    ACCURATE CLOCK REPAIR
    Everything went perfectly. I emailed two photos to see if the clock could be repaired and what a ballpark price would be. Mark responded quickly and the repair was also done quickly per the quote. I was very pleased.

    Excellent repair service! Mark is so knowledgeable and friendly. The clock was repaired to our delight and it is working well again. Great communication and very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him and would go to him for clock repair again.

    They had promised at the time I purchased the service, that if I went on automatic bill pay, the price wouldn't increase but it did and it was substantial. I started paying like 170 and now its 230. I do think that at some point I want to get in touch with them but it's been a low priority. They've never had to come out. I just called them for some customer service and they were very professional.

    The storage unit is clean and we were not worried about storing our furniture inside. It is a tight fit with both the dumpster and storage unit in the driveway. The drivers for both were courteous and very accommodating as to where and how we needed them parked in the driveway. We have used other disposal services in the past and the drivers were not very accommodating.

    I looked up the store and visited, and met the dear woman that was so helpful in figuring out what exact service would be needed. Later I called her to schedule a pick-up date. When the clock man arrived he examined the clock, advised me what needed to be done, that it would take about a month and an approximation of the cost. We agreed, and the Clock went in about December 20, 2013 and was repaired and returned and re-installed in late January, 2014. The clock was immaculate, the newly rebuilt mechanism is quieter than before and the pulley wheels make less noise when pulling the weights up to rewind. I was completely satisfied by the whole transaction. They are very kind and gracious people to work with..

    I hate that place. My overall experience with them was horrible. They put me in a pneumonia ward and I had three broken ribs. All I did was lie down there for 4 days. I think I was a bother to the staff. I wasn't really communicating with them and so I don't know anything about their communication skills. They sent the bill of $21000 to my insurance company. I guess they have to bill me whatever they are going to bill me for. I will never use them again in the future.

    They have free shredding even though we’re not members.  They have a three hour period and people can bring up to two boxes and they shred it right there on the truck.  You don’t even go inside; you just hand  your box to the driver.  It’s quick and easy and just a nice service. I absolutely would use their service again.

    It's a triple play service. They hook you and they bill you. I would use them for the convenience of it. They are easy to get in touch with because they are located in the shopping mall. They have easy access. They are pricey for what you get; the channels are not worth it. I think it is outdated. People don't want to change their email address, that's where they keep you, because of the internet service; you stay because you don't want to change your email so you are stuck with the TV and then you pay too much. We stuck with it for email services. I think they are not worth it, they are overpriced. There is no choice on TV. My husband feels the same way; a lot of channels have nothing and he does not want to change his email address. I would change my email address for $10. On quality, I don't think there is anything spectacular about them at all. On responsiveness, I just don't think they are the best.

    Went into the shop on Wednesday afternoon 9/19/07 directly from my 40 mile ride. I was in a panic as my tire was worn through but I didn't want my bike tied up for days in the shop while I watched the end of the biking season pass before me while I had no bike. The guy at the counter (initials are JV don't know his full name) took one look and said he could put on 2 new tires in 25 minutes. We were trying to figure out what kind of tire I had on the bike when the owner Chris walked by. He identified it immediately and suggested the tire that would be a good replacement. They sold for around $45 each. However, they did not have this particular tire in stock. They did have an even better tire of the same kind for $65 each. I said go for it because it was worth the extra money to have my bike back within a half hour. JV installed tires, tubes, and rims on the spot. Didn't even bother with the paper work.

    THEY SAID COME IN TO THE SHOP AT ANYTIME IF I NEED TO HELP PUTTING THE BIKE RACK ON MY CAR. I HAD NO CLUE SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME IN BEFORE THEY OPENED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME. HE SPENT TWO HOURS SHOWING ME HOW TO PUT THE BIKE RACK ON THE CAR. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME IN CHOOSING A BIKE. THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO COME IN AT ANY TIME AND THEY WOULD SHOW ME HOW TO TAKE THE BIKE RACK OFF MY CAR.
