  • He's so honest and knows everything about cars. You only have to take your car to them once and he'll tell you what's going on. He's serviced my 20 year old car, and my 5 year old car. He's just a regular down-to-earth guy. He is really busy so sometimes it takes a little bit longer for him to return calls, but always calls back.

  • I really like them because I had these coupons and I just happened to get a dead battery. They honored the coupon and then they said to let them see if I needed new windshield wipers, which I had a coupon for. They said no you don't not need it so I really like that they did not take advantage of me. I don't know about price, but I did not think it was too bad.

  • All four rotors were replaced in a timely, cost effective and professional way. These were great guys to work with. Very straight forward and honest. I have since taken 3 other cars for regular maintenance. These guys are the real deal.

  • Excellent. Bruce was so helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly and professional. As a women sometimes I feel intimidated or taken advantage of with auto mechanics. NO WORRIES here. Was given great advice. Super cutomer service. Would recommend to all.

  • Braces installed building inspector came and gave them an OK. Employees left a mess on the floor from the motor mix they used to tuck point the walls. Took me several hours of cleaning to get the floor decent but will still need a new paint job to make it right. Employees put down plastic so I do not know how they made such a mess. The person that ran the chisel did more than necessary chiseling areas that did not have any cracks. Went down to see what they were doing employees started talking in Spanish and began yelling and hollering. When employees left the person describing himself as crew chief said if I had any complaints just call the owner.  
     I did not call the owner as I was glad to have them out of my house. Salesman was nice and informative with as far as needing work done. Seemed to be an honest guy. Some of the crew members are questionable individuals.
    As far as pricing goes my daughter has been looking at houses to buy and one of them had the basement repaired.  That house had basement floor cut out drain tiles repaired posts installed concrete floor replaced were it was cut out part of one wall dug out drain tiles replaced and back filled all for the same price I paid for posts. Contract was on display at open house.

  • After the oil change I was told by Ashley that the vehicle need the following:
    Replace cabin filter - $36
    Diagnose inoperative rear window washer $58 - (note, this was just to diagnose the problem)
    Replace air filter - $34
    Took the vehicle to another Honda dealer:
    Cabin filter - did need replacement, it was done at no charge.
    Diagnose inoperative rear window washer - the dealer diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and it was all covered under warranty, again, no charge.
    Replace air filter - on inspection, IT DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED!!!
    Boyland wanted me to pay $128 for things that should have been covered and something that did not need to be done.
    I will not go back to this dealer.

  • At first, things went well. I worked with Jarvis who was friendly and went for a test drive. I even took the car home for awhile ( we only live 2 miles away). I also looked at other dealers, but had a better price at Boyland, so after two more visits and discussions at Boyland, I was ready to buy. They had already given me a bottom line price (the price after tax, title, fees, and options I wanted). I was prepared to buy the car for this price. When I went to buy the car things changed All of a sudden I had to pay a fee for them to get the car delivered (I had specifically asked Jarvis about this previously and was assured there would be no fee). There were also some other fees that were not discussed previously. Now I primarily dealt with Mark (the sales manager). After a number of conversations, I determined that I was involved in a bait and switch tactic. I did not feel they were being honest and upfront with me. They kept me there for quite awhile, but really made no good faith attempt to honor the price they had given me. If they had come down a little I probably would have bought the vehicle. Finally, I walked out. I expected them to contact me with a counter offer pretty quickly, but the first contact was by email almost two days later. Because they were not upfront with me I bought a new car from another dealer and actually paid almost $1000 less. By their actions they lost a sale, and the potential to have me use their service center. If I had a better experience with them, I would have considered using them for service. We now have a new Honda and we also have a used Honda. So they lost a sale and the servicing of two vehicles, and created ill will with a potential customer. Maybe Mark and Jarvis were the exception and other sales staff are more upfront and reliable. However, based on my experience with Mark and Jarvis, I cannot recommend Boyland.

  • Have used them for years though, excellent company.  Very knowledgeable and very honest.  Only time I have ever gone someplace else is when I needed a new tire on a Sunday.

    Can't recommend them highly enough, will never use another mechanic.

  • So far, they have been okay. They are a little pricey but they seemed competent. They looked for the real problem and just fixed that instead of coming up with the big list of things to do. Their qual is convenient if I need a ride home. They seemed to be able to get in me real quick. I haven’t had any problem in getting my vehicle done.

  • I was in town helping college student with vehicle problems. Called Mark in the morning, he said he had space in his schedule. He said he'd have our estimate right after lunch, it was 11-something when he called with it. Work was completed a couple hours later. Small facility but nice, with clean bathroom, chairs for waiting and a very sweet dog.
