  • I personally couldnt be any happier with the workmanship and effort tony and his crew put into their work. Its refreshing to get advice from someone who actually expresses full dedication and passion in being a luthier. The quality of work is 2nd to none, and he truly cares about the customer before anything else. 1st impressions are a big thing for me, and i walked in this shop feeling like i knew these people for years. After seeing my guitar done for the first time, I was shocked at how much more alive the guitar looked. It was breathing new life. Tony took the time to explain in great detail everything he did on the guitar and helped be better understand the instrument as well. So, to say the least, my experience at Luthiers was simply world class.

  • My Husband dropped his phone in our driveway the day he had to leave out of town for work. I called the guys at iSupply, explained the situation. They told me they were backed up in repairs but would make an exception for my husband to fix his phone before his flight left. My husband brought his phone in, they had his phone repaired with a free protective film and an educational description on how to maintain good battery life, how to use his iCloud & gave him a great deal on a protective case. All accomplished within 25 minutes!
    We've had our phones fixed in the past at other places that were slightly cheaper, but none came close to the quality of work and service we received from Isupply.
    I will recommend them to anyone in need of electronic repair.

  • We paid 50.00 for a 1 hour private lesson for our son. After our son completed his first lesson he explained to us that he learned more during his first lesson than he had in the past year. Our son found the instructor friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Our son passed his test the next time he took it which was about a week later. He met us at a mutually convenient location since we lived out of town and he was coming from Green Bay.

  • I had a tv with a DVD player in it that went out. He got it all fixed for much less than a new one would have cost and gave me some great info on how to keep it running even longer. He also cleaned it all up and it works as good as new.

  • It was all covered under warranty. He absolutely shocked me. The guy knew what he was doing. I had made 13 phone calls to Sharp to get a problem fixed and when I finally convinced them that there was a problem, none of those people could set that thing up. This guy comes over and 15 minutes later, I am fixed. I would give him a shocking A down the whole list. I was surprised.

  • I brought my iPhone into isupply to have it "unlocked". They told me that they could do it, it would cost about $30 and it would be ready shortly. They then returned the phone to me, I paid, and left. Later I find out that I can no longer use my iphone as a phone because through the process of "unlocking" they had bricked it, no longer allowing me to use it as a telephone. After realizing that I had just lost about $600 (the cost of my phone) I went back there.. asking for my money back and for them to fix it. They told me they could not refund my money , although they state they "guaranty" their work. They were also very rude and unprofessional about the whole ordeal. They said that they could take a look at my phone again , but would need to charge me.

    I think that the business they get is solely due to their location. They may have the money to run a "business" but do not have the skills or professionalism. I think that a second look is worth it when trying to find someone to repair any i device!

  • He has very creative ideas and he's so easy to work with. He takes feedback easily and quickly adjusts as needed. I've hired Seth many times for numerous projects, including graphics for signs and in-store display units. I've always had a fantastic experience with Barkin' Spider; and Seth is really fun too. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

  • We initally asked for a male trainer and were told this would be a possibiity, but by the time we scheduled training sessions there were no male staff. The trainer's schedule was quite full, but she worked to be flexible and accomodate our family's needs. We were encouraged to try this over the summer, even through we knew it would be difficult to attend regularly. As it was, it took us an additional month to complete the program. Exercises and at home practice are designed to challenge the student, and it surely did! Our daughter's frustration level increased dramatically- we even consdered stopping the program. At the end though she did improve her frustration tolerance, speed, attention to detail and focus. She even began to enjoy some of the practice drills. I'd recommend this program for families who are willing to put forth the effort and money required. Initally, it was hard to tell what improvements were real and what we were hoping to see. A year later, I do feel it was helpful Learning RX isn't a miracle cure, but certainly a helpful tool in increasing cognitive skills Owner Dena Martin is a former principal and understands educational systems and families. Due to a change in work schedule I was not able to attend a follow up face to face meeting reviewing the assessment, but she did send a nice letter addressing our child's specific improvements along with the results. The trainer also writes a personalized letter to the student which is a nice touch.

  • I scheduled a appointment and they did the repair quickly and sent me on my way. Now my car is quiet and I am happy I went to Bay Exhaust. I notice they also do brakes.
