    It really is an amazing experience. I could write an entire review on their food service alone. Their hospital facility, Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH), is like a 5-Star hotel, and the service and care match that 5-Star expectation. I've never had a hospital experience like that before. Daniel Guehlstorf is the foot and ankle surgeon I used. He's extremely professional and extremely personable, connecting with his patients extremely well. I've been very pleased with him.

    Great Midwest Foot and Ankle Centers
    He is the only doctor there. I follow what he tells me to do and I just keep getting better. They are very thorough. They take X-rays and look to see the cause of your problems. He is very knowledgeable. He took one look at me and said I had psoriasis and I have been getting the wrong treatment. He is a also a podiatrist.

    We've been seeing him for about 22 years. He's a really good doctor. He listens and takes his time with you. He's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. We really like him. He makes sure you know what's going on. He's very friendly and has a great bedside manner. We have to wait sometimes, but he takes his time with every patient, and I know he'll do that with me, too. I'm fine with waiting a little bit. I know I'm going to get the same attention as somebody else, even if I have to wait a few extra minutes. He used to be a lot closer to us. He moved and he's about 45 minutes away, but we still go with him, because we really like him.

    Dr. Meier always tries to put his patients at ease. He is very personable and listens to you. He takes the time needed to address your concerns. He doesnt look at his watch and if your appt takes a little longer, it takes a little longer. He is accessible to his patients by giving them his cell phone and personal email. He also has electronic messaging to communicate with his office along with the telephone system. He has a physician's assistant and a walk in clinic. Dr. Meier also has a sports medicine background which with my athletic son and dancer daughter, comes in handy! Also comes in handy with my aches pains of the muscles and joints.

    St Luke's Hospital
    She has been in there many times. She falls down a lot. The last time she fell down, they had to call 911. She's been doing pretty well with the pacemaker and I'm happy with that. The cardiology people seemed to be really good. I can't think of any major issues with them.

    I have had enough discretion about them right now. I was just talking to them this morning and we were having an argument over a bill. I don't know what is, is it the profit thing or business is just tougher than it used to be. If it is, the little tricks that they can play and they end up getting paid when they shouldn't and profits are up. I was rushed through to my last appointment and I consider that I was misled. I just don't think they were honest with me. For punctuality, they do that better than they used to. No, I will not use them again. I am going to find a new place. When I got some feedback, this morning and of course it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I told them the cost of my rep. I was planning to file a complaint with the state and she said she will provide the information to her supervisor. I said I wouldn't mind talking to her supervisor and had her call me. If she doesn't call me by the end of the week, I will go for my complaint. I was waiting what kind of response I'm going to get. The second time I called I asked for the complaint procedure that I can go through, and they haven't told me what it is yet and when I said I was going to complain to the state she did not even said that why don't I go for the complaint procedure first. I never got a response like that.

    The only downside to the clinic is that they are very busy and it is hard to get in if you work full time. The earliest I can get there is 5pm so that, of course, limits the appointments that are available to me. So far I have only had the micro dermabrasion done - even though I bought it from one of their pre-Christmas specials.
    When I went for the micro dermabrasion, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The procedure was relatively quick and painless. I felt like I could tell a small difference right away, but they do recommend that you do 4-6 of most services in order to get best results - and I would believe this to be true based on my experience. I have since bought a special offer they had on Vela shape (cellulite) and just today I bought a Skin Tightening special (fine lines/wrinkles) - in both cases I bought a package with multiple treatments and I hope to see a noticeable difference! I will know in a couple of months once I have been able to fit all the treatments in...
    If you are thinking of trying them, I suggest you sign up for their email specials - you may get lucky and get an offer that suits your needs (since they aren't exactly cheap!)

    My primary GYN, Dr. Kowalski, is at this practice, but no longer performs deliveries. As an OB patient, you are not necessarily assigned to one doctor. Rather, you are encouraged to visit with each doctor at the practice, as one of them will be on-call for your delivery. This way, most if not all of the doctors have met with you and know your medical history and pregnancy. I have found that every doctor is wonderful to meet with. They take their time with you (even though an OB check is 15 minutes) and have the best bedside manner. They are passionate about their work and put you at ease. I am a high-risk pregnancy and in general hate going to the doctor, and have finally found a practice I have comfortable with.

    I have been with them for probably 20 years now. I have one particular doctor there and she is just a fine doctor. She helps me stay pretty healthy over the years. She was very personable and has a great sense of humor. She is caring and professional. The receptionists are in there to get fees. They could be friendlier in my opinion.

    Dr Charles Waisbren was very pro-active.There's heart failure in my family, so he ran some heart tests on me and it all came back good. So he said that's good, we now have a baseline. Anything we'll take after this, he will compare to that. Like I said, he is very good - my opinion. With him, yes you have to wait a long time. But it's because I have called him when I got sinus infections and he would get me in that same day. And I know by doing that, he is pushing some other people back. But if you're sick and you need help, he will get you in. So sometimes when you're there, you have to sit and wait for a while to see him.
