AJack's Ever Green PaintingThis was a deck re-stain 3 years after a complete exterior house/deck painting job, so we are repeat customers. As before, they provided solid advice, firm quote, used quality materials, workers showed up on time with COVID masks. Very nice work on both prep [power wash] and stain, two coats applied accurately, and nice job of cleanup. These folks do an excellent job, as I see fall/winter rain hitting the deck I am especially glad we had it done right.- T C.

AJack's Ever Green PaintingI chose Angie's list to find a quality painting company. They gave me several options. I chose "Jacks Evergreen Painting" and I am happy I did. Then I asked for a quote. Jane came and gave me a good quote for the whole house. The house was pressure washed and then had to wait a couple of weeks for it to dry. The crew came promptly and took out the old caulk and put in new caulk around the building where needed. Then they started painting. The house was done in about 3 days with two coats of paint sprayed and rolled twice. Steve gave me some suggestions how to paint our front door and liked our choices in color. Sound Renovation have done several jobs for us over the past 15 years, and we've always been happy. (Basement remodel, painting, deck repair/replacement.) AI would have preferred for the cleaning to happen from a ladder and for the technician to not step on the roof but they didn't have tall enough ladders to reach parts of the house. That said, the tech did a great job, seemed to be meticulous and used a leaf blower from the roof to clean the gutters. Afterwards he used a hose (from the ground) to wash down the dirt that got sprayed from the gutters. The tech was friendly and we chatted a bit about the condition of the roof, too.

DI would not hire them again. Was not in the least impressed. They had responded to a groupon that they advertised however when they got there they had every excuse in the book for not doing the job. They did not clean the roof but I was able to get them to clean the gutters at least.
