ACream City Carpet CleaningJason and his team came out when we needed them and just did an incredible job. He and his team was respectful and were careful with all their equipment when running the hoses in the house. They were efficient in their work and they were able to wash two stair cases and main living room carpet. In addition, Jason took pictures of the before and after and it was awesome seeing that our ducts were clean. AMatt and Damion were terrific! There was a miscommunication about our service, but P&R contacted Matt, and he helped resolve our issue. I am so thankful! We had just moved in, and the previous owners were supposed to have cleaned the carpets before we moved. Not only had they not cleaned the carpets, but they had used furniture to cover pet urine stains during our viewings of the house! Now we have nice clean carpets, and I feel much more comfortable having kids and pets in the house. Thank you P&R, and particularly thank you Matt!!!!
