  • Austin did a fantastic job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent at our home this morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and finished as estimated 4 hours later. He was so thorough and knowledgeable about his work, as the company we had several years ago did not perform the service in the way that Austin did. He was so professional, polite, and friendly. We will be using Dirty Ducts Cleaning again in the future and will be recommending the company to neighbors and friends!

  • Mad City was quick, professional and got the job done. We replaced all of the old windows in our 100 year-old house, including two very large windows. Now our drafty old home is a cozy and warm home with easy to clean and beautiful windows! The team that did the work was efficient and professional, and they hauled away all the leftover scraps and left us our stained glass window as requested. They even repaired a cracked siding tile that happened on accident during the window replacement on the second floor. A++!

  • My AC stopped working over the weekend during the hottest weekend we have had. I called them & they came out on Monday morning & repaired the unit. Their professionalism was great, so courteous. I know that I will call them if I need AC or Heating repair.

  • First we want to say what a pleasure it was to work with "Julio and crew at Gethsemane Roofing LLC". A contractor that really cares about doing good quality work, is prompt and is respectful of you and your property. We needed to have our roof replaced on our house. Julio and crew worked long hours making sure certain things were done daily before they left for the day - like making sure roof was covered and area was totally picked up and orderly. If Julio felt we needed a piece of wood replaced or a new collar for the chimney he brought it with him the next day but always talked with us first before installing - great communication. Also, work atmosphere was always quiet. We just can't say enough about how pleased and impressed we are with the whole experience. The roof looks wonderful.The price was really good and much lower that we expected. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Terri A

  • They were very professional. They completed my roof in one day and they completed my entire project in just 4 days. They removed all the old siding and insulated the house. They put new vapor barrier over the new insulation before installing the new siding to help with the heating and cooling. They also wrapped our old wood windows with metal to make them maintenance free for the years to come. It was a great experience for me and I would recommend them.

  • Was not satisfied at all with this company. I was never asked any questions about what I really wanted. The quote was way overpriced. And got a thank you note that was so generic the first line read: Dear (First name & Spouse name) Thank you for the opportunity.... I found this to be extremely unprofessional and really reflects on the time spent with me and my project which was little to none.

  • We highly recommend 3rd Gen, they more than delivered on a deck install for us and were very accommodating by offering to help us out with a few other projects while on site. The entire project was seamless and efficient from demo through cleanup and they improved on the previous design greatly. Matt and Joe were a pleasure to deal with and we would use them again in a second.

  • This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Even though they do not charge a trip charge they have an increased charge for the first hour of service. Since I needed several things serviced they needed two workers to do the jobs and I had to pay the increased charge two times. An electrician came first. He checked the blinking light first. All he did was switch a couple light bulbs around. Of course this didn't help the problem. He then replaced a light switch with a defective switch. Next he checked the low voltage lights. I told him that the transformer could be turned off. I am in a wheel chair and cannot check this for myself. He came back in and told me the transformer was no good and would have to be replaced for several hundred dollars plus installation costs. Next the furnace tech came. He checked the fireplace remote problem and told me it needed some very expensive part replaced and would have to be ordered. He then checked my furnace that I wanted cleaned. After checking he informed me the furnace needed to be replaced and that he had disconnected it without even asking me if that was alright with me. He went to his truck, was out there quite some time, then came back in with an estimate for a new furnace. It was for some brand I had never even heard of. I never asked for an estimate and he included his time to write the estimate in the time he charged me for the visit. He left me with no heat and it was at a cold time of year. He told me it was for my safety as there could be a carbon monoxide leak. I'm well aware of this danger and I have an active alarm within 5 feet of the furnace. There was absolutely no reason to disconnect the furnace even if it did need replacement at that time. So now I was faced with having to buy expensive replacement parts and once again pay them for their increased first hour and for their time to do the work to correct the problems. I called to complain about these things. They did agree to credit the charge for the time the tech wrote out the furnace estimate I never requested. They were going to come back to fix the other things with the expensive parts they told me that were required. I asked for parts numbers and they were charging me way more that the same parts were listed on the internet. I called and complained more as not one thing was fixed. The president of the company called and wondered why there was a problem. I told him I didn't know about him but when I pay over $600 dollars for things to be fixed I expect something should actually be fixed. He did give me a partial refund but I was still out a good chunk of my money. I decided to contact another company about the furnace that had a known brand for an estimate. They provided a FREE estimate, that was less than Action so I decided to have them replace the furnace as soon as possible because I needed heat. They did that and also checked the fireplace remote. It did not need the part Action told me and they were able to fix the problem for hundreds less than Action was going to charge me. It was repaired by the other company at a reasonable cost. I called a different electrician also. He did not charge for coming to my house. He replaced the electric switch with a good switch, and then checked the low voltage lights. As I had suggested to the Action tech all that was wrong with the transformer was that it was turned off. I guess he never even checked that when I said that could be the problem. They would have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace a transformer that was in perfect working condition plus all their trip and time charges, instead of just flipping the on switch. You guessed it. I won't ever recommend this company to an enemy.
