    I was able to get on their schedule within a couple days of calling. Once it was determined what parts were needed, they ordered them and were back to install within a week. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. Will be calling them again in the future!

    The fuse and thermostats needed replacing. He also cleaned out the inner parts which apparently had pieces of pens and crayon stuck in them. He also advised me of some safety hazards involving the dated ventilation system attached to the dryer, and that I would need to call a duct company to change it out. After about an hour of work being done, my dryer was good to go. It���s amazing to think that only about 12 hours went by between me contacting them and my dryer being fixed, and only four of which were waking hours. I saw online there was a $20 coupon. I forgot to mention it, but no matter because he had already applied it to my invoice. This mother of 4 is most appreciative!!

    Great! Got a call before arrival. Scott was actually a little early so call was appreciated. He not only took care of the problem but made an adjustment so it shouldn't happen again. VERY NEAT TOO! VERY NICE! Would call again!

    My dryer wasn't drying clothing completely. I spoke with Steve and he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. My particular problem wasn't something that he could address, but he directed me to a company that could. He was very knowledgable and generous with his time. I really appreciated his help. I will call him the next time an appliance breaks down.

    Jeff was open and upfront. Service was provided the next day. Another service repair company couldn't come out for a whole week. Jeff was professional, friendly, clean and efficient. I felt the job was in good hands. The problem was diagnosed and the repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time. He also cleaned out the lint filter housing. Jeff is totally transparent with parts and labor costs. And the price was fair. It was nice to chat and get a feeling of how his business works, too. Highly recommend.

    Jeff was fantastic!!! He gave me an estimate and when I approved the repairs, he went to get the parts needed. When he returned, he realized one of the parts was wrong so he went back; got the right part, then returned and finished the repair. I was NOT charged for his time to get the parts. Within 24 hours of my call, the repair was completed. What great service!!!! Jeff was also very professional, and courteous. He is, without a doubt, the best repair person I have ever had and I really appreciate the prompt response.

    Terrible customer service. I had the dryer repair scheduled for Tuesday between 8-10 AM. At 9 AM Tuesday they rescheduled for following Friday from 10 AM-2 PM. At 1 PM Friday they rescheduled for 2-4 PM Friday. At 3 PM Friday they rescheduled for 4-6 PM Friday. At 4 PM Friday they rescheduled for 5-7 PM (really they were going to start a repair at 7 PM on a Friday night?). At 7:05 PM they rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The call center is in the Philippines and are of no help. They have lost my business forever.

    Called Jeff mid-afternoon on 10/13/2016 while he was on a job. Talked briefly about the problem and he said he would check parts availability when he got home. Sure enough he called early evening and said parts were available if needed and we set an appointment for early the next morning. Jeff was right on time for the appointment and very thoroughly checked every part involved, spent considerable time monitoring the oven temperature, made adjustments several times and said all looked well at this time. According to his testing, no parts were needed and the oven was working like new. Only time would tell if circuit board related problems would crop up and then we should call him. We've now been using the oven extensively for 8 days and it is working like new. Great job, Jeff!

    Mike's Done Right

    Mike is great. I had misplaced his card and used another Angie's list provider for a repair in November on this same refrigerator. Fortunately, this time around, I had run across his card and he was the first company I contacted. As it was a weekend, I emailed him and was pleasantly surprised when he returned my call.

    Mike came out on the following Tuesday. He had a couple theories and quickly assessed the actual issue - the freezer was not automatically defrosting and ice had built up on the coils.

    At several points in the repair, Mike could have charged me for components I did not need. After all, what do I know about refrigerators and freezers. But he did not. When he suspected it might be the main control board, he continued to diagnose until he determined it was a only a sensor.

    He came prepared with the tools to manually defrost the freezer, and was able to explain to me that the unit would "leak" a lot of water as it continued to self-regulate so I was not surprised, and I could have lots of towels available to keep the area dry.

    And it turned out the lack of defrosting was the reason the water line was not working - it was frozen.

    Now everything is humming along smoothly.

    The earlier repair by another appliance repair company did not diagnose the frozen water line. The water was not working when that company serviced the refrigerator. When I inquired about it, the other repair person dismissed it as "something GE refrigerators do". In fact, if he had been as thorough and knowledgeable as Mike Hanson, the impending problem with the self- defrost would have been caught 5 months earlier.

    Mike is knowledgeable, thorough, careful, responsive, and fair. You will be pleased.

    As I explained to Angies list before, I bought a coupon and was unable to use it and they refunded the money.  We have no issues with the service provider, but can't rate them either. Please stop asking me to review.  This request for review has come up for years and Angie's List still won't remove the request, even though we've contacted you about this before.



    We can't rate the provider, but Angie's List gets a "F" on this.
