    CertaPro Painters of Waukesha County
Fast-Efficient-Professional-As promised It is always a good sign when the service gets back to you quickly regarding a quote. Gary was the estimator and spent time understanding our expectations on the drywall repair. He suggested that the work be done on a time and materials basis which came in below estimate. Pedro did the wall repair and painting. Professional, very attentive to clean up and pleasant to work with. CertaPro was the lowest bid on the work and I was a bit concerned about working with a franchise, but everything was finished quickly and the job was beautifully completed. I generally paint myself and hired a contractor because we wanted the walls to be restored to a near new condition. I may not paint again Great job

I was extremely happy with the work Joel did and will be using him for the rest of my interior painting.  I needed some work completed immediately and he was able to fit me into his schedule.  He is reliable and prompt in his response to emails and questions.  He really did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him to others!

    All About Walls
Tom and his team of painters were great.  They are a very detailed oriented group.  They treated the job as if they were in their own house.  They repaired all the nicks and dings from active 9 and 7 year olds.  After they had all the areas prepped they moved on to one of the best paint jobs I've ever seen.  They are experts at cutting in corners.  The rooms look like new.  Every member of Tom's team was polite and considerate of our home.  I would highly recommend them.

    Sun Painters
Went fantastic. Very reasonably priced, and happened to have an opening in his schedule where we were able to be squeezed in. Sometimes in life you feel like you usually go with the first person you meet that estimates your job, what's the worst that can happen, right? With Bob, we had confidence after the first room was complete that we had a professional helping us get our house ready for resale. We sold our house in 24 hrs. Enough said.

    Bruce Wild Painting
We had Bruce do painting work in the past and were extremely pleased. As before, he was on time for his appointment to provide a quote and went over all details carefully with us. He was also kind enough to give us a lead time on his availability to do the job if we accepted his quote. We had his quote in only a couple of days and he was accurate about his ability to schedule our work. I did some initial prep work as some walls had been wallpapered previously and I also removed some chair rails. My prep work was OK, but less than professional and Bruce made everything right before doing the paint work. Our project was completed in less than 2 days and cleanup between work days and upon completion was exceptional. I will definitely hire Bruce again.

Joel is our go-to guy for interior paintings. This is our second time working with Joel. He is a true professional, hard working and honest. He did an awesome job painting our living room, kitchen, hallways and foyer areas. He was prompt at getting a quote to us as well as easy to get a hold of. Joel is very neat, tidy and respectful. He is open to ideas and is able to make suggestions. We are very pleased with the work he did for us and plan on using him in the near future.

went well... call back was so  prompt. I asked them to put me on the waiting list, and they did good job.
but out of two individuals... One personal was handling calls 25% of the time, I know they might be busy.. but expected full dedication as it was hourly contract.

    Colorwheel Painting LLC
Colorwheel was a pleasure to hire from all aspects.  Michael came and estimated my house.  Was very professional and honest, and has a great personality.  I addressed my concern that prior staining (from an un-named firm) was a nightmare, aving of paint scraps around, dripping on concrete and roof, overspray on window and not matching the existing colors.
He throughly explained their removal and capture process as well as taping off of windows and opening.  I also have snow melt cabling on two of my roof slopes, which he noticed and mentioned the extra care needed around to avoid damage.
The removal of the old stain went very smooth with no damage to the cedar, and incredibly no pieces of acrylic stain in the bushes, grass or anywhere.
The application of stain was very clean with no drips or stains anywhere.  The heat cabling was not damaged nor painted.
The pair of gentlemen who were working on the house were very meticulous and knowledgeable.  They noticed some of the old overspray on the highest windows from the prior painter which I was not able to reach to clean.  They offered to clean those windows while they were up there!
It was a very rainy summer and spring and as a result, the process was delayed for about 2 weeks.  Not Colorwheel's fault by any means, they are at the mercy of the weather.  But the great part was the owner, Michael, was in constant contact with me throughout the process.  So I was never left in the dark of when the crew was coming to work on the project.
I couldn't be happier with the process, pricing and results.  The house looks brand new.  Very highly recommended contractor, give them a try.

Initially when Dan came to power wash the house we discussed the colors we were interested in.  The conversation was slightly confusing when asking for help to pick colors for house exterior - but all sorted out with David's help.  Attentive to our concerns about type quality and longevity of paint to be used for stucco exterior.  The stucco had some cracks and spots that had been repaired about 3 months previous to the painting.  I had spoke with Qual-Tech and told them this was done - and stucco shouldn't need any fixing.   I asked and was reassured that the paint was sprayed and back-rolled and windows were caulked as needed.   The painters were the neatest and quietest crew of workers I have ever had!  I was quite impressed.  Overall the house looks great - but there was one disappointment.  When they started the painting I went to check - so I could see color, how it was coming, etc...  Where some of the stucco had been repaired (some of the roughness) showed through the paint.  I addressed this with Dan, and he said I told them the stucco didn't need any work.  I said I understood what I said, but could they do something to sand the stucco - or what would be necessary so the fixes wouldn't show through.  David came around and said that they could and it did look better where they had sanded it.  On the day the house was completed I did a walk around of the house - I pointed out another section of repair to Dan and he did some sanding and touch up painting.  After the house dried, I have noticed other areas that weren't "sanded or blended in" better with the stucco and show through the paint.  I guess when I hire painting professionals, I would expect them to notify me if the paint job I am asking for might not turn out perfectly if some alterations in the painting are not completed.  I thought we had discussed the problem (stucco repair showing through paint) and I wouldn't have to re-check their work.   I would hire Qual tech back to do some interior painting but would preface it with asking them to notify me of anything that might not paint correctly - so we can discuss any special requirements before painting.

    BaZarr Painting & Wallpaper Removal
It was very good and I was very pleased. They did a tremendous amount of work and it was excellent. I would recommend them to others. They made accommodations to be there when my wife was at the house. They got the job done in about 4-5 days. The cleanup was excellent and they did a really nice job. I would hire them again.
