Our house looks great- especially the craftsmanship of the cedar installation!! We felt comfortable with the work crew working on our home. AAA Defined ExteriorsMike and his team did an excellent job with our project. We have an old 1926 Seattle house and things obviously come up, but they did an amazing job with the entire project. We had new stairs built in the front of the house, we added a whole new deck, and we completely overhauled our detached garage. Mike is really responsive and even though we found surprised along the way with the structure, his team handled it all professionally and delivered a great end result. ASide-Pro IncI got 5 bids, Side pro has a great price, great reputation and a VERY comprehensive bid - in fact it was the most detailed of any of the bids that I received. In the end, went with a different vendor due to the type of siding, but still wonder if I should have used Side-Pro. Based on the bidding process and price, would recommend at least talking to them.- Thomas A.

AT&N Quality Bldg and RemodelingWow. Five stars, easy. Project started off with a rapid response from Mark after we posted a query for a new wood deck at our swampy rear yard. Mark and Colin came out to the house to discuss the project and, thankfully, steered us towards composite material instead of wood. Russ and Craig did a fantastic job providing us with a beautiful deck - substantial structural framing, perfect finish carpentry on deck, stairs, and skirt. Jobsite was left spotless every day and work was done in a timely manner (and in the amount of time promised). Same result with new patio ceiling and ceiling fan, impeccable carpentry and, again, finished in time promised, absolutely no surprises on this project. Also, the team of Mark, Colin, Russ, and Craig is very professional and courteous as well as patient with picky homeowner! Throughout the project their goal was to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible and that were happy with the work, including making several suggestions that had not occurred to us. Great design/build group! We are now trying to come up with other projects just so that they'll come back!- Jane B.

AMasters ExteriorsLast year I entrusted a major exterior remodel to Chuck and his team - siding, paint, roof, and gutters. His estimates for siding were competitive and he gave me a great deal for doing the entire exterior together. They did a great job. I am still getting compliments on my house a year later. On top of that, they have one of the best warranties on their work. I was very apprehensive about having such a big job done, but I would've had the work done years earlier if I knew it'd be that painless.- Jared G.

ACarlisle Classic HomesWorking with Carlisle Classic Homes was a very good thing ! I spent 2 years researching builders and would work with them all over again. Working with our Project Superintendent Andy Horst was very positive in every way , he was a joy to be around ! We miss him already ! Alex Adolfi , our Project Manager was also very easy to work with. They both showed us respect , transparency , and listened to us every step of the way. They were honest and showed us their integrity. What at first seemed like an overwhelming project , turned into our home coming out and finishing just as we wanted. There were many conversations where we felt listened to as we continued to design and make our house just the way we wanted it. All the subs and workers who came on the job site were also respectful and kind . The Carlisle employees are all such nice people we enjoyed the process very much . If anything needed attention, they were quick to remedy any outstanding issues, and we feel like we are in good hands should anything arise . They take excellent care of their clients , and are very responsive . The work done on our home is first class and no corners were ever cut . ASeahawk Remodeling LLCLike a lot of other people I used this company because of their reputation and their ability to handle multi phased jobs like ours. The house was worn down from many many yers of differed maintenance and it was time for a full rehab.... New windows, new decks, new roof and gutters on house and shop, and new hardie board siding. We were not shocked by the price(NOT CHEAP), and we were happy with the competence of the company. If you have a large exterior project we would not hesitate to recommend them.- Diane P.

ANorthern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there “low pressure” sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. Rain gutter crew was did the same quality of work as the roofers.

AMuch better than expected. They pointed out the reason for the problem ( 3 small pieces of plywood instead of one) and how to best rectify it. The GC who first managed the remodel of this area would not admit there was a problem. But when I saw the multiple small pieces of plywood used I understood why there were problems. The best thing for me was working with an honest company, who stands behind their work with a one year written guarantee.
