    Time 2 Remodel LLC
Curt and Janean were great to work with from design layout to completion. Their staff was professional and very helpful in the kitchen remodel process to get the new open concept that we desired. We just love the custom hickory cabinets and Cambria counters. Bringing the washer and dryer from the basement to our main level was key to staying in our home during retirement. We would highly recommend Time 2 Remodel for your remodel project.

    Mad City Windows & Baths
It went wonderful! The installer did a great job, was a small area and did it with no mess, and in such a short time. Bathroom looks great and we love the convenience so much of not having to step into the tub to take our showers, grab bars are so helpful.

Installers were very friendly and professional. It took a great deal of work to remove the very large jetted tub-saw it in pieces-and carry it out. The finished product is beautiful, functional, and the envy of all who see it. The bathroom was left spotless.

    A H Remodeling LLC
House is 25 years old.  One of those mass builder neighborhoods using the cheapest items available.  I am the 2nd owner.  Hated the bathroom from the beginning.  Grey (gross) shower insert.  White 6" floor tile.  Cheap vanity and fixtures.  Bath fan from circa whenever.
Andy was a consummate professional.  Responded to my bid request in a timely fashion.  Gave all options available.  Gave me timelines and sources for product.  I wanted average hand holding and got what I wanted.  If I had a question, Andy got back to me immediately and offered suggestions and guidance.
Andy's crew was professional and friendly.  I work all day and hardly saw them; however, my daughter was greeted by them daily and told me they were were friendly (funny at times) and professional.
When I got home they had cleaned up and, despite a full gut job, there was little mess other than drywall dust. which is to be expected.
Bottom-line, I would definitely recommend Andy and his team to anyone who would ask.  I am so happy with the results.  I have a gorgeous bathroom.  My daughter has her own bath but has moved into mine (got to have a talk).  She treats it like her own personal spa.  Thanks Andy -- look at what I have to deal with now.  :)

    Inner View
This is my second project with Jodie and Kevin.  No detail or concern is too small.  They are meticulous in their attention to quality.  This was my fourth remodel project so I've worked with other contractors and while Inner View is not the cheapest you certainly get what you pay for. They make it so easy. They show up when they say they will, their sub contractors are reliable and communication on a day by day basis on the status of the project is very good.  Kevin and his crew work hard to keep the work site clean and I could tell take pride in their work.  Jodie did a great job helping pick out the colors, materials and laying out the space.  I can not believe the master bath is the same room - the most frequent comment from family and friends when they see it is "beautiful".

    Time 2 Remodel LLC
Contacted them through their website.  Never heard back.  In contrast to the other folks we contacted.  Reviews said they did really good work.  Would have been nice to find out since apparently our project (a front porch) is more difficult than it would appear.  My assumption is that they must have more business than they know what to do with.

    Randy Kraemer Builders LLC
We are very pleased with Randy's remodel of our kitchen. He removed old cabinets, plumbing, wiring, floors, ceiling and walls. His crew rewired and re-plumbed the kitchen to our specifications. He put in new insulation, new flooring, new ceiling and walls. His electrician installed new ceiling lights and new switches per our direction. Randy installed new custom kitchen cabinets, his crew installed flooring, countertops, sink, gas lines and plumbing. Randy installed a range hood/fan and vented it up through the roof. Randy is a very talented carpenter and built our kitchen exactly as we requested, including some custom carpentry work. Some changes we made during the course of the remodel were quickly and easily accommodated. I wish I could provide before and after photos in this review.
He was prompt and professional, with the added benefit of being a nice guy to have a conversation with.
My wife and I highly recommend Randy Kraemer.

    Forest Plumbing LLC
Mark gave us a reasonable bid for the plumbing portion of our bathroom remodel which involved replacing a cast iron tub, installing a shower head with new bath valve and trim, providing lavoratory faucet, hooking up our vanity sink and re-setting the toilet. He completed the work as scheduled even though he had to make a second trip due to a later delivery of the Home Depot vanity top. We are very satisfied with the job and appreciate that he went beyond what was expected. We definitely recommend Forest Plumbing and will use him again for our plumbing needs.

    Mad City Cabinets
Bruce came to our home in a timely manner to discuss a few kitchen designs. Bruce said he would have the a few designs to us in a week - three weeks later (2 emails and a phone call later) we received one design with little detail and nothing of a wall we want to remove. Bruce seems like a nice person, however I would not recommend him to anyone.

    Inner View

We contacted Inner View in the spring of 2014 because we wanted a company with a designer to give us some remodel ideas on our 2 bathrooms, powder room, kitchen and fireplace facing.  We met with Jodie, the designer, several times and she had some good ideas for the bathrooms and kitchen that we might not have thought of.  She does charge a design fee which is fine with us, and we expected that.  Right up front we asked for an estimate on the work to be performed.  There were no subcontractors brought in to bid the job until August.  There were no structural changes to be made, just remove the old tubs, replace with tile, new lighting in the kitchen, new granite/quartz countertops in baths and kitchen, tile backsplashes, faucets, granite facing on the fireplace, etc.  We were expecting to spend between $30 and $50K on all the rooms.
Five MONTHS later we finally received an estimate after telling her we wanted the work completed by the end of September, (which she said they couldn't do) and the bid was over $80K and that did not include the price of the kitchen countertops.  We finally told her that if she would cut the estimate in half we would talk some more but at $80K (basically the price of a complete addition) there was no need for any further meetings.  She declined to adjust the price.

We received very little direction from Jodie on what we should be picking out such as tile, faucets, etc.  We finally found a counter-top company on our own and told her we'd like to work with them.  Most of the time we had to contact her to see what should be happening next.  Big lack of communication.
