  We are so pleased with window cleaning from SNO Window Cleaning. Dang was very respectful of me and my home. He took his shoes off before entering in and before me requesting it! He laid down drop cloth to catch any drips while washing windows. We are very happy with his work, we've already referred him to our neighbors! He'll now be on our annual maintenance call list. My windows don't look like they have glass in them they're so clean. I had no idea they were that dirty till I now see them super clean! Thank you, SWC!

  Went great, I started with a coupon for washing windows and added the roof and gutter cleaning. They did all three and cleaned around so the mess was not left on the ground. Great job and I've recommended them to neighbors.

  The people were great, friendly and punctual, but the work quality was not. Final window wipes were with a dirty rag, leaving the damp rags behind on wood furniture. They had to come back to redo the outside sky light as it had heavy soil, etc. that needed a bit more cleaning. I had to wipe up the hardwoods where the cleaning solution was dripped.

  They were late and gave little notice, but promised there would be 3 teams working at once. Nope. One guy showed up, then another but he left after a few minutes, then a third was there for part of the time. So it ended up being just 2 guys and the garage window was missed after I specifically pointed it out. I ended up not having the patio power washed because I just wanted them gone because it was getting late.

  I have used Chinook on several occasions for windows, gutters, changing out lights in super hi spots and a few handy man type of projects. Really impressed with the folks that come to service my house. Prompt VERY NICE and they do a great job!

  They scheduled an estimate. I waited, no one came, no one called. I called and they apologized and said that there was a mix up and some one would be out to do the estimate. The next day someone came out to look over the work and provide an estimate. I waited for the estimate, no estimate came, no one called. I called and they said the man who had come out to review the work and provide an estimate was in the field and they would try to put together an estimate based on the notes. Finally, I get the estimate and it was, predictably wrong. At this point, I should have just walked away. I called and they corrected the estimate. I arranged to go ahead with the work. They group that came said they were the cleaning crew and they did all the cleaning work. They were friendly, hard working and did a fine job. They told me that a handyman would likely be out the next day to do the painting, but the scheduler would call be clarify the date and time. You guessed it. No call, no follow up. I called and they finally made an appointment. Remember, at this point I had shown one person the porch to be painted. I had told another person that the porch to be painted was a porch, under a cover not a deck. They kept referring to it as "the deck". The day for painting comes and they call ONE HOUR before the appointment to tell me they can't paint the porch because it was too wet. Mind you, it was not raining. They just thought it would be too wet because it had rained in the days before the appointment. I then repeated several times that the porch was under cover and does not get wet. He said, "Well my boss asked me to move the appointment because he is sure it is too wet to paint." I needed that porch painted. I was putting my house on the market in 3 days. I wound up painting it myself in addition to the other work I needed to do inside to prep the house for showing. It was not wet. It took the paint just fine and dried just fine. If you could manage to get their fine cleaning crew out without having to deal with the scheduling and estimate chaos from the owner and office, this would be a great company.

  I had trouble with scheduling and confusion within their office staff in getting someone out to do an estimate and then getting an accurate estimate. Eventually the owner stepped in and made things right, but if I hadn't needed the breadth of services they offer I probably would have moved on to another company with fewer communication problems.

  It was good. They came and did good work and they cleaned up. They were on time when they said they were going to be. It was a fair price and the work was good. I would use them again. It turned out the way I was hoping it would have.

  Didn't clean up very well after himself. After a couple of more rainy days gutters were having problems again.  When he left he offered to clean the roof as well for a price.  after thinking about it and not having looked over the work I called their office to schedule that service.  Called twice they never called me back.  Ended up hiring another service to re-clean the gutters and do the roof.  They were so much better...

  The crew of two arrived a bit ahead of scheduled appointment. We were not quite ready for them but they worked around us in cleaning interior and exterior windows on our two story home. They were fast and although they forgot a couple windows around the front door, it was quickly remedied before the crew left. They also offered to clean our window screens at an additional charge but we declined.
