I own 2 Toyotas and scheduled appointments for both on 11-25-13; however, I ended up canceling the first appointment due to the ice storm that day. I did show up on time for the second appointment that day. After waiting almost 2 hours even when I had an appointment, I went to the service advisor and told him that if they are not done by now then I can take my car and leave. He went back to check on the car. The service work was done and he didn't charge me for any work because of the 2 hour wait. At that point I was going to take my second car to Don Jacobs for an oil change and tire rotation but since he didn't charge me, I figured I would give them another chance. I was told that I didn't need a new appointment for my 2nd car, so I brought it in and waited again. This time another service advisor indicated that this car would be under their and quot;express service.and quot; However, after waiting another 1.75 hours I decided to check up on this and quot;express service.and quot; Once again the service advisor said that the work was and quot;finishing up.and quot; I think and quot;finishing upand quot; is code for and quot;they were just told to do it now.and quot; I didn't wait 2 hours like the first time, Wilde Toyota shaved about 15 minutes off of the and quot;express service.and quot; I didn't get free service this time, nor did I expect it since the first one was free. Recently, a representative had called me about my service there for one vehicle. I told her that I had two vehicles there that day and I explained my concern about waiting almost 4 hours. She stated that someone from Wilde would contact me but I never heard back from them. And they will not hear back from me. Please don't tell me it's express if its going to take 2 hours for a single car. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. I won't get fooled again.

I spoke with a "Steve" on 8-5-13 and told him that my car was leaking oil after the oil change that they performed.  I ended up getting an appointment at 8:30 am on 8-10-13. I wanted it done sooner because it kept leaking oil.  He told me that they would top off the oil.  I came in for the appointment.  He said it was the gasket on the oil plug.  I figured the oil plug wasn't put in properly.  It didn't leak before I came here.  I asked about the oil spill in my garage.  He said to use kitty litter.  I don't have a cat.  This "cheap" oil change ended up costing me my time, cost of gas, and cost to clean up the oil.  They didn't offer me any sweeping compound to clean up the oil in my garage even though it wasn't my fault.  Additionally, it ended up costing me more money.  After I left here, my low tire pressure light was on.  The tire pressure was supposedly checked when I came it for my original appointment.  Did they fix the leaking oil?  Yes, and I also received a free oil stain on my garage floor.

I have been here on 5-30-12 and 6-29-12 with my 2 cars and have not been back since.  I always mark my tires by coloring in letters on the word "Michelin" to make sure that the shop actually rotates the tires.  The tech did not rotate all the tires.  This is not the only shop that has failed to rotate tires.  If you are a customer, please mark your tires to get what you paid for.

Everything was fine except the price and a problem with the car.  When I called for an appointment, I asked if they work on my specific Toyota Avalon since I haven't seen much other than American cars in the parking lot before.  The male employee stated that it wasn't a problem but when I get there another male employee or maybe the same one asked me about the parts used for that vehicle.  I assumed that they would know what to use since they told me on the phone that it wouldn't be a problem.  It makes me uncomfortable when a professional (or someone who does this for a living) asks me how to do their job.  I used their $29.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation.  Unfortunately, the actual cost is $37.91.  An extra $7.96 more seems a little high to me.  The coupon doesn't cover the actual cost (taxes, disposal fees, shop supplies, and whatever else gets added).  Getting past the increased cost, my car has been slowly leaking oil.  Overtime there has been a puddle growing in my garage.  I assume the tech didn't put the plug back in correctly and/or tightly.  I am unable to get underneath my car to correct the problem myself, which is part of the reason why I don't do my own oil changes in the first place.  I will have them correct the problem but I will not be back.  I guess it could happen to any service station but this was my first impression and last visit.  It seems like the details on the costs are not overlooked but the details of the oil plug are overlooked.

I stopped coming here about 1 year ago because of the quality of the work performed. On my last visit the service department rotated the tires on the driver's side only. I always mark my tires by coloring in the letters of the and quot;Michelinand quot; tires. If the letters are in the some position, the tires did not get rotated. Haven't been back since.

My husband goes there regularly for oil changes.  They are right off the freeway and it is convenient.  They are always on time.  They do very good work.  They are friendly and clean.  They are reliable.  The sales people were very good.  We test drove a car there.  The salesman was very personable and he wasn’t pushy.  He was very knowledgeable about the car.  We didn’t buy the car.  He did follow up with us.  He was very friendly and it was a nice experience.  The price for the oil change is definitely reasonable.

Since originally posting a review, the dealership contacted me and I am now satisfied with the result.
