  Hands-on Garage

  Got in the truck to leave and was afraid to go out of the parking lot. Pedal went almost to floor and vehicle only slowed, pumping etc did not help. Immediately returned to speak with mechanic. After two mechanics argued who should come out (could hear them complaining through open door to the shop) we started with "what's the problem?" Seriously. One guy hopped in the truck and went tearing out of the lot to "test drive it again."He came back in disgust and said that the work was fine and everything checked out. After going back into the shop, I could again here two mechanics saying how I didn't know what I was talking about, and that I expected my truck to be "like new." So I left and had someone else look at it.

  Meticulous Auto Body

  Brent & company did a superb job.  The car actually now looks new. In addition to replacing the bumper cover they"meticulously" cleaned the exterior and interior of the car. Also, they were exceptionally customer friendly.

  I had a damaged side view mirror on my 2007 Lexus 350 ES that I believe was damaged while at a full service car wash.  I went to four different auto body repair shops for estimates.  I always get at least 3-4 estimates especially when I'm paying myself and not going through insurance.  Leonard's was the last estimate.  The estimates ranged from over $800 to $150, which is the estimate from Leonard's.  One place said I needed an entire new mirror.  I told Brian Leonard that I saw the "housing" for my car model's mirror on ebay. The place that gave me the $800 estimate insisted I would need a whole new mirror while Brian agreed to consider the possibility of just replacing the housing on the mirror as the mirror itself was not damaged and still rotated when the inside button was used to adjust it. In less than a week the mirror part arrived at Leonard's and it was fixed today in 1/2 hour.  Just outstanding service and value.  You can go to Leonard's for your first estimate or the last but you will probably choose Leonard's to do the work.  There is a reason they are number one on Angie's List. Btw, the actually cost came in less than the estimate and the mirror looks great.

  DENT DOCTOR

  I am a perfectionist.  And so are the technicians at Dent Doctors.  This is why I am a repeat customer.  They have worked on all my vehicles for over 15 years.  1998 Acura Integra, 2002 Acura RSX, 2003 Porsche 911 GT3, 2005 Porsche 911 Turbo, 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo, 2008 Porsche 911 GT2, 2012 McLaren MP4-12c 2013 Audi S4.
  My most recent repair was on my McLaren - the entire car is made from composite materials except 3 areas - the roof, the hood, and the front fenders are made from aluminum.  I sustained 2 small dings on the passenger front fender - both were removed perfectly.
  Their prices are excellent, their service is beyond reproach.  It's nice to have technicians who love cars as much as I do.

  Car sustained front end body and mechanical damage when hit by object that fell off a truck. Very professional. Great customer service, always following up. Encountered complicated issues dealing with insurance company but their staff worked through the issues, and worked with us, explaining the situations and making adjustments until we were satisfied with the results.   Prestige Autoworks

  Had my Lexus repaired a few months back as an inattentive driver side swiped my flawless vehicle.  I am extremely anal with all of my vehicles.  I have an auto body back round so am very familiar with body work.  Went to all competing shops and screened them.....looked at facilities and talked to the painters.   Went to Prestige and was blown away.  Met Chris.  Chris took me on a tour of the shop.  Looked like a hospital surgical setting....that's how sterile and clean it was.   I asked him if he wanted to put up with my fussiness.  He says that he loves customers like me and they would exceed my expectations.  Pretty bold statement I thought.  Remember, I'm a car guy that is stupidly fussy. with lots of repair knowledge.  Well, Chris was right.....he did exactly what he said.  Exceeded what an anal worry wart expected.  He presented me with a show car quality repair on my Lexus....detailed like it was his own car.  I am writing this now months later as I am still amazed when I examine my car.  I almost forgot, this is the second time Chris and Prestige have done repairs on this same car for me.  Completley blown away both times.  Companies are only as good as their employees.  Chris is a service person in a league of his own.  This will sound like an infomercial but if you need any auto body repairs or detailing, stop your search and go to Prestige.  I did your research for you.    Ask for Chris and tell him Chuck W says hi.  I hope I can avoid the poor drivers on the road and not see Chris for awhile.

  I prefered this shop based on Angies list recommended provider. I have recieved my services more then expected . He not only  repaired problems which he was paid . He repaired some of the minor issues
  My back fender damaged by an accident, he repaired the damage as well I had some issue with the back doors which is causing some crreking noise while closing and opening. I am happy for his service fixing all the other minor issues along with the major repair .

  ABRA Auto Body & Glass - Brookfield

  They keep you up-to-date everyday through e-mail and text how your car is doing. I have used them twice so far and they do excellent bodywork. They are very communicative. There was one guy that worked with the car, he was responsible for it and he is the one who would actually call. It is like you are always are hearing from the same person when it is an actual phone call. So, it is like a personal responsibility for one agent who is overseeing the work and I think that is really good in terms of management. The only thing that I was not happy about is and this is a major thing that I needed a rental car and I spoke to the coordinator, and it could have gone a little more smoothly.

  I can't recommend Leonard Auto Body high enough. The staff answered all of my questions and even ferried me to/from the garage. The job was done to perfection--and I have very high standards with regard to the BMW. There was a personal touch that I very much appreciated. The management and staff shared my concern for the car and took extra steps given its age to match the paint and return it to a like new state.
