split some of that cost with us and did not cut back on his paint quality. It was a two tone paint job and he made good recommendations on where to use the different tones to best advantage. The woodpeckers peck holes in the wood which was part of his repair and he showed how to repair them so they would not return. (use grey cement repair and it blends right in and can be painted as well as extra durable). He stayed with the job and completed it on time as weather permitted. It was also blended to match the house. Well worth the cost.

I would have had them scrap and caulk more. Also, they need to cover under work performed as mulch was full of paint chips. Keith answered problems promptly and was easy to work with.
