Outstanding service.   Jerry is very experienced with  pools and is a good listener and easy to work with. He  told us what the trends were  but was willing to work with us when we decided to be a little "old school".  He helped connect us to a really awesome concrete guy too as the entire deck around the old pool needed to get pulled up.  The two main new ool insert guys are really nice men that I felt confidence in.   They did a tremendous job.  Can't wait till spring!

They try to rip me off.  They will charge me for services they never performed.  It was extremely difficult to get credits.   We ended up hiring Accurate Pools because of Neuman.  They have excessive fees and charges.  They submitted cost for service for items not performed.  They remedy the situation but it happened on numerous occasions.

opened pool for the season, which included removing the winter cover and storing, putting in ladders and plumbing accouterments, runnings pumps and heaters to check conditions, vacuuming, and general clean-up.
Horizon has been our primary source for pool needs for the past 8 or 9 years (we previously used Swimming Pool Services in this role). I would recommend them highly for any aspect of pool maintenance, repair, or installation.

We had a bad experience with this company when we
ordered a custom Spa cover.  We provided them with the required
measurements and they supplied a detailed computer drawing of the
cover.  We corrected a few mistakes in their drawing, but they keep
getting it wrong and made the wrong revisions.  After a week of daily
emails, they finally made the proper revisions and we signed off on the
drawing.  When the cover showed up about 10 days later, it was not built
to the final approved drawing.  Their customer service is almost
non-existent.  They said they would correct the errors, but we had to
dismantle the cover and send only the skin back.  We requested to send
the whole cover back, but they refused.  They sent us a prepaid UPS
shipping label.  We had to pay someone to remove the skin, take to a UPS
store for packaging and shipping, since we were out of town for a
couple of weeks.  They though nothing of asking us to do their service
work to correct their errors.   The skin arrived back about 10 days
later and all the problems were not corrected.  We emailed them and got
no response.  We decided to live with the errors in the cover, rather
than going through the hassle of dealing with them again.  We would not
    recommend using this company.

This is the last time I will subject myself to them.  I am a good person, and a loyal customer. I am thankful to at least have the internet to be able to voice my displeasure, and warn all of you.  Especially when it comes to pool chemicals; and when your valuable time, money, expensive backyard ecosystem, and summer months in Wisconsin are involved.
Let me first say I have been in the same house and managed my pool for over 14 years.  Last week I took a water sample from my pool into Wolf.  From my water sample, the only thing the woman told me was that my chlorine levels were extremely high, they were off the charts.  She sold me some products and filter cleaner.  I asked her how to use it. She said "read the back".  I immediately went home, turned off the chlorinator, filled the pool with the garden hose for hours attempting to get the chlorine levels down.
Twenty four hours and a lot of hard work and sweat later . . .  the pool is not even a smidge better, in fact its WAY worse.
I went to a different pool store with another water sample the next day.  They told me I have no chlorine at all - the pool is in terrible shape.  I had to spend $350 to rectify their bad advice.
Every time I go into this business they are antagonistic.  A few months go by, I am a good person and try to give people a pass thinking they had a bad day.  So I would eventually forget about my last experience, and when I am in the area, and I just go back in.  One of the older women comes from the back, and you try to have a friendly conversation with her; and yet they just argue with the customer and give wrong information.  Or they don't converse at all. It makes you want to turn around and walk out.

We were disputing a warranty claim from our Home Warranty Company and wanted to ask Swimming pool services to provide a second opinion on what was wrong with our swimming pool equipment.
After speaking to the helpful guy on the phone, I was put through to the service department. The lady I spoke to was very abrupt and said that they did not deal with warranty claims and that they could not provide a second opinion as to why our pool heater was not working or why there were several leaks around the pool equipment.
I would have been happy to pay for their service, but was given a blanket refusal!

TJ was clear and thorough in his explanations. He answered all our questions and raised other considerations we had not thought of. We decided on a different brand/ model of hot tub because it more closely matches our preferences. Wolf's Sundance would have been our second choice. It would have been a satisfactory choice, but we decided the other was better for us. We would have felt entirely comfortable working with Wolf Pool and Spa if we had not preferred the competing product.

TJ's explanations were clear and thorough.  He was patient with our obvious lack of experience and knowledge of spas.  He made sure we understood the features of his products, the ongoing care a hot tub requires, including costs, and the site preparation necessary.  In the end we chose a competing hot tub because we think it will better fit our situation and preferences.  A Sundance spa from Wolf would have been our second choice.  So Wolf didn't get our business, but that was not because of the way we were treated at their showroom.  Note that we went to the Wolf Pools and Spas showroom on Bluemound Road in Brookfield and not the Franklin location whose address came up at the top of this review.

Jerry was very informative.  He knew his stuff.  He was on time.  He gave me some good recommendations.  It was a decent price.  He was great.  He didn’t look professional but it was fine.  I would use him again.

Do use their chemical system and don't cheat with other products n between. Have your water tested for free as many times as you want. Stock up in spring when they have their sale. Our pool is a giant 40,000 gallon one built in the 60's and it takes about $1,000 annually in chemicals to treat it.
