AADT Authorized Premier ProviderGreg gave us a quote over the phone. Set up installation 2 days later and we were up and running with a new security system. Installer Jesse was great! He really wanted to make sure everything was set up before he left. Despite being here till 10:30 PM on Wednesday, It felt good knowing that he wanted to finish the job as much as I did. With care, they move my furniture and home items, wrapped them to protect during transit and placed them in the desired location at the destination. Zero items were damaged. AAll American Spirit MovingJames and his crew were fast, efficient, friendly, professional, and provided one of the best moving experiences I’ve had. I even threw a couple curveballs at them on the day of the move and they took care of me 100%. I would absolutely call them first for the next move I have to make. AOn The Go Moving & StorageKevin, Jake, and Hollywood did a fantastic job. They moved fast, even running a lot of the time throughout the mover, right to the end, which undoubtedly saved us money, while getting a quality service; the move took five hours, so we were amazed that their energy never lagged. They were respectful, wearing masks and physically distancing. They were very organized. Kevin surveyed all of the rooms to decide how to approach the move. He asked questions. They carefully moved our expensive treadmill with electronics. All of the furniture was wrapped in heavy-duty saran wrap, They were careful in moving item so that nothing was damaged, not the contents being moved nor the walls, floors, and doors through which items were moved. They arranged everything so that our Christmas things were the last things placed in the truck, and at the storage unit, they were set aside so that they would be placed closest to the door in the storage unit, for easy access for Christmas decorating. They provided heavy-duty, top-quality, new-looking furniture pads, not only during moving, but to use in our storage unit until we have them move everything back into our home. We appreciated the fact that we did not have physical contact when we were arranging to have them move our items. Communication on the phone and through email was thorough. I was initially apprehensive about making all of the arrangements without contact in person, especially because I knew only what I had learned through Angie's List about the company, which had an A record. I read every review. They certainly performed at the level that I had expected, based on the reviews. I was grateful that everything followed COVID-19 safe practices, especially because my husband and I each have an autoimmune disease and underlying conditions. Everything was handled professionally, from pre-move, to during the entire move. We will hire them to move our items back to our home in a few months.- Carolyn E.

AAdam's Moving & Delivery ServiceWell, my 30's are showing, but I'm pretty sure Adam's was the best thing I've spent money on in years! My partner and I found a new apartment and decided to hire movers and they came highly recommended. Everyone was right. Will, Maksin and Jerrell were INCREDIBLE. They showed up early (and called first to ask if it was ok), they were mindblowingly efficient, so kind, and somehow moved everything up and down 3 flights of stairs in both places in an hour faster than I was quoted. I'm not kidding when I say it was the most joyful money I've ever spent. It was my first time being able to move without hurting my back or feeling exhausted at the end of the day. FThe worst moving experience of my life! On the Go put a MASSIVE GASH in the wall of my brand new home, damaged a $10K table, and took no absolutely no responsibility. I hired On the Go to move a few large items that I wouldn't be able to handle myself, namely a heavy wood table and an upright piano. When I booked the appointment, On the Go assured me that they had experience moving pianos and I agreed to a $125 moving fee. On the day of the move, I knew something was wrong as soon as the crew got to work. It took 3 men 30 minute minutes to move the piano 10 feet. At that point, the foreman informed me that, in fact, the crew that he had chosen for the move had no experience moving pianos (clearly they were trying to cut corners in order to maximize their upside). The foreman told me they were going to bring a new crew and offered to comp me for what he promised would be a 30-minute transition. In fact, it took about an hour for the new crew to arrive. From what I could see, the new crew was just as much of a disaster as the first. The didn't measure the piano before they moved it, so a job that had taken A1 Piano Movers 15 minutes took them 90 minutes. As they dragged the piano out of the apartment, they damaged a tile in our old apartment, which our old landlords are charging us 100 dollars to replace. Here's the kicker: When they brought the piano into the living room, they lost control of it and allowed it to fall creating a MASSIVE GASH in our brand new wall. They did a horrendous job of patching it up and offered to match the paint and repair it. They never followed through on that. At that point, I realized that they had put about a dozen scratches in our 10K dollar dining room table because they had neglected to wrap it before they set it down in their moving van. For this, they handed me a bill of $850. I called the company and told them that I wouldn't pay this bill until I could speak with the owner. I couldn't imagine that anyone would ask to be paid for such poor service. I was wrong. A week later after hearing nothing from the owner, I received a call from a collection agency. Thanks to On The GO, I have a damaged table, a hole in my wall, a bill for 100 dollars from my old management company, and a bill for $850.

AThese guys came after a major snow storm in the NW. They had to park across the street because the steep street by the entrance to the basement had too much snow. But they were incredibly efficient, thorough, and careful with everything they packed. We quickly got to the new location, and they unpacked quickly there too. Really appreciate their help getting the furniture set up so my sister could sleep comfortably there that night. I appreciated that they wore masks and maintained social distancing. Great job!

FHorrible. Two guys showed up with a 16' truck that they refused to load anything into. Instead, they said they wanted to load everything into our 10' U-Haul then walked off the job, which left us stranded. We hired them with their truck to be able to move the larger furniture but they refused. Instead they lied to their boss, claiming that I called them a racial slur. I NEVER said anything nor would I ever use profanity. These incompetent movers bailed after 20 minutes and expected full pay of a 2 hour minimum plus rental of their truck, which they never used. They expected $200 for 20 minutes of work that had to be redone by the new moving company.
