DRousseau PaintingWe hired Rousseau Painting to paint the exterior of our house. The bid came in at the lower end of the other bids and Richard seemed very confident that him and his crew could do a good job and said we would be very happy. However, right from the start there were issues. He kept putting off the start due to a variety of reasons; wind, injury, other jobs, etc. After a few weeks of putting us off, he finally started painting our house but once they started there were issues with his employees not showing up due to injury/illness. It took much longer than he said to paint the house and on the last 2 days, they really rushed it. We have bleed-thru of the dark paint under the white trim paint. And within a few months, paint started to peel. I reached out but it took several months to get him back out to do touch up. Overall, we didn't feel it was a very good paint job or attention to detail. You get what you pay for.- pam S.

AState Wide ContractingFall of 18’ we had Statewide Contracting paint our home. Pro’s: Timely manner, professional quality, great warranty Con’s: Sorry we didn’t do it sooner! This fall we had our home painted by Statewide and they delivered!!! They helped us make good choices and showed us pro’s and con’s of different color choices. We ended up going with a white with dark trim and it came out amazing. The best part about it was the communication between the crew and us, we knew what days we could get the job done and it was FAST. They also helped us see where else we could make improvements to our home for when we decide to sell. That insight alone was well worth having them out. We plan to have them out for the other improvements that we will be making.- Brenden L.

ADH West Coast Construction LLCThis was the second major remodel we had Darrell and crew do for us. We downsized and purchased a house that had been a rental for 6 years. We needed to make it "ours" so we had the flooring removed (vinyl and carpet), removed the existing island and replaced with a custom one that the guys built, new quartz countertops, laminate flooring, new front door, new slider, whole house painted inside and out including staining our fiberglass garage door to give it a "wood" look. We were very happy with the whole project. Darrell and his crew are "good people". Very courteous, punctual and finished the job sooner than we expected which was very much appreciated. We would definitely hire them again.- Steve C.

ADH West Coast Construction LLCMy house was in dire need of an exterior paint job. I called four firms recommended on Angie's List. One wasn't able to do it until well into next year. The other three said they'd be by to give me an estimate. Of those, West Coast Painting was the only one to actually show up, and on the day they said they would. Darrell gave me a reasonable estimate, considering how much prep work there was to be done. He and his crew arrived on they day they said they would. He had it completed in 3 days. They gave a lot of attention to the prep work. He painted it exactly the color I'd decided on. They had missed painting a couple of trim details, and he couldn't come back the next day because he had another job in Ellensburg. He said he be back to fix it as soon as he could. It was fixed while I was at work in just a few days. the finalprice was very close to estimate. I'd highly recommend this firm. I'm planning to call them for some future tile work.- Mary M.

ADH West Coast Construction LLCDarrell was able to start demolition of the facia, siding and soffits within a few days. New siding, soffits, and facia were installed first. We asked for help choosing the color of the paint and Darrell and his wife Heather were very helpful. The house was painted the following week. As in most construction jobs, things came up. We needed to have a new front door installed and Darrell did the installation and painting of that too. He also recommended putting in a motion sensor light above the garage door since there were live wires there anyway and installed that to coordinate with the front porch light. Darrell and his crew were courteous and the work was done quickly and neatly without too much interruption to our tenants. I was impressed on how they cleaned up the worksite and did not damage any of the plants in the flowerbeds. His quality of work was excellent. I would definitely use him again if another painting, siding, or construction need came up. It was a pleasure working with Darrell and his wife.- Karen S.

AWe could not be more pleased with Rrm Construction, Israel and his crew. At the beginning of summer we started looking for someone to replace the skirting on our manufactured home that was permanently placed on our acreage. Was not as easy as we thought. Very busy time for landscapers and home improvements this year. We had three prospects, number 1 said no thank you, #2 said he was so busy that it would be next year and Israel came out and said he would give us a bid. The work would be labor intensive, and he was booked pretty tight but would try and work us in before fall. He did and the work turned out to be much more than what we expected, as he had to correct some of the work done before him at the time of the original placement. Before he was done, we asked him about our front and back porches to the home. (they were 20 years old) he gave us several suggestions and we decided to go see if he could work us in before the rains hit. It was such a pleasure to work with Israel and his crew , they were so very respectful and kind to Grandma and the three children as the back porch expanded into a 12 X 32 foot deck and the front porch got bigger. Everything looked beautiful when they were finished along with new gutters all around. Like a new home. As a family we could not be more pleased with Israel and his crew. Hard workers, reasonably priced, know their products and design for the existing structure. My grandchildren and I feel we have a new friend in Israel. Sharon Wodtke (Grandma)

DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
