Water Heater Repair And Installation reviews in Franklin

  • We have a service agreement with them. We like them and that's why we went ahead and got a service contract with them. They do the heating, cooling and the water heater. They come out 3 times a year. It's either $159 or $179 a year, somewhere in there.

  • The Home Depot web page made the process very easy. Received a call the same day by Crew2 Inc. After talking to Crew2 on the phone they sent a quote via email. We set the installation for 2 days later. Crew2 passed the information to Watertight Water Care and they took over. Communications were great and the plumber was exactly what I had hoped for. He had great customer care skills and did a great job with the installation. I knew upfront that the labor was high but I did not want to waste a day trying to do the work without the proper tools and then deal with disposal of the old unit. The cost was worth it.

  • It went very well. As I mentioned above, he extended the pipes in a way that was more work and more difficult for him without any extra charge but the result was very pleasing to me. He cleaned up the area and removed all that needed to be removed.

  • Our water heater broke at 11pm on Tuesday night, and we called Rozga at 7am on Wednesday.  They were able to come over at noon that day and replace the water heater.
Jason was the service man, he was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable.  He was also very considerate of our floor when he was bringing the old water heater out and the new one in.  The whole thing was done in about two hours.

    1. It went fine.  Jerry came on time and went right to work.  Jerry has been here before for Rozga and is very personable, answers all questions and does an excellent job.  He worked on installing the pump which did take awhile.  After installation he went over the operation of the pump with me.  He also answered a few questions about other plumbing/heating concerns I had.  I waited awhile to see how the pump worked for us.  It used to take almost 2 minutes to get hot water.  Now we get hot water in about 20 seconds.  I have a daughter who is very sensitive to temperature changes and it is much easier for her to wash her hands and not have to wait for warm water.

  • First of all, Steve was very accommodating to shoehorn us into his busy schedule on the day that I called.  The whole experience was professional from the beginning to end.
    1. 1.  He took great care not to damage any flooring or carpeting, laying out his own protective rug over the stairs.  As he brought the old water heater up from the basement, for a moment he was concerned that he might have made a slight mark on the kitchen floor.  I assured him that the mark was there from before.
    2. 2.   Service was speedy and flawless.  First, he assessed the old water heater to determine what kind of new one we needed (ours was 21 years old and leaking -- repair was not an option).   We asked about tankless and high-efficiency heaters -- he explained the pluses and minuses of them, and we decided to go with something similar to what we had, a 40-gallon natural gas-powered model.  I suppose  I could have purchased one myself at one of the big-box stores, but there really wasn't time to do much research, and Steve said he had the type we needed in stock at his house!  He was back in a flash and had the new one heating water in about an hour.  It couldn't have been any more convenient for us.
    3. 3.  He then took the time to explain the features of the new water heater, including the new (for us) safety shutoff system that detects flammable gases in the area, changing the temperature setting, and how to re-light the pilot light.
    4. Like many things, you don't realize how much you depend on hot water around the house until you don't have it.  Thanks to Steve, our time without it was minimal.   All-in-all, it was a very good experience with Dr. Plumber.

  • I called Steve at Dr. Plumber and he returned my call within 10 minutes.  He came out the same day and quoted a price for a new water heater.  By the next day he had the water heater installed and up and running.  Can't tell you how nice and very professional the whole experiance was from start to finish.  If you need plumbing done, I would definitely call Steve at Dr. Plumber.  I highly recommend him and will use his services  any time we need plumbing done.

  • Omar is really wonderful. He returns phone calls very promptly and listens to the problem. I had to cancel an appointment the day before and he was very nice about re-scheduling. He has been to my home twice and he is always polite, friendly and professional. I plan to contact him when it is time for my furnace tune up. I feel like I now have a and quot;go toand quot; person, not only for my heater and A/C, but for plumbing problems

  • My experience with 24/7 was great, from start to finish. Jim was very professional, was there within an hour and his price was very reasonable. I will recommend him to my family and friends! If you are looking for a plumber, Jim is the guy. Will certainly use 24/7 again.

  • I am very happy with the service.  I called Rozga after I woke up on Thursday morning to a wet basement.  My old water heater had burst.  Sam from Rozga came out within a couple of hours, looked at the situation, and recommended a solution that would meet my water demands.  We had actually been in the market for a new water heater already and had brought another well-rated service provider in to provide a quote.  The other provider told us that, because the house was built with an undersized vent, I could not go any larger than 50 gallons, which was nowhere near as large as what I wanted.  He said he would explore some high-efficiency options and get back to me (which, four weeks later, he still had not done).
Sam confirmed that I could not use anything larger than 50 gallons with the vent, but he said that we could deal with the problem by installing a power vented unit that is vented out the side of the house with a new PVC pipe.  This was an option that the other provider never provided to me.  He told me that I could install any unit I wanted that way, including the 75 gallon unit I had originally had in mind.  He apologized that they couldn't install the same day (he said that is extremely unusual; they had a huge job on Wednesday that pushed everything back), but he called their scheduler and had him push back another non-emergency job to make time for me first thing Friday.  They showed up Friday morning and installed everything without a hitch.  I am currently enjoying a seemingly limitless amount of hot water, and for the first time since we bought our house we have enough water to actually use our whirlpool tub.
In sum, Rozga was speedy and very accommodating and professional.  The job was very expensive, but I really think that is a result of the builder cheaping out with an undersized water heater and vent on the front end rather than Rozga being unusually high; I think the cost just was what it was.  Overall, I am very happy with Rozga and would certainly use them again in the future.
