    Energy Masters LLC
As stated above, once Energy Masters LLC began work the job was done efficiently, quickly, and efficiently. Their employees were outstanding with great workmanship quality, and Jim and Crew Supervisor were in continuous communication about pace of job and details to be completed.

The crew they sent was extremely professional. They were fast and efficient, and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone and I wish I could bring them with me to help unload my things. The people that came out were Norma, Oscar, and Elias and I was very pleased with them.

Tim was great. Told me what I need to get and a time he will be here. Came a tad late but he installed the mailbox quickly. Quite efficient and no mess left behind. Even charged me a bit less than he originally quoted since the digging went better than he expected. Great guy, would recommend.

    Aurora Medical Center
Very smoothly. In both instances, the technician explained the procedure completely, and provided updates and alerts during the process. The technician for the EEG even showed me the technical readout on the computer monitor, and provided a brief lesson on how technicians read the test.

Not easity as the first person you get on the phone always tells you that you already have a discount because of a packaged deal and that there are not any specials at that time.  I quoted them an offer I had from AT & T that was quite better than Time Warner's and had to continue insisting that I could not afford Time Warner's latest increase.  Finally I was transferred to someone who suddenly offered me a special package that was $35 less!!  Interesting how if you push hard enough there DOES happen to be a deal out there.

They provided outstanding care. All the nurses were really good. The physical and occupational therapists were great. They kept me an extra day from what was initially planned because I experienced a slight problem. I appreciate that they didn't send me home too soon.

First, he was very conscientious about calling me back when he said he would. This table had to be moved within a week of my initial call. He did his best to accommodate me as it was the most busiest time for his business. He services many billiard tables in the 7 county area and pool leagues were starting up which means he is booked up. He heard my issues and was able to fit me into his very busy schedule. As the day came closer, he kept in touch with me to confirm his appointment with me to get this job done. While he was working away on my billiards table, he explained everything he was doing and what he would do to repair it. He was tidy and cleaned up after he was finished and when he brought the table to my basement, he was very neat and extremely careful in placing everything a particular way in my basement. I am very pleased with all he did.

This funeral home advertises services since the early 1930's. It is a family-owned business, with a grandparent who established the funeral home's reputation in the area... who stepped back and now allows two grandchildren, Amy and Scott, to run the family business. My family used this funeral home twice in the last ten years.  The first time, the service itself was acceptable, but the Funeral Director, Amy (one of the two grandchildren), was consistently rude and did not honor requests made by the family. One example, we asked more than once that she have the vehicles in the funeral procession leave the parking lot with family members first. She said that she would try, but actually wasn't even out in the parking lot at all, no one was directing cars out of the lot, and many immediate family members were last or close to last in the funeral procession.

The second time we used this funeral home, the experience was awful. Although four of us were equally paying them for all the funeral costs, they consistently failed to include all four of us in the decision-making process. When they posted the obituary online, I called Amy, the Funeral Director, and asked her to correct many spelling errors in the obituary that she had actually submitted, with all the errors, to three newspapers. She curtly told me that was how she received the obituary, and she submitted it "as is" without reviewing it. I contacted her to include a photo with the obituary, and I emailed a photo.

The day before the funeral, her brother conducted a meeting to formalize all arrangements and to make final decisions, without notifying or including some of the immediate family members, each of whom was paying 1/4 of the cost. I called to inquire about this meeting, identifying myself to Amy, the Funeral Director, again, as a daughter and Power of Attorney, also one of four who are responsible for the $13,000.00+ being paid to them. Amy apparently took offense at my identifying myself as Power of Attorney, and she raised her voice immediately and argued with me that Power of Attorney ends at death. I told her that I was just letting her know that I should have been notified of the decision-making meeting that she and her brother (the other grandchild) had scheduled...  and I inquired about the decisions made at the meetings. Amy she didn't have any details about the meeting, that it was held with her brother, Scott. I told her that they may want to take a look at the way they conduct business if they omit paying decision-makers from key meetings. After having initially begun the conversation by ranting at me about how Power of Attorney ends at death, Amy remained completely silent and refused to respond to me. I then hung up.

The next day, DURING THE FUNERAL VISITATION, her brother Scott, a big, big man... walked up to my family who were in mourning directly in front of my mother's casket, and slanderously told them that I had been calling all week and ranting at his sister, Amy, that I called numerous times and done so, hanging up on her many times. Some of my immediate family members witnessed Scott's unbelievably unethical and unprofessional behavior in front of the casket, directed at grieving family members. Those who witnessed it advised me. I called Scott on it, told him that what he said was slanderous and untrue, and that he needed to go in and correct his statements to the grieving family. He then also raised his voice and YELLED AT ME DURING MY MOTHER'S FUNERAL. When I told him that he would be facing legal issues if he did not immediately correct his misconduct, he became ENRAGED and asked me if I was threatening him. He told me that he intended to go out into the visitation, pull the family out of the funeral area and into the office, and I could talk to them directly. I told him that all I was asking was for him to correct his mis-statements, his slanderous statements to the family. He refused. He proceeded into the visitation and slandered me once again, to the family, DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY MOTHER'S CASKET, DURING THE FUNERAL VISITATION.

This funeral home's website says that 'their family will help your family during your time of grief'.  This was not my experience.
I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to anyone, ever. Their tangible services may be alright (not great... although we provided a photo of my mother, they combed her hair all back, which she had never worn that way... she didn't look like herself), but their UNPROFESSIONAL AND VOLATILE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS GRIEVING FAMILY MEMBERS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

On Christmas Day 2009, I had a water problem in my basement. Now, I need to move the pool table to replace the carpet, but Allied has apparently gone out of business, and did not inform any of their customers! Disappointed to say the least. Looking for another company to help me.

They worked as quickly as possible to get me pain medication. I was in excruciating pain. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out in a couple of hours. The doctor came in when everything quieted down and we made a treatment plan.
