ANorth East Landscaping ServicesThe crew Carlos sent was very nice, but they did not complete the debris removal from the gutters, left dirt from the gutter cleaning on the house, left a dead tree branch in the tree, and has not responded to multiple requests to send someone back out to fix these issues. Also, they did not trim a section of the tree over the driveway as requested. They did blow out our sprinkler system, and that seemed to go fine.- Katherine S.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCThe work was completed just as the COVID lockdown was kicking in, and we couldn't have been happier. We spent all summer sitting outside enjoying the patio, watching flowers bloom, growing things in the new raised bed, and BBQing on the deck. There were a few items that needed adjustment (it was a big project so expected), and they were great about getting back out to address them. The team was great, and when safety protocols needed to be introduced for a short time at the end that was done well. Would definitely use them again! Note price is only N/A because we don't have a good comparison - we liked the proposal and were happy with the results.- Krista C.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCGreen Spaces Landscaping (Ryan, Galdino, Juan Carlos, Jose) transformed our Back Yard into an outdoor paradise. We went from a single space full of grass and weeds with a small builder supplied patio, to a terraced multi-use space with a Fiberon Composite Deck, Pergola, Belgard Patio with Outdoor Fire pit area built into the slope of the hill, and a grass lawn area all accented by plants, trees, a dry stream, a fountain, and 2 custom built wooden bridges. All fully irrigated with a Wi-Fi controlled sprinkler system and integrated lighting. On the deck they installed a built-in BBQ and also built a 2nd Pergola to install a porch swing bed. The entire team was great to work with, and very accommodating as we made several changes to the project along the way. Karen (in the office) was also great to work with, and very prompt in all communications. We did all of this working during the Covid Summer of 2020, which makes it all the more amazing as despite everything they were able to accomplish all of this work in about 10 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping and will use them again for our front yard landscaping project and also any additional work we need done.- Calvin M.

AJS Landscape and ExcavationCarlos was amazing. He was prompt on visiting and providing a quote. He did what he said he would do. I had contacted two other contractors come to my house and they just didn’t communicate with me. Carlos came out and sent me a quote that evening. On the job, Carlos and his team were amazing. Carlos worked with me to design my sprinkler system and then they worked their tails off putting it in. I even had neighbors comment how hard they worked. My sprinkler system is great. The controls and access is easy to get to and my lawn has never been this green during the summer. I cannot say enough how amazing Carlos has been. When I was thinking of just an email exchange about preparing the system for the winter, Carlos came and taught me how to do it.- Daniel B.

APRECISION PLUMBINGPrecision Plumbing is all around a phenomenal company. They worked diligently to fix and discover the problem of plumbing issues. I had used a previous company to install a water treatment device and install fixtures (paying them over $4k) and when I had a plumbing emergency they would never return or answer my calls. The staff at precision were always friendly on the phone, worked to accommodate my schedule, and always personally called me if there were any changes. Jeremy worked tirelessly running jetters from the main line, the bathrooms, to the roof vents. He was always on time, had a good attitude, and was professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumbing company that will charge you a fair price, provide quality work, and quality people.- Jennifer B.

AGreen Spaces Landscaping LLCGreen Scape has been fantastic from beginning. The design process was easy. There we little to no change odors. The came in at budget. The area turned out above our expectations. Communication was THE BEST i have ever had with any provider. I will restate, communication and updates was the BEST ever. And most importantly, any time we have needed help or advice since the project, Green Space has came through! When we asked them to expanded kitchen, they did the with great Craftsmanship . ADREANEY LANDSCAPESDreaney's Landscaping just completed a large project for us: removed all existing lawn and installed irrigation and sod. There was no Angie's list review, but we received strong recommendations from two people so we went with them. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Made a good first impression when he called me to say he was running 10 minutes late for the estimate. No-one seems to do that anymore... John kept us updated on the status and schedule of the work. FThree of the five expensive trees died, but they were replaced after many calls and two of the three replacements have now died. All this despite ample watering. Pruning of junipers resulted in ugly scar that has not grown back despite promise that it would. Two nest spruces were paid for but never planted. Total cost mysteriously reached $3,891 including taxes. However, irrigation continues to work well. Owner was not able to monitor work closely, and Mr. Pham took advantage of the situation to provide overpriced product and shoddy service.

AOur neighbor actually found and hired Ruiz landscaping to replace a fence that ran along the front of multiple properties. Our fence was the same design and not originally in scope for our neighbor’s project, but we decided to go in together with our neighbor on repairing all fencing. I can only imagine how complicated it can be to have multiple homeowners as clients and to manage multiple billing for the clients, but they did a fantastic, seamless job here. The crew also went above and beyond on cleanup after they finished the project.

We are currently family-operated local small business with 10 years plus of landscape experience. We do every work by a written contract that holds us liable from start to finish upon striking a deal. We do not accept credit cards. Cash or Check only. References are available upon request.

DThe project was for installing a 25 feet long and 2 feet high retaining wall using manorstone blocks. The project was supposed to take 3 business days but it took a month and half to complete from the time the agreement was signed with the contractor. In the beginning of the project after we executed the agreement for the project, Mt. Olive Landscaping & Construction promised to complete the project in 3 business days. The project was not completed until ONE and HALF month later. I have never heard so many excuses for delays from a contractor like this one and I've hired many contractors in the past. They did not even know that they were supposed to have a City of Bellevue license in order to do any landscaping work in the city and get the approved permits issued to him. I had to hold his hands and tell him how to do his job when it comes to securing permits. I had to hound this contractor to keep the work going and for many days, I did not get any response from them despite multiple messages and phone calls. And to top it off, in the end, the contractor demanded MORE money than what was specified in the agreement because he apparently did not communicate with his materials supplier regarding the payments that I had already made to them to deliver the materials. In the end, the job was done but it was a very bad experience and I would NOT recommend hiring this contractor for any landscaping or construction project if you want the project to be completed in time.
