    The deliver crew was careless to say the least. I noted the problems on the "home deliver customer service report and ASP" form. I spoke to Chris in customer service the following week and she assured me that if I got a repair estimate to fix and clean the damage, that Anchor Moving would pay for it. I did just that with a local vendor named Blue Green. The cost was $125 + tax and Chris at Anchor Moving was given the estimate in advance and agreed to pay it. She is their customer service manager, after all. She stated the check was being processed. It is now January 30, 2013 and NO CHECK HAS BEEN RECEIVED despite repeated calls to Chris and her telling me that the check was "in processing." I'm a business owner and it doesn't take very long to process a check. I have already had the work done to clean the home as I have small children but this company is responsible for the cleanup costs. Please assist in effecting the proper results.

    From the first call to the office to schedule a salesman to come out to discuss our needs to the actual installation of the unit, the process went very very smoothly.  Jeff was here to discuss what we needed to have done as a result of a recent energy audit.  He measured out everything and determined the size of unit and provided us with a quote during his visit Monday.  Two days later on Wednesday the crew of 2 came to install the unit.  Everything went just great.  The guys had to drill through a heavy stone facade to create the intake and exhaust vents and they toughed through it in fine fashion.  The placement of the unit, the ductwork and vents were to our liking.  The unit itself is so unbelievably quiet and we could tell the difference in the house air from the moment it was turned on.  The installation crew were very professional, nice, friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards.  They showed us how to control the unit from the thermostat and answered our questions.  The whole process was wonderful.   I will definitely call Gross Heating again!

    Rapidly, I'm tiring of spending the total of $150/mo. for their increasingly unreliable & unresponsive bad service. From the cable TV service going out (no signal), to the Road Runner slowing considerably or also not working. Add to all that aggravation and we also go through the HDTV/DVR set top cable boxes too frequently (average - once each 3 - 4 months). They either fail, do not work correctly or they're noisy from a malfunctioning hard drive. That is the Atlantic Scientific 8300 HDC model. I understand that FiOS which is fiber optics has a much better reliability, even faster quality and a much higher customer satisfaction rate than cable or satellite, period. As soon as it comes to our area, I am ditching Time Warner so fast. I hate dealing with them and the customer services are just horrible, inefficient and they could care less. They will however give you billing credits if you 'fight' with them long enough after they've worn you down! Like everywhere else these days they ALL hide behind their phone trees.

    Jerry did a fabulous job assembling and installing the new box. He is very familiar with lots of different boxes and configurations and how to work around buried lines. He was neat, pleasant, cleaned up extremely well when he was finished, and even wiped off cement dust and fingerprints. The box is perfectly installed, straight, level, and consistent with USPS dimensions.

    AT&T/SUNCOM IS STILL TRYING TO GET THINGS SORTED OUT IN MILWAUKEE SINCE AT&T TAKEOVER. MUCH CONFUSION ON SERVICES EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE THE SAME COMPANY NOW. I LIKE MY V60I PHONE. THE AT&T WIRELESS SERVICE IS FAR FROM STELLAR, BUT CERTAINLY IS THE BEST ONE I'VE FOUND YET. GOOD CALL QUALITY AND USUALLY SIGNAL COVERAGE WITH MUCH FEWER DROPPED CALLS (I.E. ANOTHER COMPANY - TERRIBLE). THEY'RE NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT I'D RECOMMEND THEM OVER MOST. IF YOU TRAVEL A LOT THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA, GET THE ''CALL AMERICA'' PLAN (NO SURPRISES).

    THIS IS IN REGARDS TO SPRINT PCS, BROOKFIELD, WI STORE AND THEIR COMPANY. THEY MUST HAVE THE MOST LOUSY SERVICE OUT OF ANY OF THE WIRELESS COMPANIES. LONG WAITS, INATTENTIVE, INEFFICIENT, CARELESS AND UNINFORMED SERVICE AT THE ABOVE STORE. EVEN WORSE, THE SERVICE TO THE PHONE. DROPPED CALLS, BUSY NETWORK SIGNALS, POOR SOUND QUALITY AND COVERAGE. JUST AGGRAVATING IN GENERAL. DON''T WASTE A PENNY WITH SPRINT PCS.

    MY WIFE WANTED TO FURTHER HER TRUMPET PLAYING ABILITIES ALONG WITH LEARNING TO READ MUSICAL NOTES. SHE ENJOYS THE INSTRUCTOR SHE HAS (I.E. PATIENT, CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUES ON BOTH POSITIVE/NEGATIVE). THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I SEE, IS THEIR LESSON PAYMENT POLICIES. I FIND IT TO BE EXTREMELY UNFAIR. YOU SET A RECURRING LESSON SCHEDULE (I.E. MONDAYS, 5:30P, EACH WEEK). IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CAN NOT MAKE THAT WEEKLY LESSON, THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU. REGARDLESS OF THE REASON (I.E. YOU''RE GOING ON A VACATION WHICH CAUSES YOU TO MISS A LESSON). YOU CAN NOT CHANGE THE LESSON''S DAY OR TIME WITHOUT BEING CHARGED FROM THE ORIGINAL ONE (AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE). IT IS A SET SCHEDULE. IF I HAD IT MY WAY, I''D SHUN THEM OFF ALTOGETHER BECAUSE OF SUCH A GREEDY AND UNFAIR PRACTICE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD INSTRUCTORS EVERYWHERE I AM SURE.
