    0 star would be more appropriate for my experience with Damian John installation and account manager whose name is Allie. Everyone, please stay away from them and be aware of this lady named Allie, who is the rude, unprofessional and irresponsible in many aspects. We ordered double oven and scheduled for installation on Friday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. My wife is at home but no one shows up and no phone call until 4:30 p.m. letting us know the schedule has been pushed towards to the end of the day, they will show up before 6:00 p.m. We were fine with it and my wife waited until 5:45 p.m. but have to go out 15 mins to pick up daughter. My wife told me she needs to be away for 15~20 mins and told me to watch for the phone calls. Experience from here starts to go south and that's the worst experience I ever encountered. The installer's name is Kyle. At 5:58 p.m, I received a phone call but only rings ONCE and hang up before I even pick it up. I immediately called back 3 times, and they hang up on me every single time. The 4th one went through, but I can hear the engine sound and they already drove away. This is 5:59 p.m. And they hang up again (probably they found out they accidentally picked up the phone call). They probably want to go back home early and intentionally "called" me by only ring once to leave a call record and then refused my immediately phone calls 4 times. I asked my wife to call back twice and got denied by the installers as well. My wife got back home at 6:05 p.m. and see a note on the door, saying "We missed you, call us back tomorrow for rescheduling". We can understand that if installer team wants to go back home early on a Friday night, but let us know, we will be willing to reschedule to a different date. But setting this up by making us look like we were absent is ridiculous. Although the notes said call them tomorrow, the office does not open until Monday. On Monday, my wife called the office and want to give a honest feedback about this experience with the account manager Allie. Allie refused to apologize and super rude to my wife. She refused to listen to our feedback, solve the customer experience issue and blame all the fault on us. No single apology, nothing and request a cancellation fee and trip fee for a reschedule. This is most ridiculous experience we have ever encountered in my life. As owners for multiple businesses and in the customer services industry for many years, this account manager is the most incapable account manager and care nothing about their customers, has no respect. I would never hire a staff like this. Everyone, please be ware of them. They just NOT CARE! Last thing, I do want to give credits to our first installer from Damian John named Steve, he and his team are very professional and super helpful. Was about to give a great review to Steve and his team. That's also the reason we pick Damian John to install our oven. But ended up with a new installer and Allie, which is a nightmare.

    Vic did a wonderful job. We started with cement walls and floor, and ended up with a beautiful basement. Vic did most of the work himself, and researched and hired subcontractors for the rest. We had a roughed in bathroom, which he finished. As far as I can tell, he can do any kind of contracting needed. He was always conscientious about noise and any mess. He kept us in the loop for all decisions that needed making. He came up with interesting ways to make our project better. He came up with a closet for the bathroom that was very useful and looks very nice. We definitely will hire him again for any job.

    Excellent work done by this crew. Dave provided advice and was very clear on the process that it would take to remove and replace drywall and floors. The work was done well and didn't exceed original cost. Dave also coordinated with the flooring provider during the process. Dave has done other work for us with good results each time.

    We absolutely LOVED Mateo and his crew! Starting out, for our large project our estimate was very detailed by area, so if we needed to cut things out we could. The quote was so ridiculously reasonable though we had it all done and then some! The team was thorough, efficient and friendly, and I'd have them back to my home anytime! We had a few challenging repairs that Mateo just took on and fixed with no issues! If I could take him with me when I move out of state to handle my repairs, remodeling and painting, I'd do it in a heart beat! Great company with a great work ethic!

    lamp installation was great .. installing door bolt never occurred after 2 visits and verbal statement " no problem". ( install is admittedly not necessarily easy, but identical install occurred on same door previously at a lower location on the door years ago ) emailed company no response emailed chinook my concerns: no return reply.....

    Junio is amazing! Workmanship, attention to details was great! He was easy to work with, came in on budget and I really feel he is under charging as his quote was significantly less than others, so I expected less, but his work was superior! Highly highly recommend!!!

    Than I asked if he could connect a new bath vanity and he said yes and gave me a list if things he would need. Than he said he lives in Renton and wanted to charge me a travel fee, I said no so he hung up on me. Really! How unprofessional. So please do not use this company.

    They scheduled an estimate. I waited, no one came, no one called. I called and they apologized and said that there was a mix up and some one would be out to do the estimate. The next day someone came out to look over the work and provide an estimate. I waited for the estimate, no estimate came, no one called. I called and they said the man who had come out to review the work and provide an estimate was in the field and they would try to put together an estimate based on the notes. Finally, I get the estimate and it was, predictably wrong. At this point, I should have just walked away. I called and they corrected the estimate. I arranged to go ahead with the work. They group that came said they were the cleaning crew and they did all the cleaning work. They were friendly, hard working and did a fine job. They told me that a handyman would likely be out the next day to do the painting, but the scheduler would call be clarify the date and time. You guessed it. No call, no follow up. I called and they finally made an appointment. Remember, at this point I had shown one person the porch to be painted. I had told another person that the porch to be painted was a porch, under a cover not a deck. They kept referring to it as "the deck". The day for painting comes and they call ONE HOUR before the appointment to tell me they can't paint the porch because it was too wet. Mind you, it was not raining. They just thought it would be too wet because it had rained in the days before the appointment. I then repeated several times that the porch was under cover and does not get wet. He said, "Well my boss asked me to move the appointment because he is sure it is too wet to paint." I needed that porch painted. I was putting my house on the market in 3 days. I wound up painting it myself in addition to the other work I needed to do inside to prep the house for showing. It was not wet. It took the paint just fine and dried just fine. If you could manage to get their fine cleaning crew out without having to deal with the scheduling and estimate chaos from the owner and office, this would be a great company.

    I had trouble with scheduling and confusion within their office staff in getting someone out to do an estimate and then getting an accurate estimate. Eventually the owner stepped in and made things right, but if I hadn't needed the breadth of services they offer I probably would have moved on to another company with fewer communication problems.

    Michael Brown was the right general contractor for our job. His forte is drywall, but he also excelled at the complicated pieces of construction. He built our expresso bar, that included a difficult curve to calculate and construct. Was able to problem solve challenges like securing upholstered seat cushions to the seat bases. The level of finish is superb. We will use Michael and Sampaio again.
