  • I always go to Honda of Kirkland for auto service. I'm impressed with them but their not my absolute favorite.  I feel car safe there. They could do just a little better answering my questions. They do an outside car wash too.

  • I just don't think they are a very customer service shop. I think if I had a different Ford dealer closer to my home, I would go there. 

    I just leave the truck there, so the time it takes is ok. I just think they lack customer service.

  • I had it towed there, once it was there the problem did not reproduce. When there they noticed my timing belt was 7 years old. Acura recommendation that it is replaced a 100,000 miles or 7 years whichever comes first. It probably did not need to be replaced the guy explained it to me and he said you could defer this but the consequence of a non working timing belt is your car could stop working on the freeway but it could also bust up your engine. Anything from dealership is more expensive then a 3rd party shop but I do not have any complaints. They use genuine Acura parts, not remanufactured. They give you an appointment time to bring the car in.

  • We use Safelite as they work with our insurance company so it makes it a smooth experience. They initially replaced the glass with the standard replacement they use, but when I experienced problems with the window as it tracked up and down the Lexus dealership said it was due to it not being factory glass and that they showed me the rippling/bowing of the glass causing it to rub and not seal quite right. When I went back to Safelite they took care of everything, contacting State Farm for approval to use the OEM glass, ordered it, and replaced it all in short order. When I had a nasty noise two or three months after replacement, I popped in and they said not to worry, went out to the car and cleaned out the door panel where fragments had worked their way from inside the frame (common problem with shattered windows). All has been good since. Very good folks to work with, from the front desk to the technicians. They also filled some chips in my windshield.

  • After discussion my situation with the GM of All Star he took care of my situation. The installer was very defensive, however as I escalated the issue they stood behind their install and satisfied my concerns. Made it right like a professional company should.

  • They came out with the wrong window the first time. The technician that came out couldn’t get one of the parts off and they had to send a team out the next day. In the end they did awesome but I couldn't use my car for 2 more days. They also said they would give me a 10% discount because of this but they never did and just gave me a bottle of window cleaner.

  • We are new to Woodinville and our car was making a horrible screeching noise when I started in the morning.  On Thursday I called to see when their soonest opening would be.  They said I could bring it in the following morning.  I brought it in expecting the worst and received a call on Friday afternoon that the belts only needed to be tightened slightly.  The total charge was $36.  I thought I misheard.  You can't even get an oil change for that little but their honesty has won our future business.

  • Scheduling and responsiveness were good - we got the car back when expected.  However, the repair was not made to my satisfaction.  There were some plastic panels that plug into the bumper that when inserted scratched the newly painted bumper in a pretty obvious way.  These weren't caught by the shop's inspection but I point them out and I left the car for another day to get these fixed.  These issues were fixed and I brought the vehicle home.  Under better light I noticed that the new paint had an orange peel texture to it and the color was matched very well (white).  I didn't bother bringing back the vehicle again because I was getting ready to trade it in and I didn't think these things were noticeable enough to affect the value of the vehicle.

  • It went perfectly.  Dropped the car.  They took my info quickly and efficently.  They also gave the care a good going over and recommended one additional repair.  They did not do that kind of work so recommended another shop that they knew that did.  Price was as represented.

  • My car vibrated during braking and I thought that an alignment would solve the problem.  TruLine quickly diagnosed the problem to be the brakes themselves and they were able to solve the problem.  I also got an alignment during a different visit and my car handles much better now.  I got the impression that these guys are honest and professional.  I plan to take my cars there for future car maintenance.
