Jose was easy to community with, showed up on time, treated our roof with a moss retardant after cleaning it, cleaned up afterwards, and provided before and after pictures. AI HaulThe owner called to say when he was coming - if he got delayed he would call. He had me walk around to tell and show him what all I wanted done. He also had me check it after to make sure it was done right. One area wasn't finished - was a miscommunication. He came back and did it. He is a hard worker and wants to do it right. AI would have preferred for the cleaning to happen from a ladder and for the technician to not step on the roof but they didn't have tall enough ladders to reach parts of the house. That said, the tech did a great job, seemed to be meticulous and used a leaf blower from the roof to clean the gutters. Afterwards he used a hose (from the ground) to wash down the dirt that got sprayed from the gutters. The tech was friendly and we chatted a bit about the condition of the roof, too.

AI cannot say enough good things about these guys. Chaz and his mate- so sorry, did not catch his name, were excellent in every way and worked very hard until the job was done. They were early to the job ( hugely important to me- not to be late) and were gracious when it became obvious I had seriously under estimated how much I needed them to do. They were considerate as well, easy to talk to and worked well with my husband who has moved many ,many times and made himself a 3rd Dream Team member-all good. They were organized and careful with my new office space that had new paint and new flooring. I would and will hire them again to do some of the other services they offer, including maybe some Holiday lights!! I would have loved to keep them around all day, they would have made the rest of the days chores much easier I'm sure. Just a Great experience and my first, definitely not my last Angie's List hire.
