    Excellent service. Two gentlemen came to our house on the same day we called (Friday of Labor Day weekend) and diagnosed the problem, but they had to order a new part. On Wednesday the part was installed and our washer runs like brand new.

    We were not able to get immediate service, so we did not have a refrigerator in our kitchen for about 4 1/2 days. It went out on Thursday about noon. The following day was Good Friday and we couldn't get anyone there that day, or over the weekend. Fortunately, we had another frige in the basement, so the contents were not a total loss. My husband took off on Monday so that we could get Mr. Appliance there to fix it.
    The technician came within the window of time stated which was a two hour window (but it was at the tail end). He took a look at it and found the defective panel. He did have to leave to get the needed part. He return with a "generic" panel and not a GE panel because they did not have one stock. That was OK because the cost was lower as well! Got it running. Cleaned up everything nicely. No mess left behind. I really appreciated that. Have not had another problem with it since that time and it has been about a month.
    We did not get a copy of the bill on the day of service. I called and requested one and something was emailed to me but it was not really a bill of sale. I called back a second time and Amber promptly sent me what I had originally requested.
    They were easy to contact and got us an appointment much more quickly than GE could offer. I thought the price was fair considering a new refrigerator like ours would be about $2, 200.00. We would use them again for sure.

    I like him a lot. He actually came back on a Friday night when he had to go pick-up his son from daycare to help put a circuit board on my refrigerator, so I had a refrigerator on the weekend. That was over and above the call of duty. I thought he was exceptional. He was a gem. He was a wonderful guy. It's hard to find people like that. The price wasn't out of reach. He did make an effort to come back and do it. He charged me only once.

    Chris Borgmann was my knight in shining armour. First I was referred to a Roy through Classic Maytag because he works on GE appliances. Roy came to the house and took the back panel off and informed me that my relay switch failed and therefore burned out my compressor - job cost to repair $800. I paid him $67.00 for his diagnostics and told him I would have to think about if it would be feasible to repair or better to replace. Later I decided to contact Sears where I bought the refrigerator and they sent out their tech 2 days later from my call. He took the back panel off and had a computer diagnostic done and told me that it wasnt my relay switch or compressor but my circuit board and that it would take another 3-5 days to deliver a replacement. And for that service I ended up paying $294 for a 1 yr contract thinking it would be cheaper than paying separately for a compressor that costs $431 and labor of $75 plus. Since I was not happy with the delivery schedule that Sears gave me, I ended up calling GE directly and they overnighted to me a circuit board that costs $256, only later to find out it was the wrong circuit board. But lo and behold another circuit board ordered by Sears ended up on my door step right after Chris installed the wrong GE circuit board for approx $95. I called Chris and informed him of the 2nd circuit board received and he ended up coming back and installing the correct board without further charge--all on Friday the 13th! Yeh I finally had a refrigerator working after 1 week without one. I would definitely use this service again and also would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends.

    It was just fine. Everything works fine. It was just a matter of understanding of the costs involved and what wasn't covered under the home warranty was the reason I would give them a B versus an A.
