    I had excellent service. It's a very pleasing environment. It was almost like being in a 5-star hotel. They have wooden trims on the room. It's just a very nice and pleasant facility. It wasn't like a typical hospital. The nursing staff were very friendly and supportive. It was just a great experience all around.

    She was lucky it was just a hairline thing. They put a temporary cast on her about the 20th of November and she got the cast off two or three weeks later and they started doing physical therapy for all of December. At the first of the year, the therapists told her that she need to keep coming for therapy and she was not excited about it. The therapist told her that it would be covered by insurance. She kept going. There were no cut tendons, ligaments or anything or no atrophy but the therapist insisted that she keep coming for therapy until the end of January. My wife was fed up and told me she doesn't need the therapy and she just quit on. It turned out it wasn't covered by insurance. So we have to deal on it. It made me a little annoyed. When I got the bill I called them up, they put the details on the bill and I started asking questions. They were just giving me responses something silly or don't exist and obviously they don't have medical background. I asked for the supervisor and she hanged up on me. I called back a few days later and I got pretty much the same response. I just didn't pay the bill. Then two or four weeks later, I was having second thought about that and I called them up and wanted to talk about our outstanding bill. They said it is too late and it is already in collection. They put it in collection and they wouldn't even talk to me. I started getting letters and phone call from the collection agency. I talked to them, I explained the situation to them and they told me that I need to write them a letter, send it to them and they'll go from there. I did it and I have not heard from them since.

    I was contacted by Wheaton Franciscan the same day the order was sent over to set up my appointment and I was scheduled within a couple of days. (My schedule posed some challenges, so it was not their lack of availability that caused the delay.) The location is easy to find within the hospital and I easily checked in for my appointment. My therapist was prompt in retrieving for my appointment. She did a very thorough evaluation and recommended treatment options. I did agree to start therapy based on her evaluation. I set up appointments right away as I was told that appointments can be challenging. I did have to reschedule a couple of appointments and the availability was very limited. However, I found it reasonable as I was very happy with my therapist. The facility was spacious, had a lot of equipment as well as private rooms. Everything was very clean. I didn't receive a bill for quite awhile and part of me would of liked to get bills sooner, so I had more visibility to what the charges would be. However, my insurance covered 80% as expected and I was allowed to spread the payments of my portion over a few months. If I needed PT again, I would definitely return to this location.
